Abstract
本发明提供一种紫色包装纸的制备方法,按重量份计算包括以下各组分:苦皮藤50‑70份、碳酸钙3‑5份、马蹄粉40‑48份、分散松香胶2‑4份、洋葱皮20‑39份、矿泉水100‑130份,经过一系列打浆、混合、使用模具成型,烘干,即得紫色包装纸。本发明采用苦皮藤的茎皮来制作原始纸浆,是因为苦皮藤的茎皮具有很强的杀虫效果,从而使得制作出来的包装纸可以防虫;本发明加入少量的碳酸钙不仅可以使苦皮藤的纤维撕裂,还有助于提升纸张的强度、纯度;本发明加入马蹄粉,不仅能抗菌,还能作为粘合剂,增加纸张的韧性;本发明为洋葱皮找到了极为有用的利用途径,对环境保护和资源充分利用提供了技术支持。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装纸生产技术领域,具体涉及一种紫色包装纸的制备方法。
背景技术
食品作为我们日常生活中的特殊商品,在其包装时必须使用专用的食品包装纸。由于食品的营养与卫生极其重要,但其又非常容易变质,所以食品包装纸必须能有效的确保食品作为商品在贮运和流通过程中的卫生质量以及品质品味,因此,对于食品包装纸在抗菌、防虫方面提出了较高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足之处,提供一种制备方法简单、成型效果好、抗菌防虫,可降解性强的紫色包装纸的制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种紫色包装纸的制备方法,按以下方法制得:步骤1:称取以下各组分:苦皮藤50-70份、碳酸钙3-5份、马蹄粉40-48份、分散松香胶2-4份、洋葱皮20-39份、矿泉水100-130份;步骤2:取苦皮藤的茎皮,清洗干净后进行物理打浆,得到原始纸浆;步骤3:将洋葱皮置于提取罐中,加入浓度为75%的乙醇溶液,连接提取5次,每次提取时间为510分钟,合并滤液即得紫色的洋葱皮提取液;步骤4:将碳酸钙、马蹄粉、分散松香胶和洋葱皮提取液一起加入到原始纸浆中,搅拌10-17分钟后,加入50-70份矿泉水,加热至80-110℃,然后再连续搅拌3次,每次搅拌时间为2-4分钟,最后补充余下的砂泉水,在95℃下保温5-7分钟;步骤5:将步骤4处理后得到的浆料使用模具成型,烘干,即得紫色包装纸。
进一步地,步骤1中,所述紫色包装纸按重量份计算包括以下各组分:苦皮藤50份、碳酸钙3份、马蹄粉48份、分散松香胶3份、洋葱皮23份、矿泉水105份。
进一步地,步骤1中,所述紫色包装纸按重量份计算包括以下各组分:苦皮藤60份、碳酸钙4份、马蹄粉42份、分散松香胶4份、洋葱皮20份、矿泉水100份。
进一步地,步骤1中,所述紫色包装纸按重量份计算包括以下各组分:苦皮藤70份、碳酸钙5份、马蹄粉45份、分散松香胶4份、洋葱皮39份、矿泉水130份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用苦皮藤的茎皮来制作原始纸浆,是因为苦皮藤的茎皮具有很强的杀虫效果,从而使得制作出来的包装纸可以防虫;本发明加入少量的碳酸钙不仅可以使苦皮藤的纤维撕裂,还有助于提升纸张的强度、纯度;本发明加入马蹄粉,不仅能抗菌,还能作为粘合剂,增加纸张的韧性;本发明为洋葱皮找到了极为有用的利用途径,对环境保护和资源充分利用提供了技术支持。

具体实施方式
结合下列实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1
本发明紫色包装纸的制备方法,按以下方法制得:
步骤1:称取以下各组分:苦皮藤50份、碳酸钙3份、马蹄粉48份、分散松香胶3份、洋葱皮23份、矿泉水105份;
步骤2:取苦皮藤的茎皮,清洗干净后进行物理打浆,得到原始纸浆;
步骤3:将洋葱皮置于提取罐中,加入浓度为75%的乙醇溶液,连接提取5次,每次提取时间为5分钟,合并滤液即得紫色的洋葱皮提取液;
步骤4:将碳酸钙、马蹄粉、分散松香胶和洋葱皮提取液一起加入到原始纸浆中,搅拌10分钟后,加入50份矿泉水,加热至80℃,然后再连续搅拌3次,每次搅拌时间为2分钟,最后补充余下的55份砂泉水,在95℃下保温5分钟;
步骤5:将步骤4处理后得到的浆料使用模具成型,烘干,即得紫色包装纸。
实施例2
本发明紫色包装纸的制备方法,按以下方法制得:
步骤1:称取以下各组分:苦皮藤60份、碳酸钙4份、马蹄粉42份、分散松香胶4份、洋葱皮20份、矿泉水100份;
步骤2:取苦皮藤的茎皮,清洗干净后进行物理打浆,得到原始纸浆;
步骤3:将洋葱皮置于提取罐中,加入浓度为75%的乙醇溶液,连接提取5次,每次提取时间为8分钟,合并滤液即得紫色的洋葱皮提取液;
步骤4:将碳酸钙、马蹄粉、分散松香胶和洋葱皮提取液一起加入到原始纸浆中,搅拌12分钟后,加入60份矿泉水,加热至97℃,然后再连续搅拌3次,每次搅拌时间为3分钟,最后补充余下的45份砂泉水,在95℃下保温6分钟;
步骤5:将步骤4处理后得到的浆料使用模具成型,烘干,即得紫色包装纸。
实施例3
本发明紫色包装纸的制备方法,按以下方法制得:
步骤1:称取以下各组分:苦皮藤70份、碳酸钙5份、马蹄粉45份、分散松香胶4份、洋葱皮39份、矿泉水130份;
步骤2:取苦皮藤的茎皮,清洗干净后进行物理打浆,得到原始纸浆;
步骤3:将洋葱皮置于提取罐中,加入浓度为75%的乙醇溶液,连接提取5次,每次提取时间为10分钟,合并滤液即得紫色的洋葱皮提取液;
步骤4:将碳酸钙、马蹄粉、分散松香胶和洋葱皮提取液一起加入到原始纸浆中,搅拌17分钟后,加入70份矿泉水,加热至107℃,然后再连续搅拌3次,每次搅拌时间为4分钟,最后补充余下的60份砂泉水,在95℃下保温5-7分钟;
步骤5:将步骤4处理后得到的浆料使用模具成型,烘干,即得紫色包装纸。

由上述结果可知,按按照本发明提供的方法制作出的紫色包装纸各方面均优于普通包装。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。
Claims (4)
1.一种紫色包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于按以下方法制得:
步骤1:称取以下各组分:苦皮藤50-70份、碳酸钙3-5份、马蹄粉40-48份、分散松香胶2-4份、洋葱皮20-39份、矿泉水100-130份;
步骤2:取苦皮藤的茎皮,清洗干净后进行物理打浆,得到原始纸浆;
步骤3:将洋葱皮置于提取罐中,加入浓度为75%的乙醇溶液,连接提取5次,每次提取时间为5-10分钟,合并滤液即得紫色的洋葱皮提取液;
步骤4:将碳酸钙、马蹄粉、分散松香胶和洋葱皮提取液一起加入到原始纸浆中,搅拌10-17分钟后,加入50-70份矿泉水,加热至80-110℃,然后再连续搅拌3次,每次搅拌时间为2-4分钟,最后补充余下的砂泉水,在95℃下保温5-7分钟;
步骤5:将步骤4处理后得到的浆料使用模具成型,烘干,即得紫色包装纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紫色包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中,所述紫色包装纸按重量份计算包括以下各组分:苦皮藤50份、碳酸钙3份、马蹄粉48份、分散松香胶3份、洋葱皮23份、矿泉水105份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的紫色包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中,所述紫色包装纸按重量份计算包括以下各组分:苦皮藤60份、碳酸钙4份、马蹄粉42份、分散松香胶4份、洋葱皮20份、矿泉水100份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的紫色包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中,所述紫色包装纸按重量份计算包括以下各组分:苦皮藤70份、碳酸钙5份、马蹄粉45份、分散松香胶4份、洋葱皮39份、矿泉水130份。
