Abstract
本发明公开了一种茶油加工用搅拌装置,包括加热装置、搅拌箱、过滤上盖、过滤底盒和导热管,所述搅拌箱一侧的底端设置有出料管,且出料管上安装有控制阀,所述搅拌箱正面的底部安装有温度表,所述搅拌箱的底部安装有加热装置,且搅拌箱内部的底端安装有吸热板,所述吸热板的上方均匀安装有导热管,且导热管的顶部安装有加热板,所述搅拌箱上方的中间位置处安装有YE2‑90L旋转电机,所述YE2‑90L旋转电机的输出端安装有转动杆。本发明安装有过滤底盒和过滤上盖,可以在过滤底盒中完成过滤,且过滤底盒的底部安装有JZO振动电机,提高过滤效率,同时可以有效的除去茶油中的杂质,有利于后续的茶油搅拌。

技术领域
本发明涉及茶油生产技术领域,具体为一种茶油加工用搅拌装置。
背景技术
茶油是成熟种子中提取的纯天然高级食用植物油,色泽金黄或浅黄,品质纯净,澄清透明,气味清香,味道纯,当前的搅拌装置不具备提前的过滤处理系统,导致茶油中含有杂质,使得茶油会出混合不均匀的现象,影响茶油的质量,搅拌装置无法实现对茶油的加热,导致搅拌的效率比较低,且搅拌的效果比较差,当前的茶油搅拌装置,对内部的清洗很不方便,导致不同种类的茶油进行搅拌时会出现污染的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种茶油加工用搅拌装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种茶油加工用搅拌装置,包括加热装置、搅拌箱、过滤上盖、过滤底盒和导热管,所述搅拌箱一侧的底端设置有出料管,且出料管上安装有控制阀,所述搅拌箱正面的底部安装有温度表,所述搅拌箱的底部安装有加热装置,且搅拌箱内部的底端安装有吸热板,所述吸热板的上方均匀安装有导热管,且导热管的顶部安装有加热板,所述搅拌箱上方的中间位置处安装有YE2-90L旋转电机,所述YE2-90L旋转电机的输出端安装有转动杆,且转动杆位于搅拌箱的中轴线上,所述转动杆上安装有两组搅拌叶,所述搅拌箱的上方通过支架安装有过滤底盒,且过滤底盒的上方安装过滤上盖,所述过滤上盖顶部的中间位置处设置有入料抖,且过滤上盖下方的中间位置处安装有JZO振动电机,所述JZO振动电机下方的一侧安装有电磁阀,且电磁阀的输出端通过导管与搅拌箱的顶部连通,所述过滤底盒内部的顶端安装有过滤网架,且过滤网架的内侧安装有过滤网。
优选的,所述搅拌箱正面的顶端设置有观测窗。
优选的,所述过滤上盖和过滤底盒的两侧皆安装有相互配合的安装耳座。
优选的,所述搅拌箱一侧的顶端设置有清洗口,且清洗口上设置有密封盖。
优选的,所述搅拌叶上均匀设置有搅拌孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该茶油加工用搅拌装置安装有过滤底盒和过滤上盖,可以在过滤底盒中完成过滤,且过滤底盒的底部安装有JZO振动电机,提高过滤效率,同时可以有效的除去茶油中的杂质,有利于后续的茶油搅拌,便于茶油的充分融合,有效的提高茶油的质量,过滤底盒和过滤上盖通过安装耳座连接,便于拆卸,且过滤底盒内部的过滤网通过过滤网架安装,拆卸更加的方便,使得对过滤网的清洗更加的方便,装置通过搅拌叶对茶油进行搅拌,且搅拌叶上设置有搅拌孔,有利于茶油的搅拌,且搅拌的过程中可以对搅拌箱进行加热,提高茶油的融合效率,且搅拌箱上安装有温度表,便于对温度的控制,可以根据茶油的种类控制搅拌箱内的温度,实用性更高。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种茶油加工用搅拌装置,包括加热装置1、搅拌箱3、过滤上盖6、过滤底盒8和导热管20,搅拌箱3正面的顶端设置有观测窗4,便于观测内部的情况,搅拌箱3一侧的顶端设置有清洗口13,便于对搅拌箱3进行清洗,且清洗口13上设置有密封盖,起到密封作用,搅拌箱3一侧的底端设置有出料管,且出料管上安装有控制阀14,搅拌箱3正面的底部安装有温度表2,搅拌箱3的底部安装有加热装置1,且搅拌箱3内部的底端安装有吸热板21,吸热板21的上方均匀安装有导热管20,且导热管20的顶部安装有加热板19,搅拌箱3上方的中间位置处安装有YE2-90L旋转电机12,YE2-90L旋转电机12的输出端安装有转动杆16,且转动杆16位于搅拌箱3的中轴线上,转动杆16上安装有两组搅拌叶17,搅拌叶17上均匀设置有搅拌孔18,可以使搅拌更加的均匀,搅拌箱3的上方通过支架安装有过滤底盒8,且过滤底盒8的上方安装过滤上盖6,过滤上盖6和过滤底盒8的两侧皆安装有相互配合的安装耳座9,便于过滤上盖6和过滤底盒8的安装,过滤上盖6顶部的中间位置处设置有入料抖7,且过滤上盖6下方的中间位置处安装有JZO振动电机5,JZO振动电机5下方的一侧安装有电磁阀10,且电磁阀10的输出端通过导管11与搅拌箱3的顶部连通,过滤底盒8内部的顶端安装有过滤网架15,且过滤网架15的内侧安装有过滤网。
工作原理:首先将茶油从加料斗7加入过滤装置然后,通过过滤网对茶油进行过滤,可以通过安装耳座9将过滤上盖6从过滤底盒8上取下,通过过滤网架15将过滤网取下进行清理,过滤时可以打开JZO振动电机5,促进过滤的效率,过滤后的茶油通过电磁阀10和导管11进入搅拌箱3,然后打来YE2-90L旋转电机12,使得转动杆16带动搅拌叶17转动,使得搅拌孔18对茶油进行搅拌,同时可以打开加热装置1对茶油进行加热,通过吸热板21将加热装置1产生的热量吸收进来,通过导热管20将热量传递到加热板21上,可以通过温度表2观测内部的温度,搅拌结束后,可以打开控制阀14,将茶油取出来。

1.一种茶油加工用搅拌装置,包括加热装置(1)、搅拌箱(3)、过滤上盖(6)、过滤底盒(8)和导热管(20),其特征在于:所述搅拌箱(3)一侧的底端设置有出料管,且出料管上安装有控制阀(14),所述搅拌箱(3)正面的底部安装有温度表(2),所述搅拌箱(3)的底部安装有加热装置(1),且搅拌箱(3)内部的底端安装有吸热板(21),所述吸热板(21)的上方均匀安装有导热管(20),且导热管(20)的顶部安装有加热板(19),所述搅拌箱(3)上方的中间位置处安装有YE2-90L旋转电机(12),所述YE2-90L旋转电机(12)的输出端安装有转动杆(16),且转动杆(16)位于搅拌箱(3)的中轴线上,所述转动杆(16)上安装有两组搅拌叶(17),所述搅拌箱(3)的上方通过支架安装有过滤底盒(8),且过滤底盒(8)的上方安装过滤上盖(6),所述过滤上盖(6)顶部的中间位置处设置有入料抖(7),且过滤上盖(6)下方的中间位置处安装有JZO振动电机(5),所述JZO振动电机(5)下方的一侧安装有电磁阀(10),且电磁阀(10)的输出端通过导管(11)与搅拌箱(3)的顶部连通,所述过滤底盒(8)内部的顶端安装有过滤网架(15),且过滤网架(15)的内侧安装有过滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶油加工用搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌箱(3)正面的顶端设置有观测窗(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶油加工用搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述过滤上盖(6)和过滤底盒(8)的两侧皆安装有相互配合的安装耳座(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶油加工用搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌箱(3)一侧的顶端设置有清洗口(13),且清洗口(13)上设置有密封盖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶油加工用搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶(17)上均匀设置有搅拌孔(18)。
