The application provides a sectional distribution method to solve the problems of complex operation and long distribution time in the prior art.
The application also relates to a segmented distribution device, another segmented distribution method and another segmented distribution device.
The application provides a segmented distribution method, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring a distribution task, wherein the distribution task comprises distribution information of at least one article to be distributed, the distribution information comprises a distribution starting address and a distribution destination address of each article to be distributed, and the articles to be distributed have the same distribution destination address;
selecting a centralized transportation bin of the distribution task according to the distribution starting address and the distribution destination address of the to-be-distributed article;
according to the collecting and transporting bin, determining a first distribution section of each article to be distributed of the distribution task and a second distribution section of the distribution task; the delivery address of the first delivery section is a delivery starting address corresponding to an article to be delivered, the receiving address is a warehouse address of the centralized transportation bin, the delivery address of the second delivery section is the warehouse address, and the receiving address is the delivery destination address;
according to the first distribution section, the second distribution section and the distribution information, creating a first sub distribution list corresponding to the distribution of the articles to be distributed in the respective first distribution section, and a second sub distribution list corresponding to the distribution of the articles to be distributed in the second distribution section;
sending a starting instruction of the sub-distribution tasks corresponding to the first sub-distribution lists respectively;
acquiring a distribution message of the to-be-distributed articles arriving at the collecting and transporting bin, and sending out a single-combining operation execution instruction of the to-be-distributed articles after all the to-be-distributed articles arrive at the collecting and transporting bin;
and sending a starting instruction of the sub-distribution task corresponding to the second sub-distribution list according to the list combination operation success message.
Optionally, the step of selecting a pallet of the distribution task includes:
generating respective corresponding distribution paths of the articles to be distributed according to the distribution starting address and the distribution destination address of the articles to be distributed;
and matching the distribution paths corresponding to the objects to be distributed with the pre-stored collection and transportation bins, and selecting the collection and transportation bin of the distribution task according to the matching result.
Optionally, after the step of creating the first sub delivery orders that the to-be-delivered articles are delivered in the respective first delivery sections and the step of sending the start instructions of the sub delivery tasks corresponding to the first sub delivery orders after the step of creating the second sub delivery orders that the to-be-delivered articles are delivered in the second delivery sections are executed, the following steps are executed:
receiving a change message of each first sub-delivery list of one or more to-be-delivered objects of the delivery task;
and updating the first sub distribution list of the or the objects to be distributed according to the change message.
Optionally, the step of obtaining a delivery message that the to-be-delivered article reaches the collecting and transporting bin, and sending a single-combining operation execution instruction of the to-be-delivered article after all the to-be-delivered articles reach the collecting and transporting bin includes:
acquiring a distribution message of the to-be-distributed articles arriving at the centralized transportation bin;
judging whether the objects to be distributed of the distribution task all reach the centralized transportation bin, if so, executing the following substeps:
and sending out an order combining operation execution instruction of the articles to be delivered.
Optionally, if the result of determining whether all the articles to be delivered of the delivery task reach the pallet is yes, and before the sub-step of issuing the order combining execution instruction of the articles to be delivered is executed, the following sub-steps are executed:
receiving a delivery message for canceling the delivery task;
and sending a distribution instruction for distributing the articles to be distributed to the corresponding distribution starting addresses according to the first sub distribution list, and deleting the second sub distribution list.
Optionally, after the substep of issuing the order combining execution instruction of the to-be-delivered items is executed, and before the step of issuing the starting instruction of the sub-delivery task corresponding to the second sub-delivery order is executed, the following steps are executed:
acquiring a distribution message for canceling the distribution task;
sending a list detaching operation execution instruction of the articles to be delivered according to the second sub delivery list;
generating respective associated sub-delivery lists of the to-be-delivered articles, which have an association relationship with the second sub-delivery list, and deleting the second sub-delivery lists; recording the distribution starting address of the object to be distributed corresponding to each sub-distribution list;
and sending a delivery instruction for delivering the to-be-delivered goods to the delivery starting addresses corresponding to the associated sub delivery orders.
Optionally, after the step of determining the respective first distribution section of the to-be-distributed items of the distribution task and the second distribution section of the distribution task is executed, the following steps are executed:
according to preset distribution calculation parameters of the to-be-distributed articles, calculating distribution fees of the to-be-distributed articles distributed in the corresponding first distribution sections and distribution fees of the to-be-distributed articles distributed in the second distribution sections;
calculating the total payment cost of the to-be-delivered articles according to the delivery cost and the price information of the to-be-delivered articles;
and creating a payment order of the to-be-delivered goods according to the total payment fee.
Optionally, after the step of creating the payment order of the item to be delivered is executed, the following steps are executed:
receiving a payment message of a payment order of the to-be-delivered article;
and sending a payment instruction of the payment order according to the payment message.
Optionally, after the step of issuing the payment instruction of the payment order is executed, the following steps are executed:
receiving refund requests of one or more to-be-delivered items recorded in the payment orders of the to-be-delivered items;
sending a refund operation instruction of the distribution cost of the or the objects to be distributed in the respective first distribution section;
calculating refund fees of the or the objects to be distributed in the respective first distribution sections;
and executing refund operation of the or the objects to be distributed in the respective first distribution section according to the refund fee.
Optionally, after the step of issuing the payment instruction of the payment order is executed, the following steps are executed:
receiving refund requests of one or more to-be-delivered items recorded in the payment orders of the to-be-delivered items;
sending a refund operation instruction of the distribution cost of the or the objects to be distributed in the second distribution section;
calculating the refund fee of the or the objects to be distributed in the second distribution section;
and executing the refund operation of the or the objects to be delivered in the second delivery section according to the refund fee.
Optionally, after the refund operation step of the or the to-be-dispensed items in the respective first dispensing section is executed, the following steps are executed:
sending a refund operation instruction of the distribution cost of the or the objects to be distributed in the second distribution section;
calculating the refund fee of the or the objects to be distributed in the second distribution section;
and executing the refund operation of the or the objects to be delivered in the second delivery section according to the refund fee.
Optionally, before the step of issuing the refund operation instruction of the or the to-be-dispensed items for the delivery cost in the second delivery section is executed, the following steps are executed:
judging whether the distribution cost of the or the articles to be distributed in the respective first distribution section is refunded successfully;
if yes, executing the refund operation instruction step of sending the distribution cost of the or the objects to be distributed in the second distribution section.
Optionally, before the step of issuing the refund operation instruction of the or the to-be-dispensed items for the delivery cost in the second delivery section is executed, the following steps are executed:
judging whether the articles to be delivered recorded in the second sub delivery list have at least one article to be delivered which is successfully delivered out of the warehouse;
if yes, executing the refund operation instruction step of sending the distribution cost of the or the objects to be distributed in the second distribution section.
Optionally, after the step of creating the payment order of the item to be delivered is executed, the following steps are executed:
obtaining refund requests of all the to-be-distributed articles recorded in the payment order;
sending an operation instruction of executing refund operation on the to-be-delivered articles in respective first delivery sections;
executing refund operation of the to-be-delivered objects in the respective first delivery sections according to the delivery cost recorded in the payment order and delivered by the to-be-delivered objects in the respective first delivery sections;
sending an operation instruction of executing refund operation on the to-be-delivered article in the second delivery section;
and executing refund operation of the to-be-delivered objects in the second delivery section according to the delivery cost recorded in the payment order and delivered by the to-be-delivered objects in the second delivery section.
Optionally, after the refund operation step of the to-be-delivered article in each first delivery segment is executed, before the operation instruction step of sending the refund operation of the to-be-delivered article in the second delivery segment is executed, the following steps are executed:
judging whether the distribution cost of the to-be-distributed articles in the respective first distribution sections is refund successfully;
if yes, executing the operation instruction step of sending the refund operation of the article to be delivered in the second delivery section.
Optionally, after the step of issuing the start instruction of the sub delivery task corresponding to the second sub delivery list is executed, the following steps are executed:
and receiving a delivery message that the delivery of the to-be-delivered object is successful.
Optionally, the respective delivery starting addresses of the articles to be delivered are in the same preset area;
the preset area includes: the country.
The application provides a segmentation dispensing device, includes:
a delivery task obtaining unit, configured to obtain a delivery task, where the delivery task includes delivery information of at least one to-be-delivered item, the delivery information includes a delivery start address and a delivery destination address of each to-be-delivered item, and the to-be-delivered items have the same delivery destination address;
the centralized transportation bin selection unit is used for selecting the centralized transportation bin of the distribution task according to the distribution starting address and the distribution destination address of the goods to be distributed;
a delivery section determining unit, configured to determine, according to the pallet, a first delivery section of each of the items to be delivered of the delivery task and a second delivery section of the delivery task; the delivery address of the first delivery section is a delivery starting address corresponding to an article to be delivered, the receiving address is a warehouse address of the centralized transportation bin, the delivery address of the second delivery section is the warehouse address, and the receiving address is the delivery destination address;

a payment message receiving unit, configured to receive a payment message of a payment order for the item to be delivered;

According to the segmented distribution method, a collection bin of a distribution task is selected according to a distribution starting address and a distribution destination address of an article to be distributed, wherein the distribution starting address and the distribution destination address are contained in the obtained distribution task, a first distribution section of the article to be distributed of the distribution task and a second distribution section of the distribution task are determined according to the collection bin, a first sub distribution list and a second sub distribution list corresponding to the distribution of the article to be distributed of the distribution task are created, the sub distribution tasks corresponding to the first sub distribution lists are executed, and the sub distribution tasks corresponding to the second sub distribution lists are executed after the article to be distributed reaches the collection bin and the combination operation of the article to be distributed is successfully executed. The segmented distribution method provides an overall distribution scheme for distributing the items to be distributed from the distribution starting address of the seller to the distribution destination address designated by the buyer, the buyer does not need to select a third-party transfer service provider on line, the operation performed by the buyer in the distribution process is reduced, convenience is provided for the buyer, and the distribution timeliness is improved.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of implementation in many different ways than those herein set forth and of similar import by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of this application and is therefore not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.
The present application provides a method and a device for dispensing in segments, and further provides a method and a device for dispensing in segments, which are described in detail below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments provided in the present application, and the steps of the method are described below.
The embodiment of the sectional distribution method provided by the application is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a process of an embodiment of a segment distribution method provided in the present application is shown. In addition, the relationship between the steps of the embodiment of the segmented distribution method is determined according to fig. 1.
Step S101, acquiring a distribution task.
The segmented distribution method provided by the application can be realized based on an online system of the to-be-distributed articles, specifically, the online system can include: a transaction center (Buy), a document center (LC), a border crossing platform (CNCBP), a shipping center (Consign), a multi-configuration collaboration platform (CNDCP), a dispatch center (SC), an access center (PAC), a forwarder system (CP), and the like.
Wherein the transaction center (Buy) is used for creating a transaction order of the items to be delivered after the buyer places an order.
And the receipt center (LC) receives the message notification and creates the logistics order of the to-be-delivered article after the transaction center creates the transaction order.
A shipping center (design) for performing shipping operations of the items to be delivered, and related operations of the buyer with respect to the transaction order or the logistics order, such as inquiry operations, refund operations, etc., are also triggered by the shipping center.
When a buyer triggers related operations, such as a combined payment operation, a delivery cancellation operation, and the like, in the shipping center, the multi-distribution collaboration platform (CNDCP) notifies the multi-distribution collaboration platform to assemble a corresponding message and create a corresponding scheduling task.
The cross-border platform (CNCBP) is configured to create or update a customer logistics order, and after monitoring a message that the document center creates the logistics order, the multi-partner platform calls the cross-border platform to create the customer logistics order.
The dispatching center (SC) is a module for realizing asynchronous processing, the multi-configuration cooperative platform can insert a task for sending a message into a task queue of the dispatching center, and the dispatching center informs the multi-configuration cooperative platform to send a corresponding message when executing the task.
The access center (PAC), a unified access center, is similar to a gateway between an online system and a carrier system.
The carrier system (CP) is configured to receive and send a message. The carrier refers to an international carrier that cooperates with a service provider (e.g., a bird) of the online system.
In this embodiment, the distribution task is obtained based on the carrier system.
The distribution task comprises distribution information of at least one to-be-distributed article, the distribution information comprises a distribution starting address and a distribution destination address of each to-be-distributed article, and the to-be-distributed articles have the same distribution destination address.
Preferably, the respective distribution starting addresses of the objects to be distributed are in the same preset area; the preset area includes: country, region (such as the region of hong Kong and Auo Tai, etc.).
For example, the distribution task includes distribution information of 2 articles to be distributed, the distribution information of the 1 st article to be distributed includes a distribution starting address of 19 th seashore area of beijing city, and a distribution destination address of 25 th stories of coastal area of civic hall of singapore;
the delivery information of the 2 nd article to be delivered comprises a delivery starting address of No. 20 West lake region in Hangzhou city in Zhejiang province and a delivery destination address of 25 th stories in the coastal region of the Singapore municipal administration hall.
And step S102, selecting a collecting and transporting bin of the distribution task according to the distribution starting address and the distribution destination address of the goods to be distributed.
According to the distribution task obtained in step S101, the actual distribution process of the to-be-distributed items corresponding to the distribution task may be divided into two sections, where the first section is domestic distribution, the to-be-distributed items are distributed from a distribution starting address (such as a delivery address of a seller) to a collection and transportation warehouse of a forwarder by a domestic distributor, the second section includes customs and overseas distribution, the forwarder distributes the to-be-distributed items from the collection and transportation warehouse to a distribution destination address (such as a receiving address of a buyer), and the connection between the two sections of distribution processes, or the connection between the domestic distributor and the forwarder, is realized by the collection and transportation warehouse, and the receiving address of the first section of distribution is the address of the second section of distribution.
This step is performed by the selection of the pallet. For example, the 2 items to be delivered are first selected from a list of carriers provided by the on-line system, and after determining the carrier, a warehouse is selected from a list of warehouses provided by the carrier as a shipping bin. It should be noted that if the forwarder has only one warehouse as the shipping bin, the warehouse is selected as the shipping bin by default.
Preferably, the collecting and transporting bin of the delivery task is selected according to the delivery starting address and the delivery destination address of the goods to be delivered, and the method comprises the following substeps:
1) generating respective corresponding distribution paths of the articles to be distributed according to the distribution starting address and the distribution destination address of the articles to be distributed;
the distribution route refers to a relatively reasonable distribution route which can be selected according to the conditions of a distribution starting address and a distribution destination address, the key point of the distribution route is to connect the intermediate positions of the first distribution section and the second distribution section, and for distribution outlet or import goods, the distribution route mainly refers to a selectable customs.
As for the above 2 articles to be dispensed, the dispensing route corresponding to the 1 st article to be dispensed is: beijing seas area No. 19- > Shanghai Port customs- > Singapore municipal Libran area 25 stories, and Beijing seas area No. 19- > Tianjin Port customs gathering and transportation warehouse- > Singapore municipal Libran area 25 stories;
the distribution path corresponding to the 2 nd article to be distributed is as follows: zhejiang Hangzhou city west lake region No. 20- > Shanghai harbor customs- > Singapore municipal office coastal region 25 th floor.
2) And matching the distribution paths corresponding to the objects to be distributed with the pre-stored collection and transportation bins, and selecting the collection and transportation bin of the distribution task according to the matching result.
Matching the distribution paths of the articles to be distributed with the collecting and transporting bin means that the collecting and transporting bin which can be used by the distribution paths of the articles to be distributed is screened out by matching and is used as the collecting and transporting bin of the distribution task. For example, in the above example, the only stowage bins that can be selected are those located in seaports.
In addition, in the implementation, if there are a plurality of the collecting bins matched with the delivery path, one of the warehouses may be selected as the collecting bin for the delivery task according to parameters such as delivery time, delivery cost, and the like.
Step S103, determining a first distribution segment of each of the to-be-distributed items of the distribution task and a second distribution segment of the distribution task according to the pallet.
In the step S102, the collecting bin is selected, and in this step, according to the collecting bin selected in the step S102, a first distribution section of each of the articles to be distributed of the distribution task and a second distribution section of the distribution task are determined; the delivery address of the first delivery section is a delivery starting address corresponding to the article to be delivered, the receiving address is a warehouse address of the centralized transportation warehouse, the delivery address of the second delivery section is the warehouse address, and the receiving address is the delivery destination address.

when the weight is distributed abroad, the first weight cost (the weight is less than 1kg) is 20 yuan/kg, and the second weight cost is 9 yuan/500 g.
The weight of the 1 st article to be delivered is 0.9kg, the delivery cost of the corresponding first delivery section is 23 yuan, the weight of the 2 nd article to be delivered is 1.7kg, and the delivery cost of the corresponding first delivery section is 23+ (1.7-1) × 10 ═ 30 yuan;
the total weight of the two is 0.9kg +1.7 kg-2.6 kg, and the distribution cost of the second distribution section corresponding to the two is 20+ (2.6-1)/0.5 × 9-48.8 yuan.
2. Calculating the total payment cost of the to-be-delivered articles according to the delivery cost and the price information of the to-be-delivered articles;
3. and creating a payment order of the to-be-delivered goods according to the total payment fee.
Here, the creation of the payment order for the item to be delivered is based on the transaction center.
In specific implementation, after the step of creating the payment order of the to-be-delivered item is executed, the following payment operations are executed:
receiving a payment message of a payment order of the to-be-delivered article;
and sending a payment instruction of the payment order according to the payment message.
The payment message contains payment information, such as a payment account, a payment password, entered by the buyer for payment when paying the payment order.
The payment instruction refers to an instruction for executing the payment operation of the payment order. And after the payment operation of the payment order is successfully executed, the trading center creates a trading order of the to-be-delivered goods, and after the trading order is successfully created, the trading center sends a corresponding message of the trading order to notify the receipt center.
It should be noted that, after the payment of the payment order is successful and the transaction order of the items to be delivered is created, a refund entrance is opened to the buyer, and the buyer can trigger a corresponding refund operation through the refund entrance and execute the corresponding refund operation to apply for refund.
According to the segmented delivery method, when a buyer pays a payment order of the to-be-delivered object, the delivery cost of the to-be-delivered object in the first delivery section and the second delivery section is paid, the buyer does not need to select a third-party forwarder and pay the delivery cost of the second delivery section to the third-party forwarder, the operation of the buyer in the delivery process is reduced, and convenience is brought to the buyer.
Step S104, creating a first sub delivery receipt corresponding to the delivery of the to-be-delivered article in the respective first delivery section, and a second sub delivery receipt corresponding to the delivery of the to-be-delivered article in the second delivery section, according to the first delivery section, the second delivery section, and the delivery information.
In the step S103, the first distribution segment of each item to be distributed of the distribution task and the second distribution segment of the distribution task are determined, and the trade order is created, after the trade order is created successfully, the trade center sends a message corresponding to the trade order to the receipt center, and after the receipt center receives the message, the receipt center creates a logistics order of the item to be distributed, that is: and creating a first sub delivery list corresponding to the delivery of the to-be-delivered articles in the respective first delivery section, and creating a second sub delivery list corresponding to the delivery of the to-be-delivered articles in the second delivery section.
After the multi-configuration cooperative platform monitors the message of the receipt center for creating the logistics order, the multi-configuration cooperative platform calls the cross-border platform to create the buyer logistics order, after the buyer logistics order is created successfully, a corresponding scheduling task is created in the scheduling center, and a message is sent to the forwarder system through the access center to remind a buyer logistics order needing to be forwarded to be generated.
In implementation, when the logistics order changes, for example, the buyer changes the delivery party or changes the delivery destination address, the logistics order is updated according to the changed information. Preferably, after the first sub delivery orders corresponding to the items to be delivered in the respective first delivery sections are created in step S104, and the second sub delivery orders corresponding to the items to be delivered in the second delivery sections are delivered in step S105, before the start instruction of the sub delivery tasks corresponding to the first sub delivery orders is issued in step S105, the following steps are executed:
receiving a change message of each first sub-delivery list of one or more to-be-delivered objects of the delivery task;
and updating the first sub distribution list of the or the objects to be distributed according to the change message.
Step S105, issuing a start instruction of the sub delivery tasks corresponding to the first sub delivery tickets respectively.
And after sending the starting instruction of the sub-distribution tasks corresponding to the first sub-distribution lists, the seller executes delivery operation, and delivers the to-be-delivered items recorded in the corresponding first sub-distribution lists to a delivery party for delivery.
In addition, after the transaction order of the item to be delivered is successfully created in step S103, the refund entrance is already opened, so that the buyer can apply for refund through the refund entrance after the seller performs the delivery operation.
And step S106, acquiring a distribution message of the to-be-distributed articles arriving at the collecting and transporting bin, and sending out a single-combining operation execution instruction of the to-be-distributed articles after all the to-be-distributed articles arrive at the collecting and transporting bin.
In order to reduce the number of times of participation of buyers in the delivery process of the items to be delivered and realize quick delivery, the steps can be divided into the following three steps:
1) acquiring a distribution message of the to-be-distributed articles arriving at the centralized transportation bin;
2) judging whether the objects to be distributed of the distribution task all reach the centralized transportation bin, if so, executing the following substeps:
there are various ways to judge whether all the articles to be delivered arrive at the collecting and transporting bin, and the judgment can be made after the articles to be delivered which finally arrive at the collecting and transporting bin are successfully put in storage.
3) And sending out an order combining operation execution instruction of the articles to be delivered.
In a specific implementation, the receiving operation is performed when the to-be-delivered item arrives at the shipping bin, and since the refund entrance is already opened after the transaction order of the to-be-delivered item is successfully created in step S103, here, after the receiving operation is performed, the refund entrance is already opened regardless of whether the receiving is successful or the receiving is failed, so that the buyer can also apply for refund through the refund entrance. However, since the delivery of the first delivery section is completed at this time, the delivery fee of the first delivery section cannot be applied for refund. It should be noted that, if the receipt fails, the article to be delivered is returned by the delivery party providing the delivery (i.e., the delivery of the first delivery section).
In addition, in specific implementation, after the signing-in operation is executed and the signing-in is successful, a warehousing operation is executed for the to-be-delivered article which is successfully signed in, that is, the to-be-delivered article is warehoused in the collecting and transporting warehouse, for example, the to-be-delivered article and the first sub delivery list corresponding to the to-be-delivered article are recorded into the database corresponding to the collecting and transporting warehouse. Since the refund entrance is already opened after the transaction order of the to-be-delivered item is successfully created in step S103, after the warehousing operation is executed, the buyer can also apply for refund through the refund entrance regardless of successful warehousing or failed warehousing.
In addition, after the warehousing operation is executed, regardless of successful warehousing or failed warehousing, a goods returning entrance is opened to the buyer, and the buyer can trigger corresponding goods returning operation through the goods returning entrance and execute the corresponding goods returning operation to return the goods to be delivered to the delivery starting address of the corresponding seller.
It should be noted that, after the warehousing operation is executed, if the warehousing fails, the buyer may be guided to contact the forwarder system to handle the warehousing failure.
In this embodiment, after all the articles to be delivered are successfully put into the warehouse, that is, after all the articles to be delivered reach the centralized transportation bin, and after a delivery message that the articles to be delivered reach the centralized transportation bin is acquired, an order combining operation execution instruction of the articles to be delivered is sent out, an order combining operation is executed, the articles to be delivered are delivered in a unified manner, and the delivery cost of buyers is reduced to a certain extent.
In addition, the segmented distribution method realizes the overall distribution of the items to be distributed from the seller to the buyer, shortens the operation flow in the distribution process and improves the distribution timeliness.
And step S107, sending out a starting instruction of the sub-distribution task corresponding to the second sub-distribution list according to the list merging operation success message.
In this embodiment, after issuing the start instruction of the sub-delivery task corresponding to the second sub-delivery order to the instruction of the carrier system, after the delivery of the to-be-delivered items is successful, the carrier system may feed back a corresponding message, and specifically, after this step is executed, the following steps are executed:
and receiving a delivery message that the delivery of the to-be-delivered object is successful.
In specific implementation, the buyer can trigger the refund operation through the refund entrance opened to the buyer through the steps, so as to apply for refund. The buyer may apply for a refund for any part of the total payment, for example, for a refund for the delivery fee delivered in the first delivery section, for a refund for the delivery fee delivered in the second delivery section, or for a refund for the total payment. In this embodiment, the refund operation includes a first refund operation and a second refund operation, the refund fee corresponding to the first refund operation is the distribution fee distributed by the first distribution section, and the refund fee corresponding to the second refund operation is the distribution fee distributed by the second distribution section.
When a buyer applies for refund, the multi-configuration cooperative platform monitors refund information corresponding to the refund operation, calls the cross-border platform to update the state of the buyer logistics order, and issues a refund message to the forwarder system through the access center.
1. First refund operation
Receiving refund requests of one or more to-be-delivered items recorded in the payment orders of the to-be-delivered items;
sending a refund operation instruction of the distribution cost of the or the objects to be distributed in the respective first distribution section;
calculating refund fees of the or the objects to be distributed in the respective first distribution sections;
and executing refund operation of the or the objects to be distributed in the respective first distribution section according to the refund fee.
The refund fee of the first delivery segment is calculated as follows:
if the total weight of the delivery packages corresponding to the articles to be delivered is less than or equal to the first weight, the refund fee of the articles to be delivered in the respective first delivery section is 0;
if the total weight of the delivery packages corresponding to the items to be delivered is larger than the first weight, the refund cost of the items to be delivered in the respective first delivery section is equal to the delivery cost of the delivery packages corresponding to the items to be delivered minus the delivery cost of the remaining items to be delivered;
the remaining articles to be dispensed refer to the articles to be dispensed except the articles to be dispensed for which a refund is applied in the dispensing packages corresponding to the articles to be dispensed.
For example, a certain delivery package contains 2 identical articles to be delivered, each of which has a weight of 0.2kg, and the delivery fee of the two articles in the first delivery section is 20 yuan, and if a refund is applied for one article to be delivered in the delivery package, the refund fee is 0.
For another example, a delivery package includes 2 items to be delivered, the weight of the 1 st item to be delivered is 0.9kg, the weight of the 2 nd item to be delivered is 1.2kg, the delivery fee of the two items in the first delivery section is 20+ (0.9+1.2-1) × 10 ═ 31 yuan, and if a refund is requested for the 1 st item to be delivered in the delivery package, the refund fee is:
31- {20+ (1.2-1) × 10} ═ 9 yuan;
if a refund is applied for the 2 nd article to be delivered in the delivery package, the refund fee is as follows:
31-20 ═ 11 yuan.
In particular embodiments, a buyer may apply for a refund for any one or more items to be delivered, such as, but not limited to, a plurality of delivery packages containing a plurality of items to be delivered for which the buyer applies for a refund before the delivery package is taken out of the warehouse, or for which a refund is applied for any one or more items to be delivered in the delivery package.
After the first refund operation of the to-be-dispensed articles is successfully executed, the to-be-dispensed articles applying refund cannot participate in the distribution of the second distribution section, so that the distribution cost of the to-be-dispensed articles in the second distribution section also needs to apply refund, and the refund is applied through the following steps on the basis of the first refund operation:
sending a refund operation instruction of the distribution cost of the or the objects to be distributed in the second distribution section;
calculating the refund fee of the or the objects to be distributed in the second distribution section;
and executing the refund operation of the or the objects to be delivered in the second delivery section according to the refund fee.
Preferably, in step S103, after the step of issuing the payment instruction of the payment order is executed, that is, after the payment of the payment order is completed, the first refund operation is executed.
2. Second refund operation
Receiving refund requests of one or more to-be-delivered items recorded in the payment orders of the to-be-delivered items;
sending a refund operation instruction of the distribution cost of the or the objects to be distributed in the second distribution section;
calculating the refund fee of the or the objects to be distributed in the second distribution section;
and executing the refund operation of the or the objects to be delivered in the second delivery section according to the refund fee.
The refund fee of the or the articles to be delivered in the second delivery section is the same as the calculation method of the refund fee of the first delivery section, and the calculation method of the refund fee of the first delivery section is referred to, which is not described herein again.
Preferably, in the execution process of the second refund operation, in order to perfect the refund process, before the step of issuing the refund operation instruction of the delivery cost of the item or the items to be delivered in the second delivery section is executed, the following refund determination operation is executed:
judging whether the distribution cost of the or the articles to be distributed in the respective first distribution section is refunded successfully;
if yes, executing the refund operation instruction step of sending the distribution cost of the or the objects to be distributed in the second distribution section.
Preferably, in the execution process of the second refund operation, in order to further improve the refund flow, before the step of issuing the refund operation instruction of the delivery cost of the or the to-be-delivered object in the second delivery section is executed, the following delivery judgment operation is executed:
judging whether the articles to be delivered recorded in the second sub delivery list have at least one article to be delivered which is successfully delivered out of the warehouse;
if yes, executing the refund operation instruction step of sending the distribution cost of the or the objects to be distributed in the second distribution section.
In addition, in the implementation, the refund determination operation and the delivery determination operation may be performed before the refund operation instruction step of issuing the delivery fee of the one or more to-be-delivered objects in the second delivery section is performed during the second refund operation.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the buyer and simplify the refund operation of the buyer, when the buyer applies for refunds for all the to-be-delivered items recorded in the payment order of the to-be-delivered items, the refund is applied by the following steps:
obtaining refund requests of all the to-be-distributed articles recorded in the payment order;
sending an operation instruction of executing refund operation on the to-be-delivered articles in respective first delivery sections;
executing refund operation of the to-be-delivered objects in the respective first delivery sections according to the delivery cost recorded in the payment order and delivered by the to-be-delivered objects in the respective first delivery sections;
sending an operation instruction of executing refund operation on the to-be-delivered article in the second delivery section;
and executing refund operation of the to-be-delivered objects in the second delivery section according to the delivery cost recorded in the payment order and delivered by the to-be-delivered objects in the second delivery section.
Preferably, after the refund operation step of the to-be-delivered article in the respective first delivery section is executed, and before the operation instruction step of issuing the refund operation of the to-be-delivered article in the second delivery section is executed, the following steps are executed:
judging whether the distribution cost of the to-be-distributed articles in the respective first distribution sections is refund successfully;
if yes, executing the operation instruction step of sending the refund operation of the article to be delivered in the second delivery section.
In specific implementation, the return entrance opened to the buyer through the steps is used for triggering the return operation by the buyer through the return entrance so as to apply for return. In this embodiment, the goods returning operation includes a first goods returning operation and a second goods returning operation, and the difference between the first goods returning operation and the second goods returning operation is that: the first goods returning operation is to apply for returning the goods to be delivered before the order combining operation is executed; the second goods returning operation is to apply for returning the goods to be delivered after the order combining operation is executed.
1. First return operation
Receiving a delivery message for canceling the delivery task;
and sending a distribution instruction for distributing the articles to be distributed to the corresponding distribution starting addresses according to the first sub distribution list, and deleting the second sub distribution list.
Preferably, in step S106, if the result of the step 2) of determining whether all the articles to be delivered of the delivery task reach the pallet is yes, and before the step 3) of issuing the order combining operation execution instruction of the articles to be delivered, the first return operation is executed.
2. Second return operation
Acquiring a distribution message for canceling the distribution task;
sending a list detaching operation execution instruction of the articles to be delivered according to the second sub delivery list;
generating respective associated sub-delivery lists of the to-be-delivered articles, which have an association relationship with the second sub-delivery list, and deleting the second sub-delivery lists; recording the distribution starting address of the object to be distributed corresponding to each sub-distribution list;
and sending a delivery instruction for delivering the to-be-delivered goods to the delivery starting addresses corresponding to the associated sub delivery orders.
It should be noted that, during the execution of the order splitting operation, if the order splitting operation fails, the buyer may be guided to contact the forwarder system to handle the order splitting failure.
In order to further improve the distribution process of the to-be-distributed items, it is preferable that, in the step S106, after the substep 3) issues the order combining operation execution instruction of the to-be-distributed items, and before the step S107 is executed, the second return operation is executed.
In summary, in the segmented delivery method, according to a delivery start address and a delivery destination address of the to-be-delivered item included in the obtained delivery task, a collecting bin of the delivery task is selected, a first delivery section of the to-be-delivered item of the delivery task and a second delivery section of the delivery task are determined according to the collecting bin, a first sub delivery sheet and a second sub delivery sheet corresponding to the delivery of the to-be-delivered item of the delivery task are created, the sub delivery tasks corresponding to the first sub delivery sheets are executed, and after the to-be-delivered item reaches the collecting bin and the to-be-delivered item combination operation is successfully executed, the sub delivery tasks corresponding to the second sub delivery sheets are executed. The segmented distribution method provides an overall distribution scheme for distributing the to-be-distributed articles from the distribution starting address of the seller to the distribution destination address designated by the buyer, the buyer does not need to select a third-party transfer service provider on line, the operation flow in the distribution process is shortened, and the distribution timeliness is improved;
in addition, according to the segmented delivery method, when a buyer pays a payment order of the to-be-delivered object, the delivery cost of the to-be-delivered object in the first delivery section and the second delivery section is paid, so that the operation performed by the buyer in the delivery process is reduced, and convenience is provided for the buyer;
the segmented delivery method provides a bill combining operation for buyers, and the objects to be delivered are uniformly delivered, so that the delivery cost of the buyers is reduced.
The application provides a segmentation dispenser embodiment as follows:
in the above embodiments, a sectional distribution method is provided, and accordingly, a sectional distribution device is also provided, which is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Since the apparatus embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments, they are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to the corresponding description of the method embodiments provided above for relevant portions. Since this embodiment is similar to the above embodiment of the segmented distribution method, it is relatively easy to describe, and the related portions should be referred to the corresponding description of the above embodiment of the method. The method embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
The present embodiment is different from the above-mentioned embodiment of the segmented distribution method in that:
in the foregoing segmented distribution method embodiment, after determining the first distribution segment of each of the to-be-distributed items of the distribution task and the second distribution segment of the distribution task, a first sub-distribution list corresponding to the distribution of the to-be-distributed items in the first distribution segment is created, and a second sub-distribution list corresponding to the distribution of the to-be-distributed items in the second distribution segment is created;
in this embodiment, after determining the first delivery section of each of the to-be-delivered items of the delivery task and the second delivery section of the delivery task, only the first sub delivery list corresponding to the delivery of the to-be-delivered items in the first delivery section is created, and after the to-be-delivered items reach the pallet, the second sub delivery list corresponding to the delivery of the to-be-delivered items in the second delivery section is created according to the order combining operation success message of the to-be-delivered items.
The application provides a segmented distribution method, which comprises the following steps:
in step S301, a delivery task is acquired.
The distribution task comprises distribution information of at least one to-be-distributed article, the distribution information comprises a distribution starting address and a distribution destination address of each to-be-distributed article, and the to-be-distributed articles have the same distribution destination address.
Step S302, selecting a collecting warehouse of the delivery task according to the delivery start address and the delivery destination address of the to-be-delivered item.
Step S303, determining a first distribution segment of each of the to-be-distributed items of the distribution task and a second distribution segment of the distribution task according to the pallet.
The delivery address of the first delivery section is a delivery starting address corresponding to an article to be delivered, the receiving address is a warehouse address of the centralized transportation bin, the delivery address of the second delivery section is the warehouse address, and the receiving address is the delivery destination address;
step S304, creating a first sub delivery list corresponding to the first delivery section to which the to-be-delivered item is delivered in accordance with the first delivery section and the delivery information.
In this embodiment, only the first sub delivery orders corresponding to the items to be delivered in the respective first delivery sections are created, and the second sub delivery orders corresponding to the items to be delivered in the respective second delivery sections are not created.
Step S305, issuing a start instruction of the sub delivery tasks corresponding to the first sub delivery lists respectively.
Step S306, obtaining the distribution information of the to-be-distributed articles arriving at the collecting and transporting bin, and sending out the order combining operation execution instruction of the to-be-distributed articles after all the to-be-distributed articles arrive at the collecting and transporting bin.
Step S307, according to the order combining operation success message, creating a second sub-delivery order corresponding to the delivery of the to-be-delivered article in the respective second delivery section.
In this embodiment, after the articles to be delivered arrive at the collecting and transporting bin, according to the successful message of the order combining operation of the articles to be delivered, second sub-delivery orders, which correspond to the articles to be delivered in respective second delivery sections, are created.
Step S308, a start instruction of the sub-delivery task corresponding to the second sub-delivery list is issued.
