The invention realizes intelligent processing of diversified orders by establishing an intelligent order processing method.
The detailed implementation steps are as follows:
first, splitting the order for the first time (according to the distribution of commodity channels and warehouses where stocks are located):
wherein the splitting the order for the goods into a plurality of first split orders according to the goods supplier and the inventory warehouse of the goods supplier comprises:
checking commodity supply channels (channels for short) of all commodities in the order, splitting the order into a plurality of first pre-splitting orders according to different commodity supply channels, wherein each first pre-splitting order corresponds to one commodity supply channel;
and checking the inventory warehouse of all the commodities in the current order in each commodity supply channel, and splitting the first pre-splitting list into a plurality of first splitting lists according to different inventory warehouses, wherein each first splitting list corresponds to the inventory warehouse of one commodity supply channel.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
1. checking the channel sources of all the commodities in the commodity order, and performing a first pre-splitting order on the order according to different channels, wherein each channel is a first pre-splitting order (such as a shark self-operated commodity, a shark manufacturer commodity and a shark third-party cooperation platform commodity);
2. checking the stock distribution condition of all the commodities in the commodity order in each channel, and performing a second pre-splitting order on the order according to different channels and different warehouses, wherein each channel-stock warehouse is a first splitting order (such as a poly shark Beijing warehouse, a poly shark Shanghai warehouse, a supplier Shenyang warehouse and a third-party platform Shenzhen warehouse);
an example of this process is: if, for example, item order A is known, item A, B, C, D, E:
a) wherein ABC belongs to the same group of shark self-operated commodities, DE belongs to the same group of shark manufacturers commodities (the same supplier);
the first pre-splitting result is: a first pre-resolution sheet 1-A, B, C; a first pre-resolution sheet 2-D, E;
b) wherein AB is in the Beijing warehouse of the poly shark, and C is in the Shanghai warehouse of the poly shark; DE Shenyang warehouse from Cekish shark manufacturer;
the second pre-splitting result is: a first resolution sheet 1-A, B; a first resolution sheet 2-C; first resolution sheet 3-D, E.
Secondly, calculating the activity amount:
that is, before splitting the first splitting list into the second splitting list and the third splitting list according to the commodity form, the method includes:
and splitting the activity amount to each first splitting list according to the activity amount used in the order and the sales amount proportion corresponding to each first splitting list.
Specifically, 1, checking all used discount activities and coupons of a commodity order, and counting the use range of each activity/coupon;
for example:
the commodity order uses activity 1, minus 30, and contains the commodity: A. c;
the merchandise order used coupon 2, minus 50 dollars, containing merchandise A, B, D;
2. splitting the discount amount of each activity/coupon according to the sales amount proportion of the usable commodities;
for example: the selling price of the commodity A is 100 yuan, and the selling price of the commodity C is 200 yuan;
the activity 1, the commodity A is split into 10 yuan, and the commodity C is split into 20 yuan;
the selling price of the commodity B is 100 yuan, and the selling price of the commodity D is 300 yuan;
the coupon 2 is formed by splitting a commodity A into 10 yuan, splitting a commodity B into 10 yuan and splitting a commodity C into 30 yuan
3. Judging the apportionment rule (platform bearing, supplier bearing and both parties bearing) of each activity/coupon, and calculating the amount of money to be borne by each activity, the coupon platform party (shark-shaped global selection) and the supplier;
for example:
order A, original price 300 Yuan.
Using the activity 2, folding 8, and configuring the rule as follows: the supplier undertakes.
And using the coupon 3 again, subtracting 50 yuan, and configuring the rule as follows: and (4) sharing the common charge.
Then, the platform side undertakes the following money amounts: 50 x 0.5 ═ 25 yuan.
The supplier undertakes the following money amounts: [ 50 × 0.5 ═ 25 yuan ] + [ 300 × (1-0.8) ═ 60 yuan ═ 85 yuan.
Thirdly, the order is distributed for the first time and split for the second time (according to the commodity form):
that is, the splitting the first splitting order into the second splitting order and the third splitting order according to the commodity form, and distributing the second splitting order for the first time according to the commodity supplier includes:
when the commodity of the order is judged to have the virtual commodity, the virtual commodity is split into a second splitting order and is pushed to a virtual commodity extraction/recharging platform to be distributed for the first time;
when the commodities of the order are judged to have cross-border commodities, the commodities are respectively split according to different commodity supply channels and are pushed to a cross-border service provider to be distributed for the first time;
when the goods of the order are judged to have the goods picking ticket goods, the goods picking ticket goods are respectively split according to different goods supply channels and are pushed to a goods picking ticket platform to be distributed for the first time;
and splitting other commodities in the commodities of the order into a third splitting list.
The method specifically comprises the following steps: 1. judging whether the ordered self-service commodities have virtual commodities, if so, splitting the virtual commodities into a single and pushing the single to a virtual commodity extracting/recharging platform (such as a shark value card and other commodities);
2. judging whether the ordered commodities have cross-border commodities, if so, splitting the ordered commodities according to different channels respectively (for example, a supplier A-a cross-border commodity 01 is greater than an order 01, a supplier B-a cross-border commodity 02, 03 is greater than an order 02, and the like), pushing the commodities to a cross-border service provider, completing three-order combination by the cross-border service provider, and pushing customs;
3. judging whether the ordered goods have the picking note goods or not, if so, splitting the picking note goods according to different channels respectively (for example, a supplier C-picking note goods 01 is greater than an order 03, and suppliers D-picking note goods 02 and 03 are greater than an order 04), pushing the goods to a picking note platform, and initiating a picking note reservation according to the reservation time and reservation information selected by a customer.
Fourthly, calculating an optimal distribution scheme and a packaging scheme:
namely, counting the volume information and the weight information of the commodities in the third splitting list;
acquiring a carrier list capable of being matched with the receiving address according to the third splitting list receiving address;
when the commodities of the third split list comprise cold chain commodities, large commodities with the volume larger than a preset volume threshold value and goods arrive at payment, screening out corresponding carriers from the carrier list, and determining a final carrier list;
determining a distribution combination according to the final carrier list, a distribution fee rule formed by the volume information, the weight information and the fee information and the commodities in the third splitting list;
determining a packaging combination according to the volume information and the information of all types of packaging boxes in the packaging consumable library;
