Abstract
一种轮胎装配用润滑液,属于润滑材料技术领域。本发明轮胎装配用润滑液由以下重量份的物质组成:聚乙二醇30-50份,聚乙烯醇20-40份,聚丙烯酰胺15-25份,三乙醇胺10-25份,硬脂酸3-5份,C8-C9烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-15份,苯氧乙醇0.1-3份,乳化硅油消泡剂0.01-1份。本发明不仅能满足硬度较大的汽车子午线轮胎装配润滑性能的要求,而且能保持弱碱性以及在接触面形成一定的吸附膜,涂刷后,所形成的润滑膜无色、无脆裂、无脱落现象,对铝合金轮辋起到防锈和保护作用,同时与轮胎橡胶相容性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轮胎装配用润滑液,属于润滑材料技术领域。
背景技术
为提高金属材料加工工艺的效率,改善产品质量,减少工具磨损,降低摩擦阻力,节省动力能源等,要选用适当的润滑剂。除特殊情况下使用少量固体润滑剂外,大都使用液体润滑剂,根据形态把金属加工油剂分为油基型和水基型两大类。
油基型润滑剂是以矿物油、合成烃、动植物油或它们的混合物为基础油加入各种添加剂形成的。油基型润滑剂有良好的润滑效果,但冷却效果稍差,还存在易燃和污染环境的缺点。水基型润滑剂包括可溶性液、半合成液和合成液三种。可溶性油(又称乳化液)是由矿物油(或植物油)、水、乳化剂、添加剂组成的。它既具有油基型润滑剂润滑性好的优点,又具有水冷却性能良好的优点,同时也减少润滑剂使用过程中着火的危险。不足之处是容易被微生物污染而变质、腐败,影响其使用寿命;可溶性油通常配成浓缩液形式,使用时通常用水稀释成1%~5%的水包油型稀乳化液。

本发明轮胎装配用润滑液由以下重量份的物质组成:聚乙二醇30-50份,聚乙烯醇20-40份,聚丙烯酰胺15-25份,三乙醇胺10-25份,硬脂酸3-5份,C8-C9烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-15份,苯氧乙醇0.1-3份,乳化硅油消泡剂0.01-1份。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明不仅能满足硬度较大的汽车子午线轮胎装配润滑性能的要求,而且能保持弱碱性以及在接触面形成一定的吸附膜,涂刷后,所形成的润滑膜无色、无脆裂、无脱落现象,对铝合金轮辋起到防锈和保护作用,同时与轮胎橡胶相容性好。

实施例1
聚乙二醇50份,聚乙烯醇40份,聚丙烯酰胺25份,三乙醇胺25份,硬脂酸5份,C8-C9烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份,苯氧乙醇3份,乳化硅油消泡剂1份。
实施例2
聚乙二醇30份,聚乙烯醇20份,聚丙烯酰胺15份,三乙醇胺10份,硬脂酸3份,C8-C9烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10份,苯氧乙醇0.2份,乳化硅油消泡剂0.1份。
实施例3
聚乙二醇40份,聚乙烯醇35份,聚丙烯酰胺18份,三乙醇胺20份,硬脂酸4份,C8-C9烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚13份,苯氧乙醇1.3份,乳化硅油消泡剂0.5份。

1.一种轮胎装配用润滑液,其特征在于,所述的轮胎装配用润滑液由以下重量份的物质组成:聚乙二醇30-50份,聚乙烯醇20-40份,聚丙烯酰胺15-25份,三乙醇胺10-25份,硬脂酸3-5份,C8-C9烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-15份,苯氧乙醇0.1-3份,乳化硅油消泡剂0.01-1份。
