Abstract
本发明公开了一种无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜,包括:基膜、涂布于基膜两面上的抗静电层以及层叠于抗静电层上的功能改进层,抗静电层由如下重量份的各组分混合制得:石蜡15‑30份、粘合剂树脂20‑35份、纳米二氧化硅5‑10份、抗静电剂3‑8份及分散剂适量,功能改进层由防粘连剂涂布制得。有益之处在于:本发明的离型膜适用于无纺布双面胶,通过在基膜两面涂布抗静电层起到了静电转移和释放的作用,从而避免静电积聚,功能改进层则能够优化离型膜的剥离效果,有效地避免残余黏着,赋予产品更好的使用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种离型膜,具体涉及一种无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜。
背景技术
离型膜是指薄膜表面能有区分的薄膜,离型膜与特定的材料在有限的条件下接触后不具有粘性,或轻微的粘性,又称剥离膜、隔离膜或分离膜。随着产业化的发展,在各种电子、电气设备以及日常生活用品等多个领域中,离型膜的应用得到快速增长,具有尺寸稳定、易切割等优点,但普遍存在静电积聚、有残余黏着等问题,影响了产品的后续使用,亟待改进。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜,同时也克服了静电问题。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜,包括:基膜、涂布于基膜两面上的抗静电层以及层叠于抗静电层上的功能改进层,所述抗静电层由如下重量份的各组分混合制得:石蜡15-30份、粘合剂树脂20-35份、纳米二氧化硅5-10份、抗静电剂3-8份及分散剂适量,所述功能改进层由防粘连剂涂布制得。
优选地,前述基膜由合成树脂制成。
更优选地,前述合成树脂选自:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丙烯酸酯及聚氨酯中的一种。
再优选地,前述粘合剂树脂选自环氧类、乙烯基树脂及聚氨酯中的一种或多种。
更优选地,前述纳米二氧化硅为球形,平均粒径为80-200nm。
进一步优选地,前述抗静电剂为三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐。
更进一步优选地,前述分散剂为乙醇或丙醇。
再进一步优选地,前述防粘连剂为硅油,能够赋予离型膜更好的剥离效果,避免残余黏着。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明的离型膜适用于无纺布双面胶,通过在基膜两面涂布抗静电层起到了静电转移和释放的作用,从而避免静电积聚,功能改进层则能够优化离型膜的剥离效果,有效地避免残余黏着,赋予产品更好的使用性能。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
实施例1
本实施例的无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜,包括:基膜、涂布于基膜两面上的抗静电层以及层叠于抗静电层上的功能改进层。
其中,基膜由合成树脂制成,合成树脂选自:聚乙烯。
抗静电层由如下重量份的各组分混合制得:石蜡15份、粘合剂树脂20份、纳米二氧化硅5份、抗静电剂3份及分散剂适量,粘合剂树脂选自环氧类;纳米二氧化硅为球形,平均粒径为80nm;抗静电剂为三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐;分散剂为乙醇,分散剂的作用在于将抗静电层调节至便于涂布的状态。
功能改进层由防粘连剂涂布制得,具体地,防粘连剂为硅油,能够赋予离型膜更好的剥离效果,避免残余黏着。
实施例2
本实施例的无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜结构与实施例1相同,包括:基膜、涂布于基膜两面上的抗静电层以及层叠于抗静电层上的功能改进层。
主要区别在于具体的材料、组分及含量选择,具体如下:
基膜由合成树脂制成,合成树脂选自:聚丙烯。
抗静电层由如下重量份的各组分混合制得:石蜡20份、粘合剂树脂30份、纳米二氧化硅8份、抗静电剂5份及分散剂适量,粘合剂树脂选自乙烯基树脂;纳米二氧化硅为球形,平均粒径为150nm;抗静电剂为三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐;分散剂为丙醇,分散剂的作用在于将抗静电层调节至便于涂布的状态。
功能改进层由防粘连剂涂布制得,具体地,防粘连剂为硅油,能够赋予离型膜更好的剥离效果,避免残余黏着。
实施例3
本实施例的无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜结构与实施例1相同,也包括:基膜、涂布于基膜两面上的抗静电层以及层叠于抗静电层上的功能改进层。
主要区别在于具体的材料、组分及含量选择,具体如下:
基膜由合成树脂制成,合成树脂选自:聚丙烯酸酯。
抗静电层由如下重量份的各组分混合制得:石蜡30份、粘合剂树脂35份、纳米二氧化硅10份、抗静电剂8份及分散剂适量,粘合剂树脂选自聚氨酯;纳米二氧化硅为球形,平均粒径为200nm;抗静电剂为三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐;分散剂为乙醇,分散剂的作用在于将抗静电层调节至便于涂布的状态。
功能改进层由防粘连剂涂布制得,具体地,防粘连剂为硅油,能够赋予离型膜更好的剥离效果,避免残余黏着。
对比例1
本对比例的无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜结构与实施例2相同,包括:基膜、涂布于基膜两面上的抗静电层以及层叠于抗静电层上的功能改进层。
主要区别在于抗静电层的组分不同,具体如下:
抗静电层由如下重量份的各组分混合制得:石蜡20份、粘合剂树脂30份、抗静电剂5份及分散剂适量,粘合剂树脂选自乙烯基树脂;抗静电剂为三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐;分散剂为丙醇,分散剂的作用在于将抗静电层调节至便于涂布的状态。
即:对比例1相较于实施例2,抗静电层中不包含纳米二氧化硅。
对实施例1-3及对比例1的离型膜进行性能检测,检测结果发现:通过在基膜两面涂布抗静电层起到了静电转移和释放的作用,尤其是与对比例1相比发现,纳米二氧化硅的加入能够更好地避免静电积聚,优化离型膜的抗静电效果,满足高端市场的需求。另外,硅油制得的功能改进层则能够优化离型膜的剥离效果,有效地避免残余黏着,赋予产品更好的使用性能。

1.一种无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜,其特征在于,包括:基膜、涂布于基膜两面上的抗静电层以及层叠于抗静电层上的功能改进层,所述抗静电层由如下重量份的各组分混合制得:石蜡15-30份、粘合剂树脂20-35份、纳米二氧化硅5-10份、抗静电剂3-8份及分散剂适量,所述功能改进层由防粘连剂涂布制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜,其特征在于,所述基膜由合成树脂制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜,其特征在于,所述合成树脂选自:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丙烯酸酯及聚氨酯中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜,其特征在于,所述粘合剂树脂选自环氧类、乙烯基树脂及聚氨酯中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化硅为球形,平均粒径为80-200nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜,其特征在于,所述分散剂为乙醇或丙醇。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种无纺布双面胶带用易撕型离型膜,其特征在于,所述防粘连剂为硅油。
