本装置属于汽车配件制造装配技术领域,提供了一种多工位夹钳。其中包括:连接座、曲线夹头、连接块、夹头连接块、夹头、托板、气缸连接座、销轴一、销轴二;适应自动化生产的要求,满足冲压线中各压机间冲压件的自动化搬运,多工位夹钳可在压机间进行冲压件的搬运,将多个多工位夹钳安装在同一横杆上,整条冲压线冲压节奏相同,这样所有压机在同一时间上下件。本装置解决了冲压线上冲压件在压机间自动化搬运的问题,且安装方便,工作可行可靠,提高了工作效率,降低生产成本。

一种多工位夹钳
技术领域
本发明属于汽车配件制造装配技术领域,涉及到多种不同规格汽车热成型件的加工制造。
背景技术
目前,在汽车生产过程中,一些钣金件是由冲压车间进行生产,而一个冲压件需要多个工序进行冲压,所以一条冲压线均是由几个压机呈直线排列组成,且每个压机间的间距相同,由于自动化生产要求,压机间冲压件的搬运已从人工搬运向机器人搬运转变,但由于机器人的成本较高,一条冲压线自动化设备较昂贵。
发明内容
为了适应自动化生产的要求,满足冲压线中各压机间冲压件的自动化搬运,提供了一种自动搬运设备,多工位夹钳可在压机间进行冲压件的搬运,将多个多工位夹钳安装在同一横杆上,整条冲压线冲压节奏相同,这样所有压机在同一时间上下件。
本发明的具体技术方案为:一种多工位夹钳,其中包括:连接座、曲线夹头、连接块、夹头连接块、夹头、托板、气缸连接座、销轴一、销轴二;
其中,气缸连接座作为整个夹钳的支撑部位,气缸尾部安装在气缸连接座上,气缸头部安装连接座,连接座的另一侧面安装托板,连接座中加工有销孔,销轴二穿过销孔,曲线夹头的中部通过销轴二安装在连接座上,以销轴二为轴旋转,气缸的气缸杆安装连接块,连接块的另一端安装销轴一,且销轴一穿过曲线夹头的一端,这样气缸可驱动曲线夹头运动,曲线夹头的另一端安装夹头连接块,夹头连接块再安装夹头,夹头与托板闭合压紧之间的物体。
进一步地,曲线夹头一端的销孔是曲线形状。
进一步地,夹头与托板的位置相对应,夹紧时两接触面为面接触。
进一步限定,所述安装为螺纹连接。
本发明解决了冲压线上冲压件在压机间自动化搬运的问题,且安装方便,工作可行可靠,提高了工作效率,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合技术方案和附图详细叙述本发明的具体实施方式。
图中:气缸连接座7用于将夹钳安装在机械臂上,在气缸连接座7上安装气缸尾部,气缸头部安装连接座1,连接座1的另一端安装托板6,连接座1中部加工有销孔,销轴二9穿过连接座1中部的销孔,曲线夹头2中部通过销轴二9安装在连接座1上,气缸的气缸杆上安装连接块3,连接块3的另一端有销轴一8穿过且将曲线夹头2的一端与连接块3铰接,这样气缸可驱动曲线夹头2旋转,曲线夹头2的另一端安装夹头连接块4,在夹头连接块4上安装夹头5,在气缸的驱动下,曲线夹头2可带动夹头5向托板6夹紧,从而将需要搬运的冲压件进行夹紧搬运。
由于冲压件的边缘厚度大致相同,即使是不同的冲压件也能找出夹持部位,所以多工位夹钳可对多种冲压件进行夹持搬运,从而大大降低了冲压线的自动化设备投入,增加了经济效益。

1.一种多工位夹钳,其特征在于,该多工位夹钳包括连接座(1)、曲线夹头(2)、连接块(3)、夹头连接块(4)、夹头(5)、托板(6)、气缸连接座(7)、销轴一(8)、销轴二(9);气缸尾部安装于气缸连接座(7)上,气缸头部安装于连接座(1)的一端,连接座(1)的另一端安装托板(6),连接座(1)中部加工有销孔,销轴二(9)穿过连接座(1)中部的销孔,曲线夹头(2)中部通过销轴二(9)安装于连接座(1)上,气缸的气缸杆上安装连接块(3),连接块(3)的另一端设有销轴一(8)穿过且通过曲线夹头(2)的一端与连接块(3)铰接,曲线夹头(2)的另一端安装夹头连接块(4),夹头连接块(4)上安装夹头(5),曲线夹头(2)带动夹头(5)向托板(6)夹紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多工位夹钳,其特征还在于,曲线夹头(2)一端的销孔是曲线形状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种多工位夹钳,其特征还在于,夹头(5)与托板(6)的位置相对应,夹紧时两接触面为面接触。
