技术领域
本发明涉及钢管表面防腐技术,具体涉及一种环氧树脂涂层复合钢管表面防腐挂涂方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着我国国民经济的快速发展,越来越多的大型钢管应用于矿井、港口码头、海洋工程和市政工程。为了有效地控制大型钢管的腐蚀,延长大型钢管的使用寿命,保证基础设施的安全运行,需要对钢管进行表面防腐处理。最常
使用的防腐处理方法是在钢管的表面喷涂防腐涂料。然而,经过喷涂工艺的钢管防腐涂层存在厚度不齐、表面凹凸和有粉团结块的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术经过喷涂工艺的钢管防腐涂层存在厚度不齐、表面凹凸和有粉团结块的问题,本发明提供一种环氧树脂涂层复合钢管表面防腐挂涂方法。
本发明环氧树脂涂层复合钢管表面防腐挂涂方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将来料钢管的法兰进行焊接,并对焊接产生的焊渣进行打磨;
(2)将打磨后的钢管进行除锈;
(3)将除锈后的钢管浸入磷化液中浸泡20-30分钟后取出,以产生磷化膜,并通过逐流风机对钢管进行干燥处理;
(4)将钢管在预热炉中进行预热,预热温度至145℃-160℃;
(5)将预热后的钢管垂直放置到涂装井中,所述涂装井中漂浮有由空压吹浮机吹起的环氧树脂粉,环氧树脂粉涂装在钢管表面,钢管从下井到出井的时间为4秒,涂层的厚度为350微米至500微米;
(6)将钢管移至固化炉中进行涂层固化,固化温度为200℃-220℃,固化时间为20-30分钟;
(7)将固化后的钢管进行冷却。
本发明的有益效果是,经过上述方法涂装出来的工件涂层厚度均匀,表面光滑,色泽一致,无色差,无粉团结块现象。
具体实施方式
环氧树脂涂层复合钢管表面防腐挂涂方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将来料钢管的法兰进行焊接,并对焊接产生的焊渣进行打磨;
(2)将打磨后的钢管进行除锈;
(3)将除锈后的钢管浸入磷化液中浸泡20-30分钟后取出,以产生磷化膜,并通过逐流风机对钢管进行干燥处理;
(4)将钢管在预热炉中进行预热,预热温度至145℃-160℃;该稳定的设定,对于环氧树脂粉吸附在钢管表面的厚度起到至关重要的作用;
(5)将预热后的钢管下井至垂直设置的涂装井中,涂装井中漂浮有由空压吹浮机吹起的环氧树脂粉,环氧树脂粉均匀地漂浮在井中,因为钢管被预热,因此环氧树脂粉会自动涂装在钢管表面,并严格保证钢管从下井到出井的时间为4秒,从而使涂层的厚度位保持为350微米至500微米,以达到最优化的涂层厚度;
(6)将钢管移至固化炉中进行涂层固化,固化温度为200℃-220℃,固化时间为20-30分钟,从而保证涂层的稳固性;
(7)将固化后的钢管进行冷却。
本发明的有益效果是,经过上述方法涂装出来的工件涂层厚度均匀,表面光滑,色泽一致,无色差,无粉团结块现象。

Claims (1)

1.一种环氧树脂涂层复合钢管表面防腐挂涂方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将来料钢管的法兰进行焊接,并对焊接产生的焊渣进行打磨;
(2)将打磨后的钢管进行除锈;
(3)将除锈后的钢管浸入磷化液中浸泡20-30分钟后取出,以产生磷化膜,并通过逐流风机对钢管进行干燥处理;
(4)将钢管在预热炉中进行预热,预热温度至145℃-160℃;
(5)将预热后的钢管垂直放置到涂装井中,涂装井中漂浮有由空压吹浮机吹起的环氧树脂粉,环氧树脂粉涂装在钢管表面,钢管从下井到出井的时间为4秒,涂层的厚度位为350微米至500微米;
(6)将钢管移至固化炉中进行涂层固化,固化温度为200℃-220℃,固化时间为20-30分钟;
(7)将固化后的钢管进行冷却。
