本发明涉及一种热能回收利用装置，具体涉及一种高温杀菌机冷却热水回收利用装置。
背景技术
高温杀菌机用于饮料的瞬时高温灭菌，其过程是：将高温蒸汽通入不锈钢的内管，内管再加热其夹层中的水，使夹层水的温度升温，高温水再进入需灭菌的物料夹层内，对夹层中内管内流动的液体物料进行瞬时高温灭菌，灭菌温度一般在138度左右；为了及时装罐，要求在较短的时间内对液体物料进行降温至30度左右，传统的方法是，高温灭菌后，在流动物料的内管夹层中注入冷却水，冷却水吸热后，利用冷却塔将水的温度吸收，水降温后再被重复吸入内管夹层中对流动的物料进行降温，达到降温的目的，这样，冷却水的热量被白白地浪费，而在饮料加工中，清洗设备、物料补水都需要热水，如果能将冷却热水充分利用，不但能提高冷却速度，而且可以充分利用热能，节约能源。
发明内容
为了克服传统技术的不足，本发明提供一种高温杀菌机冷却热水回收利用装置。
本发明的技术方案是：一种高温杀菌机冷却热水回收利用装置，它包括冷却水管出水口、储热水箱、水箱保温层、水箱出水管，其特征是：在冷却系统的冷却水管出水口上设置储热水箱，在储热水箱的底部设置一个水箱出水管，在储热水箱的外围所有面上设置水箱保温层。
工作时，冷却水从冷却水进口进入冷却系统，高温物料流经冷却系统的内管，物料通过内管壁与冷却水充分接触，冷却水吸热后，从上部的冷却水出口流入储热水箱，当需要使用热水时，可以从储热水箱内取水，
本发明的有益效果是：由于冷却水在冷却系统内不重复使用，所以冷却效果明显优于传统循环使用的冷却效果，使冷却时间大大缩短，节约了能源，同时，将吸后的热水储存起来用于设备清洗或者物料补水，减小了热能浪费，节约了能源。
