技术领域
本发明涉及鞋垫领域，具体涉及一种聚氨酯抗菌按摩鞋垫。
背景技术
目前市场上出售的鞋垫多数用布或纤维材料制作，特别广泛使用合成纤维材料的多层平面状鞋垫，透气性差，不易吸汗，极易滋生细菌繁殖，产生异臭，影响人身健康。
为了提高传统鞋垫的功能和作用，现有技术开发出了许多种中草药鞋垫，但大部分都是利用中草药药液浸泡棉布材料的鞋垫或者中草药与纸浆混合制作。如现有技术中申请号为02117846.1、名称为中草药防臭抗菌健康鞋垫的专利，该专利公开了一种纸浆与中草药混合的制作而成的鞋垫，由于采用纸浆制作，这种鞋垫质感较硬、不柔软，穿着时不舒服，还有一些鞋垫的中药成分挥发快，中药抗菌防臭的作用时间短，抗菌效果不明显。
利用聚氨酯发泡材料作为通用的鞋垫的材料，已经被应用于鞋垫的生产中。聚氨酯发泡材料一般可分为微孔发泡和闭孔发泡两种，微孔发泡具有透气性好的特点，但回弹性较差，而闭孔发泡材料具有回弹性好，但透气性能较差。
对于鞋垫的按摩保健功能方面，目前市场上出现了一些起保健磁疗功效的鞋垫，通常是在多层鞋垫夹层中增设浸吸中草药浸渍液或中草药粉末的吸湿材料层，以及具有磁疗作用的磁片或磁石，从而起到吸汗、防臭、磁疗功效。但该类磁石鞋垫不仅成本高，还产生某些药磁带来副作用。同时，磁石较硬，人在走动稍久时脚底会有疼痛感，鞋垫的舒适感不足，容易让使用者放弃使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题，提供一种透气性好、抗菌性能好、质感柔软、成本较低、能起到按摩保健作用的聚氨酯抗菌按摩鞋垫。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种聚氨酯抗菌按摩鞋垫，其特征在于：所述鞋垫为两层结构，上层为掺合有中药粉的聚氨酯软泡层，下层为纯聚氨酯层，两层粘合在一起；所述聚氨酯软泡层由若干均匀分布的实心凸起连接而成，所述凸起的形状和大小相同，凸起的底面直径为5~15毫米，凸起的高度为2~5毫米，所述凸起为微孔结构；所述中药粉为土荆皮粉、地肤子粉和苏木粉的混合物；所述纯聚氨酯层为微孔聚氨酯发泡材料；所述凸起的高度和下层的厚度之比为2~3：0.8~2。

本发明所述的土荆皮粉为棕红色粉末，用土荆皮磨成的粉末。土荆皮对中国常见的致病真菌有很好的抗菌作用。对许兰黄癣菌、絮状表皮癣菌、铁锈色小芽孢癣菌、石膏样小孢子菌和白色念珠菌有杀菌作用。除此之外，土荆皮还能止痒杀虫，常用于治疗手脚癣，神经性皮炎，湿疹，癞痢头。
本发明所述的地肤子粉是用地肤子磨制而成，具有清热利湿，祛风止痒、抗皮肤真菌等作用，对许兰黄癣菌、奥杜盎小芽胞癣菌、铁锈色小芽胞癣菌、羊毛状小芽胞癣菌、星形奴卡菌等皮肤真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。
本发明所述的苏木粉是用苏木磨制而成，具有行血通络，祛瘀止痛，散风和血的功效。同时具有行血，破瘀，消肿，止痛的作用。常用于治疗破伤风，痈肿，扑损瘀滞作痛等。
有益效果：本发明提供的聚氨酯抗菌按摩鞋垫，结构简单，原料价格低廉，生产成本低。通过在上层的聚氨酯软泡层添加一定配比的荆皮粉、地肤子粉和苏木粉，能有效地起到抗菌作用，另外聚氨酯软泡层为微孔材料，使用时能充分地挥发出药物成分，并且表面舒展，回弹性好，能提供缓冲保护，能使皮肤透气，同时能使中层的药效发挥的更好。上层通过设置一定大小和高度的凸起，材料软度适中，舒适性佳，按摩效果好，能有效地促进脚掌的血液循环，缓解疲劳，解决现有技术中磁石按摩鞋垫偏硬的问题。下层为闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料，既能防止中药的散发，延长中药的作用时间，同时能使鞋垫柔软，保证使用者脚部的舒适度。本发明提供的聚氨酯抗菌按摩鞋垫特别适用于经常走路或需要站着工作的人群，同时也适用于长时间驾车、坐办公室人士在运动锻炼时使用。

一种聚氨酯抗菌按摩鞋垫，如图1所示，所述鞋垫为两层结构，上层1为掺合有中药粉的聚氨酯软泡层，下层2为纯聚氨酯层，两层粘合在一起；所述聚氨酯软泡层由若干均匀分布的圆形实心凸起连接而成，所述凸起的形状和大小相同，凸起的底面直径为8毫米，凸起的高度为3毫米，所述凸起为微孔结构；所述中药粉为土荆皮粉、地肤子粉和苏木粉的混合物；所述纯聚氨酯层为微孔聚氨酯发泡材料；所述凸起的高度和下层的厚度之比为3：1。
所述聚氨酯软泡层由重量比为26%的中药粉和74%的聚氨酯原料构成。所述土荆皮粉、地肤子粉和苏木粉的质量比为4.3：3：2。
Claims (8)
1.一种聚氨酯抗菌按摩鞋垫，其特征在于：所述鞋垫为两层结构，上层为掺合有中药粉的聚氨酯软泡层，下层为纯聚氨酯层，两层粘合在一起；所述聚氨酯软泡层由若干均匀分布的实心凸起连接而成，所述凸起的形状和大小相同，凸起的底面直径为5~15毫米，凸起的高度为2~5毫米，所述凸起为微孔结构；所述中药粉为土荆皮粉、地肤子粉和苏木粉的混合物；所述纯聚氨酯层为微孔聚氨酯发泡材料；所述凸起的高度和下层的厚度之比为2~3：0.8~2。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫，其特征在于：所述凸起的高度和下层的厚度之比为2.5：1。
3.如权利要求2所述的鞋垫，其特征在于：所述凸起的高度为3.5毫米。
4.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫，其特征在于：所述凸起的底面直径为9毫米。
5.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫，其特征在于：所述聚氨酯软泡层由重量比为25~30%的中药粉和70~75%的聚氨酯原料构成。
6.如权利要求5所述的鞋垫，其特征在于：所述聚氨酯软泡层由重量分数为28%的中药粉和重量分数为72%的聚氨酯原料构成。
7.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫，其特征在于：所述土荆皮粉、地肤子粉和苏木粉的质量比为4~5：3：2。
8.如权利要求7所述的鞋垫，其特征在于：所述土荆皮粉、地肤子粉和苏木粉的质量比为5：3：2。
