背景技术
目前市场上出售的鞋垫多数用布或纤维材料制作,特别广泛使用合成纤维材料的多层平面状鞋垫,透气性差,不易吸汗,极易滋生细菌繁殖,产生异臭,甚至引发足癣,影响人身健康。足癣是指足底与趾间皮肤的真菌感染,与体癣一样足癣呈全球性分布,热带亚热带地区发病率较高,城市高于农村。足癣多与鞋子与鞋垫的透气性差有关,在一些须长时间穿不透气胶鞋的职业如环卫工人、军人中发病率高达80%以上。因足癣引起细菌感染,可使脚局部发生蜂窝织炎、淋巴管炎、丹毒等病变,如果反复发生丹毒,日久后引起象皮腿,累及整个小腿和足部,严重的影响活动,行走不便。另外,破损的皮肤也容易发生病毒感染,引起跎疣等病变而影响行走。因此,足癣对脚的危害是很大的。
利用聚氨酯发泡材料作为通用的鞋垫的材料,已经被应用于鞋垫的生产中。聚氨酯发泡材料一般可分为微孔发泡和闭孔发泡两种,微孔发泡具有透气性好的特点,但回弹性较差,而闭孔发泡材料具有回弹性好,但透气性能较差。
为了提高传统鞋垫的功能和作用,现有技术开发出了许多种中草药鞋垫,但大部分都是利用中草药药液浸泡棉布材料的鞋垫或者中草药与纸浆混合制作。如现有技术中申请号为02117846.1、名称为中草药防臭抗菌健康鞋垫的专利,该专利公开了一种纸浆与中草药混合的制作而成的鞋垫,由于采用纸浆制作,这种鞋垫质感较硬、不柔软,穿着时不舒服,还有一些鞋垫的中药成分挥发快,中药抗菌防臭的作用时间短。现有技术的鞋垫中,通常也会出现上述的鞋垫质感硬、透气性不好、成本较高等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种透气性好、抗菌性能好、能预防和治疗足癣、质感柔软、成本较低的聚氨酯抗菌防足癣鞋垫。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种聚氨酯抗菌防足癣鞋垫,所述鞋垫为三层结构,上层为透气网眼布,中层为掺合有中药粉的聚氨酯软泡层,下层为纯聚氨酯层,三层依次粘合在一起;所述透气网眼布为蜂窝网状透气网眼布,所述聚氨酯软泡层为微孔聚氨酯发泡材料,所述中药粉为密陀僧粉、龙骨粉和炉甘石粉的混合物,所述纯聚氨酯层为闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料;所述上层、中层和下层的厚度比为0.5~0.8:2~3:1~2。
上述技术方案中,所述上层、中层和下层的厚度比为0.5:2:1。
上述技术方案中,所述中层的厚度为1.6~2.5毫米。
上述技术方案中,所述中层的厚度为1.8毫米。
上述技术方案中,所述聚氨酯软泡层由重量比为20~30%的中药粉和70~80%的聚氨酯原料构成。
上述技术方案中,所述聚氨酯软泡层由重量分数为26%的中药粉和重量分数为74%的聚氨酯原料构成。
上述技术方案中,所述密陀僧粉、龙骨粉、炉甘石粉的质量比为4~6:3:1。
上述技术方案中,所述透气网眼布为纯棉材料。
本发明所述的密佗僧粉为密陀僧磨制而成的粉末,对絮状表皮癣菌、石膏样毛癣菌、足趾毛癣菌等均有抑制作用,对多种皮肤真菌也有不同程度的抑制作用。密佗僧能与蛋白质结合而成蛋白铅,能收敛局部粘膜血管,从而起到庇护溃疡面和减少粘液分泌的作用。
本发明所述的龙骨粉为古代哺乳动物如象类、犀牛类、三趾马等的骨胳的化石所磨成的粉末,龙骨主要含碳酸钙和磷酸钙。龙骨粉所含钙盐吸收后,能降低血管壁通透性,抑制骨骼肌兴奋等作用。同时还具有抗惊厥、镇静催眠、生肌敛疮的作用,能治疗自汗盗汗等病症。
本发明所述的炉甘石粉为粉红色或红色棕色无定形粉末,多用于急性瘙痒性皮炎无渗透者,如急性湿疹、接触性皮炎、痱子等。
有益效果:本发明提供的聚氨酯抗菌防足癣鞋垫,结构简单,生产成本低。通过在中层的聚氨酯软泡层添加一定配比的密陀僧粉、龙骨粉和炉甘石粉,能有效地起到抗菌作用,防止足癣的产生,同时也能对已产生的足癣进行有效治疗。另外,聚氨酯软泡层为微孔材料,使用时能充分地挥发出药物成分。下层为闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料,既能防止中药的散发,延长中药的作用时间,同时能使鞋垫柔软,保证使用者脚部的舒适度。上层为蜂窝网状透气网眼布,表面舒展,回弹性好,提供缓冲保护,能使皮肤透气,舒适性佳,同时能使中层的药效发挥的更好。

实施例1
一种聚氨酯抗菌防足癣鞋垫,如图1所示,所述鞋垫为三层结构,上层1为透气网眼布,中层2为掺合有中药粉的聚氨酯软泡层,下层3为纯聚氨酯层,三层依次粘合在一起;所述透气网眼布为纯棉材料的蜂窝网状透气网眼布,所述聚氨酯软泡层为微孔聚氨酯发泡材料,所述中药粉为密陀僧粉、龙骨粉和炉甘石粉的混合物,所述纯聚氨酯层为闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料。
所述中层2的厚度为1.8毫米,上层1为0.5毫米,下层3为0.9毫米。
所述聚氨酯软泡层由重量分数为26%的中药粉和重量分数为74%的聚氨酯原料构成。
所述密陀僧粉、龙骨粉、炉甘石粉的质量比为5:3:1。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯抗菌防足癣鞋垫,如图1所示,所述鞋垫为三层结构,上层1为透气网眼布,中层2为掺合有中药粉的聚氨酯软泡层,下层3为纯聚氨酯层,三层依次粘合在一起;所述透气网眼布为纯棉材料的蜂窝网状透气网眼布,所述聚氨酯软泡层为微孔聚氨酯发泡材料,所述中药粉为密陀僧粉、龙骨粉和炉甘石粉的混合物,所述纯聚氨酯层为闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料。
所述中层2的厚度为2.0毫米,上层1为0.4毫米,下层3为1.5毫米。
所述聚氨酯软泡层由重量分数为20%的中药粉和重量分数为80%的聚氨酯原料构成。
所述密陀僧粉、龙骨粉、炉甘石粉的质量比为6:3:1。
实施例3
一种聚氨酯抗菌防足癣鞋垫,如图1所示,所述鞋垫为三层结构,上层1为透气网眼布,中层2为掺合有中药粉的聚氨酯软泡层,下层3为纯聚氨酯层,三层依次粘合在一起;所述透气网眼布为纯棉材料的蜂窝网状透气网眼布,所述聚氨酯软泡层为微孔聚氨酯发泡材料,所述中药粉为密陀僧粉、龙骨粉和炉甘石粉的混合物,所述纯聚氨酯层为闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料。
所述中层2的厚度为1.6毫米,上层1为0.5毫米,下层3为1.6毫米。所述聚氨酯软泡层由重量分数为30%的中药粉和重量分数为70%的聚氨酯原料构成。
所述密陀僧粉、龙骨粉、炉甘石粉的质量比为4:3:1。
实施例4
一种聚氨酯抗菌防足癣鞋垫,如图1所示,所述鞋垫为三层结构,上层1为透气网眼布,中层2为掺合有中药粉的聚氨酯软泡层,下层3为纯聚氨酯层,三层依次粘合在一起;所述透气网眼布为纯棉材料的蜂窝网状透气网眼布,所述聚氨酯软泡层为微孔聚氨酯发泡材料,所述中药粉为密陀僧粉、龙骨粉和炉甘石粉的混合物,所述纯聚氨酯层为闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料。
所述中层2的厚度为3.0毫米,上层1为0.8毫米,下层3为1.0毫米。0.5~0.8:2~3:1~2。
所述聚氨酯软泡层由重量分数为25%的中药粉和重量分数为75%的聚氨酯原料构成。
所述密陀僧粉、龙骨粉、炉甘石粉的质量比为5.5:3:1。

1.一种聚氨酯抗菌防足癣鞋垫,其特征在于:所述鞋垫为三层结构,上层为透气网眼布,中层为掺合有中药粉的聚氨酯软泡层,下层为纯聚氨酯层,三层依次粘合在一起;所述透气网眼布为蜂窝网状透气网眼布,所述聚氨酯软泡层为微孔聚氨酯发泡材料,所述中药粉为密陀僧粉、龙骨粉和炉甘石粉的混合物,所述纯聚氨酯层为闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料;所述上层、中层和下层的厚度比为0.5~0.8:2~3:1~2。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫,其特征在于:所述上层、中层和下层的厚度比为0.5:2:1。
3.如权利要求2所述的鞋垫,其特征在于:所述中层的厚度为1.6~2.5毫米。
4.如权利要求3所述的鞋垫,其特征在于:所述中层的厚度为1.8毫米。
5.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯软泡层由重量比为20~30%的中药粉和70~80%的聚氨酯原料构成。
6.如权利要求5所述的鞋垫,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯软泡层由重量分数为26%的中药粉和重量分数为74%的聚氨酯原料构成。
7.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫,其特征在于:所述密陀僧粉、龙骨粉、炉甘石粉的质量比为4~6:3:1。
8.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫,其特征在于:所述透气网眼布为纯棉材料。
