Abstract

本发明公开了一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,包括依次设置的隔膜层、聚合物层和基底层,所述聚合物层由以下组分制备而成:重交沥青20‑30份,环氧改性的SIS树脂30‑45份,增粘树脂10‑20份,α‑烯烃低聚物1‑5份,抗氧化剂0.1‑2份,丁苯橡胶1‑5份,且α‑烯烃低聚物与丁苯橡胶的质量比为1:1‑1:3。本发明的抗裂贴剥离强度高,防水性能好,对裂缝具有较好的修复能力。

一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域使用的修复用材料,具体涉及一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴。
背景技术
目前,路面裂缝修复和预防的处理方法主要包括:灌注沥青胶,在基层上铺土工格栅,挖补法修补等,然而,这些修补方法均不理想,且成本较高。抗裂贴具有较高的抗拉强度,良好的韧性和表面黏度,适用于路面基层,可防止由于温度影响及垂直荷载引起的裂缝反射到面层。现有的抗裂贴种类繁多,但大多存在剥离强度低、低温抗开裂性能不足,易滑动,其修补能力、粘接能力均有待提高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,该抗裂贴粘接能力强。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,包括依次设置的隔膜层、聚合物层和基底层,所述聚合物层由以下组分制备而成:重交沥青20-30份,环氧改性的SIS树脂30-45份,增粘树脂10-20份,α-烯烃低聚物1-5份,抗氧化剂0.1-2份,丁苯橡胶1-5份,且α-烯烃低聚物与丁苯橡胶的质量比为1:1-1:3。进一步优选的,α-烯烃低聚物与丁苯橡胶的质量比为1:1,1:2,1:3,最优选的为1:2。优选的重交沥青为环烷基重交沥青AH-90或AH-70。
优选的,所述环氧改性的SIS树脂制备方法为:将SIS树脂加入甲苯中,搅拌均匀,然后加入有机酸,升温至60-80℃,滴加过氧化氢,反应2-3h后加入乙醇,然后洗涤干燥得环氧改性的SIS树脂。进一步优选的温度为65℃,有机酸为甲酸、苯甲酸、乙酸中的一种或多种的混合物。
优选的,所述增粘树脂为萜烯树脂或/和松香树脂,且所述增粘树脂的软化点不高于90℃。进一步优选的软化点为80-90℃。
优选的,所述α-烯烃低聚物为数均分子量小于20000的丙烯低聚物或1-丁烯低聚物。
优选的,所述丁苯橡胶为粉末状,其相对分子量为20-25万,苯乙烯含量为10-20%。
优选的,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为受阻酚抗氧化剂。
优选的,所述基底层为丙纶、腈纶、棉纶中的一种。
本发明的聚合物层厚度为1.0-5.0mm,优选的为1.0-2mm。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明的抗裂贴剥离强度高,防水性能好,对裂缝具有较好的修复能力。摊铺时,本发明的抗裂贴无推移、折叠现象,较高温度(100-180℃之间,甚至更高)及较低温度下(-16-0℃)下扔具有较好的粘接能力,其抗裂、防水密封及吸收应力作用仍有较好的保持。本发明中α-烯烃低聚物与丁苯橡胶具有协同作用,它们的使用能够提高聚合物的性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,包括依次设置的隔膜层、聚合物层和棉纶基底层,所述聚合物层由以下组分制备而成:重交沥青20份,环氧改性的SIS树脂30份,松香树脂10份,α-烯烃低聚物1份,受阻酚抗氧化剂0.2份,丁苯橡胶1份。
具体的,上述环氧改性的SIS树脂制备方法为:将SIS树脂加入甲苯中,搅拌均匀,然后加入甲酸,升温至60℃,滴加过氧化氢,反应3h后加入乙醇,然后洗涤干燥得环氧改性的SIS树脂。上述松香树脂软化点为80-90℃。α-烯烃低聚物为数均分子量小于20000的丙烯低聚物或1-丁烯低聚物。丁苯橡胶为粉末状,其相对分子量为20-25万,苯乙烯含量为10-20%。
本实施例抗裂贴中聚合物层厚度为1.5mm。
实施例2
一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,包括依次设置的隔膜层、聚合物层和腈纶基底层,所述聚合物层由以下组分制备而成:环烷基重交沥青24份,环氧改性的SIS树脂35份,增粘树脂15份,α-烯烃低聚物2份,抗氧化剂0.8份,丁苯橡胶4份。
具体的,上述环氧改性的SIS树脂制备方法为:将SIS树脂加入甲苯中,其中SIS树脂质量分数为20%,搅拌均匀,然后加入甲酸,升温至65℃,滴加过氧化氢,反应2h后加入乙醇,然后洗涤干燥得环氧改性的SIS树脂。上述增粘树脂为萜烯树脂,其软化点为80-90℃。上述α-烯烃低聚物为数均分子量小于20000的丙烯低聚物或1-丁烯低聚物。上述丁苯橡胶为粉末状,其相对分子量为20-25万,苯乙烯含量为10-20%。
本实施例抗裂贴中聚合物层厚度为1.5mm。
实施例3
一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,包括依次设置的隔膜层、聚合物层和丙纶基底层,所述聚合物层由以下组分制备而成:重交沥青30份,环氧改性的SIS树脂45份,松香树脂20份,α-烯烃低聚物1份,抗氧化剂1.5份,丁苯橡胶3份。
具体的,上述环氧改性的SIS树脂制备方法为:将SIS树脂加入甲苯中,其中SIS树脂的质量分数为25%,搅拌均匀,然后加入乙酸和苯甲酸的混合物,升温至70℃,滴加过氧化氢,反应2h后加入乙醇,然后洗涤干燥得环氧改性的SIS树脂。
上述松香树脂的软化点为80-90℃。上述α-烯烃低聚物为数均分子量小于20000的丙烯低聚物或1-丁烯低聚物。上述丁苯橡胶为粉末状,其相对分子量为20-25万,苯乙烯含量为10-20%。
本实施例抗裂贴中聚合物层厚度为2.0mm。
对比例1
本对比例中使用SBS树脂(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)代替实施例2中的SIS树脂(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯前段共聚物),其余各组分及其用量、制备方法均与实施例2相同。
对比例2
本对比例中不主动添加α-烯烃低聚物,其余各组分及其用量、制备方法均与实施例2相同。
对比例3
本对比例中不主动添加丁苯橡胶,其余各组分及其用量、制备方法均与实施例2相同。
性能测试结果
一、抗皱效果,实施例1-3所得的抗裂贴在使用期间(外界环境温度-10-40℃),平整、不起皱、不翘边。
二.断裂强度(kN/m,标准50)实施例1:60,实施例2:65,实施例3:61,对比例1: 55,对比例2:55,对比例3: 54。
三.剥离强度(单位N/mm,标准值为1.5 N/mm):实施例1为3.0,实施例2为3.3 ,实施例3为2.9 ,对比例1: 2.3,对比例2:2.6,对比例3:2.8。
四.-10℃下剥离强度(单位N/mm,标准值为1.5 N/mm):实施例1为2.0,实施例2为2.6,实施例3为2.2,对比例1: 1.8,对比例2:1.7,对比例3:1.8。
五.进水后剥离强度(单位N/mm,标准值为1.5 N/mm):实施例1为2.9 ,实施例2为3.0 ,实施例3:2.7,对比例1:,1.9,对比例2:2.0,对比例3: 2.0。
以上可知,本发明的抗裂贴剥离强度高,防水性能好,且α-烯烃低聚物与丁苯橡胶具有协同作用,单独使用任何一个组分均不能达到最佳效果,它们的结合使用能够提高聚合物的性能。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,包括依次设置的隔膜层、聚合物层和基底层,其特征在于,所述聚合物层由以下组分制备而成:重交沥青20-30份,环氧改性的SIS树脂30-45份,增粘树脂10-20份,α-烯烃低聚物1-5份,抗氧化剂0.1-2份,丁苯橡胶1-5份,且α-烯烃低聚物与丁苯橡胶的质量比为1:1-1:3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,其特征在于,所述环氧改性的SIS树脂制备方法为:将SIS树脂加入甲苯中,搅拌均匀,然后加入有机酸,升温至60-80℃,滴加过氧化氢,反应2-3h后加入乙醇,然后洗涤干燥得环氧改性的SIS树脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,其特征在于,所述增粘树脂为萜烯树脂或/和松香树脂,且所述增粘树脂的软化点不高于90℃。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,其特征在于,所述α-烯烃低聚物为数均分子量小于20000的丙烯低聚物或1-丁烯低聚物。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,其特征在于,所述丁苯橡胶为粉末状,其相对分子量为20-25万,苯乙烯含量为10-20%。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为受阻酚抗氧化剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度抗皱抗裂贴,其特征在于,所述基底层为丙纶、腈纶、棉纶中的一种。
