汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加工工艺,特别是一种汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺。
背景技术
随着我国经济的发展,汽车在人们日常生活中扮演日益重要的角色。众所周知,汽车外观很重要,给人带来视觉的美感,但内饰也不容忽视,汽车内饰材料按乘用车内饰件的结构层次与功能,可分为面饰材料、缓冲材料和内饰件骨架材料等。面饰材料主要有纤维材料、皮革、木材及再生纤维毛毡等,主要用于座椅、仪表板、门内板、地毯、顶篷及行李箱等几方面。
经检索,如中国专利文献公开了一种汽车用针织阻燃面料的制备方法【申请号:201410684463.4;公开号:CN 105696311A】。这种汽车用针织阻燃面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:S1:采用涤纶低弹丝或色纱为地纱,预染涤纶低弹丝为毛圈纱,配置纱线;S2:将上述纱线置于提花毛圈机上编织,毛圈高度为3~3.5mm,线圈密度为110~120横列/10cm,制得针织提花面料;S3:对S2所得针织提花面料进行剪毛处理;S4:对S3所得的针织提花短毛绒面料采用阻燃整理剂进行阻燃整理。
该专利中公开的制备方法虽然可使其具有舒适的视觉效果,但是,该制备方法的步骤过于复杂,需要花费大量的等待时间,工艺复杂,因此,设计出一种汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺,该加工工艺具有工艺简单的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,该工艺包括以下步骤:
a、外购原料:购买海绵作为中间层,购买无纺布作为内层,并对海绵和无纺布进行检验;
b、制作表层:
b1、制作涂料:将改性丙烯酸树脂40-50份、聚氨酯树脂8-16份、聚偏氟乙烯5-28份、抗静电剂2-5份、阻燃剂3-4份、钛白粉0.5-1.5份、防霉剂1-3份、交联剂3-6份和甲苯10-20份倒入到搅拌装置中,搅拌速度为200-400r/min,搅拌时间为25-40min,制得涂料;
b2、涂层:将涂料添加到喷涂装置中,通过喷涂装置对经编布表面进行涂层,在温度为40-55℃下彻底烘干,涂布速度为18-28m/min,涂层厚度为0.05-0.15mm,制得表层;
c、复合:通过火焰复合机将表层、中间层和内层复合在一起,制得汽车内饰顶篷面料。
采用以上工艺,大大缩短了汽车内饰顶篷面料制作所需的步骤,且可连续不间断生产,工艺简单。
所述步骤b1中的抗静电剂为阴离子抗静电剂。
所述步骤b1中的阻燃剂为磷系阻燃剂。
所述步骤b1中的防霉剂为氯酚类防霉剂。
所述步骤b1中的交联剂为异氰酸酯类交联剂。
所述步骤b2中的喷涂装置包括机架、喷涂箱、储液桶和喷洒管,喷涂箱固定在机架上,喷涂箱两端分别开设有输入口和输出口,喷涂箱内设置有多个输送辊,喷洒管水平设置在喷涂箱内,喷洒管一端为封闭端,喷洒管另一端通过连接管和储液桶相连通,连接管上设置有输送泵,喷洒管侧部还开设有多个喷洒孔,且喷洒孔朝下;机架上设置有除尘机构,除尘机构靠近输入口。
喷涂装置的工作原理如下:通过除尘机构对面料进行除尘,将除尘后的面料从输入口输送到喷涂箱中,开启输送泵,通过连接管将储液桶中的涂料输送到喷洒管中,并从喷洒孔喷洒到面料上,将喷涂好的面料从输出口输出,可实现连续不间断生产,生产速度快。
所述连接管上还设置有流量调节阀。
采用以上结构,通过流量调节阀可调节连接管中的液体流量,调节方便。
所述除尘机构包括推杆电机、安装板、毛刷条、除尘管和抽气泵,推杆电机固定在机架上,且推杆电机靠近输入口,推杆电机的推杆竖直向下,推杆电机的推杆端部和安装板相连,毛刷条固定在安装板上,吸尘管固定在安装板上,且吸尘管位于毛刷条一侧,吸尘管通过连通管和抽气泵相连,吸尘管侧部开设有多个进气孔,且进气孔朝向毛刷条。
当需要对面料进行除尘时,控制推杆电机的推杆上下移动,推杆电机的推杆带动安装板上下移动,安装板带动毛刷条上下移动,毛刷条和面料接触,毛刷条使灰尘与面料分离,开启抽气泵,通过吸尘管将灰尘吸走,从而可对面料进行除尘,除尘快速。
所述安装板上设置有抖动结构,抖动结构包括导杆、导套、齿轮、齿条、步进电机、弹簧、振动电机、定位板和多个清理杆,导杆固定在安装板上,且导杆位于毛刷条另一侧,导套设置在导杆上,齿条固定在安装板上,步进电机固定在导套上,齿轮固定在步进电机的输出轴上,齿轮与齿条相啮合,弹簧上端和导套相连,弹簧下端和定位板相连,多个清理杆水平设置在定位板上,且清理杆能插入到毛刷条内,振动电机固定在定位板上。
采用以上结构,控制步进电机的输出轴转动,步进电机的输出轴带动齿轮转动,齿轮与齿条逐渐啮合使导套沿着导杆来回移动,导套带动定位板来回移动,定位板带动清理杆来回移动,清理杆插入到毛刷条,同时,控制振动电机工作,振动电机使定位板上下抖动,定位板带动清理杆上下抖动,通过清理杆的来回移动和上下抖动,可将毛刷条上的废线头清除掉,抖动效果好。
所述安装板上还设置有限位组件,限位组件包括开设在定位板上的定位孔、钢丝绳和定位螺栓,钢丝绳上端和导套相连,钢丝绳下端穿入定位孔中,定位螺栓螺纹连接在定位板上,定位螺栓端部能与钢丝绳相抵靠。
采用以上结构,通定位螺栓可调节钢丝绳的有效长度,从而对振动电机的振动幅度进行限制,限位方便。
所述定位螺栓上还固定有手柄。
采用以上结构,通过手柄可方便定位螺栓转动。
所述钢丝绳下端还具有多个凸出的防滑部。
采用以上结构,通过防滑部可方便定位螺丝将钢丝绳定位在定位板上,防滑方便。
所述连通管上还设置有过滤袋。
采用以上结构,通过过滤袋可过滤掉连通管中的灰尘,避免其排到空气中。
所述机架上还设置有烘干机构,烘干机构包括烘箱、伺服电机和风机,烘箱固定在机架上,烘箱两端分别开设有进口和出口,烘箱内设置有电加热管,伺服电机固定在烘箱内,伺服电机的输出轴竖直向下,伺服电机的输出轴端部和风机相连。
采用以上结构,通过电加热管对烘箱内进行加热,控制伺服电机的输出轴转动,伺服电机的输出轴带动风机转动,通过风机可使烘箱内的整体温度更加均匀。
所述烘箱外还具有保温层,保温层的材料为岩棉保温毡。
采用以上结构,通过保温层可对烘箱进行保温,避免热量快速流失。
所述步骤b1中的搅拌装置包括底座、搅拌桶、内部具有固体进料通道的转动杆、内部具有工作腔的横向搅拌柱、输液管、输液泵、电磁阀、升降板和弧形导流板,搅拌桶固定在底座上,搅拌桶下端和输液管一端相连通,输液管另一端能与外界相连通,输液泵和电磁阀均设置在输液管上,且电磁阀位于输液泵和搅拌桶之间,搅拌桶上端开设有液体进料口,升降板设置在底座上,升降板位于搅拌桶正上方,升降板与一能带动其上下升降的升降结构相连,转动杆设置在升降板上,转动杆上端与一能带动其转动的动力结构相连,转动杆下端伸入到搅拌桶内和横向搅拌柱相连,且固体进料通道和工作腔相连通,横向搅拌柱侧部开设有多个与工作腔相连通的通孔,弧形导流板设置在工作腔内,弧形导流板与一能带动其周向转动的驱动结构相连。
搅拌装置的工作原理如下:将液体原料从液体进料口加入到搅拌桶内,将固体原料从固体进料通道加入到工作腔内,通过驱动结构带动弧形导流板周向转动,使弧形导流板位于左侧或者右侧,通过动力结构带动转动杆转动,转动杆带动横向搅拌柱转动,在弧形导流板的作用下,搅拌桶内的液体原料从右侧或者左侧的通孔进入到工作腔内,并将工作腔内的固体原料从上侧和下侧的通孔带出到搅拌桶内,或通过驱动结构带动弧形导流板周向转动,使弧形导流板位于下侧,升降结构带动升降板向上移动,升降板带动转动杆向上移动,转动杆带动横向搅拌柱向上移动,搅拌桶内的液体原料从上侧的通孔进入到工作腔内,并将工作腔内的固体原料从左侧和右侧的通孔带出到搅拌桶内;通过驱动结构带动弧形导流板周向转动,使弧形导流板位于上侧,升降结构带动升降板向下移动,升降板带动转动杆向下移动,转动杆带动横向搅拌柱向下移动,搅拌桶内的液体原料从下侧的通孔进入到工作腔内,并将工作腔内的固体原料从左侧和右侧的通孔带出到搅拌桶内,通过横向搅拌柱和弧形导流板的作用,可快速将原料搅拌均匀,搅拌效率高;开启输液泵,将搅拌好的涂料通过输液管出。
所述升降结构包括驱动气缸、直线导轨、滑动座和支架,支架固定在底座上,直线导轨竖直固定在支架上,滑动座设置在直线导轨上,驱动气缸固定在支架上,驱动气缸的活塞杆竖直向下,驱动气缸的活塞杆端部和滑动座相连,升降板固定在滑动座上。
当需要使升降板上下移动时,控制驱动气缸的活塞杆上下移动,驱动气缸的活塞杆带动滑动座上下移动,滑动座带动升降板上下移动,从而可使升降板上下移动。
所述动力结构包括驱动电机、主动齿轮、从动齿轮和传送带,驱动电机固定在升降板上,驱动电机的输出轴竖直向上,主动齿轮固定在驱动电机的输出轴上,从动齿轮固定在转动杆上,传送带设置在主动齿轮与从动齿轮之间。
当需要使转动杆转动时,控制驱动电机的输出轴转动,驱动电机的输出轴带动主动齿轮转动,主动齿轮通传送带带动从动齿轮转动,从动齿轮带动转动杆转动,从而可使转动杆转动。
所述驱动结构包括环形导轨、滑块、防水电机、驱动轮和齿圈,环形导轨设置在工作腔内,滑块设置在环形导轨上,齿圈固定在环形导轨上,防水电机固定在滑块上,驱动轮固定在防水电机的输出轴上,驱动轮与齿圈相啮合,弧形导流板通过连杆固定在滑块上。
当需要使弧形导流板周向转动时,控制防水电机转动,防水电机带动驱动轮转动,驱动轮与齿圈逐渐啮合使滑块沿着环形导轨周向转动,滑块带动连杆周向转动,连杆带动弧形导流板周向转动,从而可使弧形导流板周向转动。
所述弧形导流板内侧上还具有多个凸出的分切部。
采用以上结构,通分切部可对固体原料进行切割。
所述分切部的截面呈三角形。
所述搅拌桶内还固定有呈环形的液体进料管,液体进料管通过软管和液体进料口相连通,液体进料管侧部开设有多个出料孔,且出料孔朝下。
采用以上结构,通过液体进料管可将液体原料均匀加入到入到搅拌桶内。
与现有技术相比,本汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺具有该优点:大大缩短了汽车内饰顶篷面料制作所需的步骤,且可连续不间断生产,工艺简单。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
本汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:
a、外购原料:购买海绵作为中间层,购买无纺布作为内层,并对海绵和无纺布进行检验;
b、制作表层:
b1、制作涂料:将改性丙烯酸树脂40-50份、聚氨酯树脂8-16份、聚偏氟乙烯5-28份、抗静电剂2-5份、阻燃剂3-4份、钛白粉0.5-1.5份、防霉剂1-3份、交联剂3-6份和甲苯10-20份倒入到搅拌装置中,搅拌速度为200-400r/min,搅拌时间为25-40min,制得涂料;在本实施例中,将改性丙烯酸树脂45份、聚氨酯树脂12份、聚偏氟乙烯16份、抗静电剂3份、阻燃剂3份、钛白粉1.1份、防霉剂2份、交联剂4份和甲苯15份倒入到搅拌装置中,搅拌速度为300r/min,搅拌时间为30min;
b2、涂层:将涂料添加到喷涂装置中,通过喷涂装置对经编布表面进行涂层,在温度为40-55℃下彻底烘干,涂布速度为18-28m/min,涂层厚度为0.05-0.15mm,制得表层;在本实施例中,在温度为45℃下彻底烘干,涂布速度为22m/min,涂层厚度为0.12mm;
c、复合:通过火焰复合机将表层、中间层和内层复合在一起,制得汽车内饰顶篷面料;在本实施例中,火焰复合机为市场上可以买到的现有设备,火焰复合也是现有技术。
采用该工艺,大大缩短了汽车内饰顶篷面料制作所需的步骤,且可连续不间断生产,工艺简单。
步骤b1中的抗静电剂为阴离子抗静电剂,在本实施例中,阴离子抗静电剂采用市场上可以买到的现有助剂。
步骤b1中的阻燃剂为磷系阻燃剂,在本实施例中,磷系阻燃剂采用市场上可以买到的现有助剂。
步骤b1中的防霉剂为氯酚类防霉剂,在本实施例中,氯酚类防霉剂采用市场上可以买到的现有助剂。
步骤b1中的交联剂为异氰酸酯类交联剂,在本实施例中,异氰酸酯类交联剂采用市场上可以买到的现有助剂。
如图1-图5所示,步骤b2中的喷涂装置包括机架1、喷涂箱2、储液桶12和喷洒管11,喷涂箱2固定在机架1上,喷涂箱2通过螺栓连接的方式固定在机架1上;喷涂箱2两端分别开设有输入口和输出口,喷涂箱2内设置有多个输送辊3,在本实施例中,输送辊3的数量为六个;喷洒管11水平设置在喷涂箱2内,喷洒管11一端为封闭端,喷洒管11另一端通过连接管15和储液桶12相连通,连接管15上设置有输送泵13,喷洒管11侧部还开设有多个喷洒孔11a,在本实施例中,喷洒孔11a的数量为十个;且喷洒孔11a朝下;机架1上设置有除尘机构,除尘机构靠近输入口。
连接管15上还设置有流量调节阀14;采用该结构,通过流量调节阀14可调节连接管15中的液体流量,调节方便。
除尘机构包括推杆电机7、安装板6、毛刷条5、除尘管4和抽气泵8,推杆电机7固定在机架1上,推杆电机7通过螺栓连接的方式固定在机架1上;且推杆电机7靠近输入口,推杆电机7的推杆竖直向下,推杆电机7的推杆端部和安装板6相连,推杆电机7的推杆端部通过螺栓连接的方式和安装板6相连;毛刷条5固定在安装板6上,毛刷条5通过螺栓连接的方式固定在安装板6上;除尘管4固定在安装板6上,除尘管4通过连接杆固定在安装板6上;且除尘管4位于毛刷条5一侧,除尘管4通过连通管9和抽气泵8相连,除尘管4侧部开设有多个进气孔4a,在本实施例中,进气孔4a的数量为十个;且进气孔4a朝向毛刷条5。
安装板6上设置有抖动结构,抖动结构包括导杆21、导套22、齿轮25、齿条27、步进电机26、弹簧19、振动电机18、定位板17和多个清理杆16,导杆21固定在安装板6上,导杆21通过螺栓连接的方式固定在安装板6上;且导杆21位于毛刷条5另一侧,导套22设置在导杆21上,齿条27固定在安装板6上,齿条27通过螺栓连接的方式固定在安装板6上;步进电机26固定在导套22上,步进电机26通过螺栓连接的方式固定在导套22上;齿轮25固定在步进电机26的输出轴上,齿轮25通过键连接的方式固定在步进电机26的输出轴上;齿轮25与齿条27相啮合,弹簧19上端和导套22相连,弹簧19上端通过螺栓连接的方式和导套22相连;弹簧19下端和定位板17相连,弹簧19下端通过螺栓连接的方式和定位板17相连;多个清理杆16水平设置在定位板17上,在本实施例中,清理杆16的数量为三个;且清理杆16能插入到毛刷条5内,振动电机18固定在定位板17上,振动电机18通过螺栓连接的方式固定在定位板17上;采用该结构,控制步进电机26的输出轴带动齿轮25转动,齿轮25与齿条27逐渐啮合使导套22沿着导杆21来回移动,导套22带动定位板17来回移动,定位板17带动清理杆16来回移动,清理杆16插入到毛刷条5,同时,控制振动电机18工作,振动电机18使定位板17上下抖动,定位板17带动清理杆16上下抖动,通过清理杆16的来回移动和上下抖动,可将毛刷条5上的废线头清除掉,抖动效果好。
安装板6上还设置有限位组件,限位组件包括开设在定位板17上的定位孔17a、钢丝绳24和定位螺栓23,钢丝绳24上端和导套22相连,钢丝绳24下端穿入定位孔17a中,定位螺栓23螺纹连接在定位板17上,定位螺栓23端部能与钢丝绳24相抵靠;采用该结构,通定位螺栓23可调节钢丝绳24的有效长度,从而对振动电机18的振动幅度进行限制,限位方便。
定位螺栓23上还固定有手柄;采用该结构,通过手柄可方便定位螺栓23转动。
钢丝绳24下端还具有多个凸出的防滑部,在本实施例中,防滑部的数量为六个;采用该结构,通过防滑部可方便定位螺丝将钢丝绳24定位在定位板17上,防滑方便。
连通管9上还设置有过滤袋10;采用该结构,通过过滤袋10可过滤掉连通管9中的灰尘,避免其排到空气中。
机架1上还设置有烘干机构,烘干机构包括烘箱28、伺服电机32和风机31,烘箱28固定在机架1上,烘箱28通过螺栓连接的方式固定在机架1上;烘箱28两端分别开设有进口和出口,烘箱28内设置有电加热29管,伺服电机32固定在烘箱28内,伺服电机32通过螺栓连接的方式固定在烘箱28内;伺服电机32的输出轴竖直向下,伺服电机32的输出轴端部和风机31相连,伺服电机32的输出轴端部通过螺栓连接的方式和风机31相连;采用该结构,通过电加热29管对烘箱28内进行加热,控制伺服电机32的输出轴带动风机31转动,通过风机31可使烘箱28内的整体温度更加均匀。
烘箱28外还具有保温层,保温层的材料为岩棉保温毡;采用该结构,通过保温层可对烘箱28进行保温,避免热量快速流失。
喷涂装置的工作原理如下:控制推杆电机7的推杆带动安装板6上下移动,安装板6带动毛刷条5上下移动,毛刷条5和面料接触,毛刷条5使灰尘与面料分离,开启抽气泵8,通过除尘管4将灰尘吸走,将除尘后的面料从输入口输送到喷涂箱2中,开启输送泵13,通过连接管15将储液桶12中的涂料输送到喷洒管11中,并从喷洒孔11a喷洒到面料上,将喷涂好的面料从输出口输出,烘箱28对喷涂好的面料进行烘干。
如图6-图7所示,步骤b1中的搅拌装置包括底座35、搅拌桶36、内部具有固体进料通道49a的转动杆49、内部具有工作腔的横向搅拌柱37、输液管53、输液泵52、电磁阀51、升降板47和弧形导流板59,搅拌桶36固定在底座35上,搅拌桶36通过螺栓连接的方式固定在底座35上;搅拌桶36下端和输液管53一端相连通,输液管53另一端能与外界相连通,输液泵52和电磁阀51均设置在输液管53上,且电磁阀51位于输液泵52和搅拌桶36之间,搅拌桶36上端开设有液体进料口36a,升降板47设置在底座35上,升降板47位于搅拌桶36正上方,升降板47与一能带动其上下升降的升降结构相连,转动杆49设置在升降板47上,转动杆49上端与一能带动其转动的动力结构相连,转动杆49下端伸入到搅拌桶36内和横向搅拌柱37相连,且固体进料通道49a和工作腔相连通,横向搅拌柱37侧部开设有多个与工作腔相连通的通孔37a,在本实施例中,通孔37a的数量为六十个;弧形导流板59设置在工作腔内,弧形导流板59与一能带动其周向转动的驱动结构相连。
升降结构包括驱动气缸42、直线导轨40、滑动座39和支架41,支架41固定在底座35上,支架41通过螺栓连接的方式固定在底座35上;直线导轨40竖直固定在支架41上,直线导轨40通过螺栓连接的方式固定在支架41上;滑动座39设置在直线导轨40上,驱动气缸42固定在支架41上,驱动气缸42通过螺栓连接的方式固定在支架41上;驱动气缸42的活塞杆竖直向下,驱动气缸42的活塞杆端部和滑动座39相连,驱动气缸42的活塞杆端部通过螺栓连接的方式和滑动座39相连;升降板47固定在滑动座39上,升降板47通过螺栓连接的方式固定在滑动座39上。
动力结构包括驱动电机43、主动齿轮44、从动齿轮46和传送带45,驱动电机43固定在升降板47上,驱动电机43通过螺栓连接的方式固定在升降板47上;驱动电机43的输出轴竖直向上,主动齿轮44固定在驱动电机43的输出轴上,主动齿轮44通过键连接的方式固定在驱动电机43的输出轴上;从动齿轮46固定在转动杆49上,从动齿轮46通过键连接的方式固定在转动杆49上;传送带45设置在主动齿轮44与从动齿轮46之间。
驱动结构包括环形导轨57、滑块58、防水电机56、驱动轮55和齿圈54,环形导轨57设置在工作腔内,滑块58设置在环形导轨57上,齿圈54固定在环形导轨57上,齿圈54通过螺栓连接的方式固定在环形导轨57上;防水电机56固定在滑块58上,防水电机56通过螺栓连接的方式固定在滑块58上;驱动轮55固定在防水电机56的输出轴上,驱动轮55与齿圈54相啮合,弧形导流板59通过连杆固定在滑块58上。
弧形导流板59内侧上还具有多个凸出的分切部,在本实施例中,分切部的数量为十二个;采用该结构,通分切部可对固体原料进行切割;分切部的截面呈三角形。
搅拌桶36内还固定有呈环形的液体进料管38,液体进料管38通过软管48和液体进料口36a相连通,液体进料管38侧部开设有多个出料孔38a,在本实施例中,出料孔38a的数量为十六个;且出料孔38a朝下。
搅拌装置的工作原理如下:将液体原料从液体进料口36a加入到液体进料管38中,通过液体进料管38将液体原料均匀加入到入到搅拌桶36内,将固体原料从固体进料通道49a加入到工作腔内,控制防水电机56带动驱动轮55转动,驱动轮55与齿圈54逐渐啮合使滑块58沿着环形导轨57周向转动,滑块58带动弧形导流板59周向转动,使弧形导流板59位于左侧或者右侧,控制驱动电机43的输出轴带动主动齿轮44转动,主动齿轮44通传送带45带动从动齿轮46转动,从动齿轮46带动转动杆49转动,转动杆49带动横向搅拌柱37转动,在弧形导流板59的作用下,搅拌桶36内的液体原料从右侧或者左侧的通孔37a进入到工作腔内,并将工作腔内的固体原料从上侧和下侧的通孔37a带出到搅拌桶36内,或控制防水电机56带动驱动轮55转动,驱动轮55与齿圈54逐渐啮合使滑块58沿着环形导轨57周向转动,滑块58带动弧形导流板59周向转动,使弧形导流板59位于下侧,控制驱动气缸42的活塞杆带动滑动座39向上移动,滑动座39带动升降板47向上移动,升降板47带动转动杆49向上移动,转动杆49带动横向搅拌柱37向上移动,搅拌桶36内的液体原料从上侧的通孔37a进入到工作腔内,并将工作腔内的固体原料从左侧和右侧的通孔37a带出到搅拌桶36内;控制防水电机56带动驱动轮55转动,驱动轮55与齿圈54逐渐啮合使滑块58沿着环形导轨57周向转动,滑块58带动弧形导流板59周向转动,使弧形导流板59位于上侧,控制驱动气缸42的活塞杆带动滑动座39向下移动,滑动座39带动升降板47向下移动,升降板47带动转动杆49向下移动,转动杆49带动横向搅拌柱37向下移动,搅拌桶36内的液体原料从下侧的通孔37a进入到工作腔内,并将工作腔内的固体原料从左侧和右侧的通孔37a带出到搅拌桶36内,通过横向搅拌柱37和弧形导流板59的作用,将原料搅拌均匀,开启输液泵52,将搅拌好的涂料通过输液管53输出。

Claims (6)

1.汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,该工艺包括以下步骤:
a、外购原料:购买海绵作为中间层,购买无纺布作为内层,并对海绵和无纺布进行检验;
b、制作表层:
b1、制作涂料:将改性丙烯酸树脂40-50份、聚氨酯树脂8-16份、聚偏氟乙烯5-28份、抗静电剂2-5份、阻燃剂3-4份、钛白粉0.5-1.5份、防霉剂1-3份、交联剂3-6份和甲苯10-20份倒入到搅拌装置中,搅拌速度为200-400r/min,搅拌时间为25-40min,制得涂料;
b2、涂层:将涂料添加到喷涂装置中,通过喷涂装置对经编布表面进行涂层,在温度为40-55℃下彻底烘干,涂布速度为18-28m/min,涂层厚度为0.05-0.15mm,制得表层;所述步骤b2中的喷涂装置包括机架、喷涂箱、储液桶和喷洒管,喷涂箱固定在机架上,喷涂箱两端分别开设有输入口和输出口,喷涂箱内设置有多个输送辊,喷洒管水平设置在喷涂箱内,喷洒管一端为封闭端,喷洒管另一端通过连接管和储液桶相连通,连接管上设置有输送泵,喷洒管侧部还开设有多个喷洒孔,且喷洒孔朝下;机架上设置有除尘机构,除尘机构靠近输入口;所述除尘机构包括推杆电机、安装板、毛刷条、除尘管和抽气泵,推杆电机固定在机架上,且推杆电机靠近输入口,推杆电机的推杆竖直向下,推杆电机的推杆端部和安装板相连,毛刷条固定在安装板上,除尘管固定在安装板上,且除尘管位于毛刷条一侧,除尘管通过连通管和抽气泵相连,除尘管侧部开设有多个进气孔,且进气孔朝向毛刷条;所述安装板上设置有抖动结构,抖动结构包括导杆、导套、齿轮、齿条、步进电机、弹簧、振动电机、定位板和多个清理杆,导杆固定在安装板上,且导杆位于毛刷条另一侧,导套设置在导杆上,齿条固定在安装板上,步进电机固定在导套上,齿轮固定在步进电机的输出轴上,齿轮与齿条相啮合,弹簧上端和导套相连,弹簧下端和定位板相连,多个清理杆水平设置在定位板上,且清理杆能插入到毛刷条内,振动电机固定在定位板上;所述安装板上还设置有限位组件,限位组件包括开设在定位板上的定位孔、钢丝绳和定位螺栓,钢丝绳上端和导套相连,钢丝绳下端穿入定位孔中,定位螺栓螺纹连接在定位板上,定位螺栓端部能与钢丝绳相抵靠;
c、复合:通过火焰复合机将表层、中间层和内层复合在一起,制得汽车内饰顶篷面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤b1中的抗静电剂为阴离子抗静电剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤b1中的阻燃剂为磷系阻燃剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤b1中的防霉剂为氯酚类防霉剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤b1中的交联剂为异氰酸酯类交联剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰顶篷面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述定位螺栓上还固定有手柄;所述钢丝绳下端还具有多个凸出的防滑部;所述连通管上还设置有过滤袋;所述机架上还设置有烘干机构,烘干机构包括烘箱、伺服电机和风机,烘箱固定在机架上,烘箱两端分别开设有进口和出口,烘箱内设置有电加热管,伺服电机固定在烘箱内,伺服电机的输出轴竖直向下,伺服电机的输出轴端部和风机相连。
