Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车发动机启动器电源箱,包括箱体,所述箱体的内部一侧设有超级电容组,所述箱体的内部一侧设有可充电电池,所述可充电电池的上方设有翻盖,所述超级电容组的上方设有接线柱,所述超级电容组与可充电电池之间通过电导体连接,通过可充电电池和翻盖的设计,达到了使可充电电池移动替换,延长本发明使用寿命,使本发明可启动发动机超过十万次,节约资源;通过可充电电池与超级电容的电连接和可充电电池的选择,实现了与现有的汽车发动机启动器电源装置相比占用更小的空间,使用更少的电量,并对环境排放更少的有害物质的目的,比现有的汽车发动机启动器电源装置更轻便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及发动机启动器技术领域,具体为一种发动机启动器电源设备。
背景技术
因发动机不能自行由静止转入工作状态,必须用外力转动曲轴,直到曲轴达到发动机开始燃烧所必需的转速,保证混合气的形成、压缩和点火能够顺利进行。发动机由静止转入工作状态的全过程,称发动机的启动。完成发动机启动过程所需的一系列装置称发动机启动装置。
现有的一种汽车发动机启动器电源设备是由以下部分组成的:
至少1个5-10安培的可充电电池,用来把电传给超级电容器;
至少1个超级电容器,用来储存的电力以作为启动汽车发动机的能量来源;
至少1个平衡器,平衡器由1个二极管和1个LED灯泡组成。二极管用来把电送给每一个超级电容器,而LED灯泡用来显示是否每个超级电容器都充满了稳定的相等的电流。
可充电电池和超级电容器连接,通过多个超级电容器串联或并联组成一个单一的电源组。多个超级电容可以在很短的时间内迅速地一起释放电量以启动汽车发动机。
但是,该汽车发动机启动器电源设备因为充电电池使用寿命有限,不同于超级电容器和平衡器具有很长的使用寿命可以启动发动机超过十万次,所以该设备使用寿命短,更换周期短,往往超级电容器和平衡器没有损坏但充电电池使用寿命到了,就需要更换该装置,浪费资源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车发动机启动器电源箱,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车发动机启动器电源箱,包括箱体,所述箱体的内部一侧设有超级电容组,所述超级电容组由超级电容器串联或并联组成,所述箱体的内部一侧设有可充电电池,所述可充电电池的上方设有翻盖,所述超级电容组的上方设有接线柱,所述超级电容组与可充电电池之间通过平衡器连接。
优选的,所述可充电电池包括2A(AA)、3A(AAA)碱性电池或18650A、C或D码电池中的至少一种。
优选的,所述可充电电池由2A(AA)、3A(AAA)碱性电池或18650A、C或D码电池中的至少一种串联或并联组成。
优选的,所述可充电电池为铁锂电池、磷酸锂电池、镍氢电池或铅酸电池中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过可充电电池和翻盖的设计,达到了使可充电电池移动替换,延长本发明使用寿命,使本发明可启动发动机超过十万次,节约资源;通过可充电电池与超级电容的电连接和可充电电池的选择,实现了与现有的汽车发动机启动器电源装置相比占用更小的空间,使用更少的电量,并对环境排放更少的有害物质的目的,比现有的汽车发动机启动器电源装置更轻便。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1、图2和图3,本发明提供一种实施例:一种汽车发动机启动器电源箱,包括箱体1,箱体1它设计的高度和宽度都和要替代的当前汽车或摩托车电池安装的尺寸相同,所述箱体1的内部一侧设有超级电容组2,超级电容组2用来储存的电力以作为启动汽车发动机的能量来源,所述超级电容组2由超级电容器串联或并联组成,超级电容组2以在很短的时间内迅速地一起释放电量以启动汽车发动机,所述箱体1的内部一侧设有可充电电池3,可充电电池3用来把电传给超级电容器,所述可充电电池3的上方设有翻盖4,翻盖4起到覆盖功能关闭并推动可充电电池3以更好更牢固地和整个系统组合在一起,所述超级电容组2的上方设有接线柱5,接线柱5将本发明与发动机启动系统连接,以让汽车或摩托车起动系统的组装可以和当前电池用相同的方法起动,所述超级电容组2与可充电电池3之间通过平衡器连接,平衡器由1个二极管和1个LED灯泡组成。二极管用来把电送给每一个超级电容器,而LED灯泡用来显示是否每个超级电容器都充满了稳定的相等的电流。
所述可充电电池3包括2A(AA)、3A(AAA)碱性电池或18650A、C或D码电池中的至少一种。所述可充电电池3由2A、3A碱性电池或18650A、C或D码电池中的至少一种串联或并联组成,方便可充电电池3的更换,并达到了与现有的汽车发动机启动器电源装置相比占用更小的空间,使用更少的电量,并对环境排放更少的有害物质的目的。

所述可充电电池3为铁锂电池、磷酸锂电池、镍氢电池或铅酸电池中的一种,方便可充电电池3的更换,并达到了与现有的汽车发动机启动器电源装置相比占用更小的空间,使用更少的电量,并对环境排放更少的有害物质的目的。
工作原理:使用时,将接线柱5与发动机启动系统连接,可充电电池3将电力通过平衡器传输到超级电容组2,超级电容组2可以在很短的时间内迅速地一起释放电量以启动汽车发动机,更换可充电电池3时,打开翻盖4更换新的可充电电池3后再关闭翻盖4推动可充电电池3牢固与整个装置连接。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种汽车发动机启动器电源箱,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的内部一侧设有超级电容组(2),所述超级电容组(2)由超级电容器串联或并联组成,所述箱体(1)的内部一侧设有可充电电池(3),所述可充电电池(3)的上方设有翻盖(4),所述超级电容组(2)的上方设有接线柱(5),所述超级电容组(2)与可充电电池(3)之间通过平衡器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车发动机启动器电源箱,其特征在于:所述可充电电池(3)包括2A、3A碱性电池或18650A、C或D码电池中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车发动机启动器电源箱,其特征在于:所述可充电电池(3)由2A、3A碱性电池或18650A、C或D码电池中的至少一种串联或并联组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车发动机启动器电源箱,其特征在于:所述可充电电池(3)为铁锂电池、磷酸锂电池、镍氢电池或铅酸电池中的一种。
