Abstract

本发明属于纺织领域,尤其涉及一种新型纺织浆料及其制备方法。由如下重量配比的组分组成:石蜡油10‑50份、硅油5‑20份、司盘80 1‑10份、吐温80 1‑10份、硬脂酸1‑10份、三乙醇胺1‑10份、KH‑550改性纳米银1‑10份、(2‑羟基‑3‑丁氧基)丙基‑丁二酰化壳寡糖1‑10份。本发明含有上浆必须的抗静电剂、消泡剂、渗透剂、增塑剂等添加剂,满足上浆及织造要求,能有效改善纤维羽毛性能,提高织造效率。本发明与其它浆料的混溶性较好,保证浆液的均衡,提高上浆的质量。

一种新型纺织浆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,尤其涉及一种新型纺织浆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
浆纱是织造工程的关键工序,浆纱的目的主要是提高纱线的耐磨性,减少毛羽,适当增加纱线的强力,减少伸度,以承受纱在织造过程中复杂的机械作用能力,提高纱线的可织性能。半个多世纪以来国内外纺织和化工专家通力合用,采用多种方法(如对化纤纱线采用热处理、采用特殊的化学剂或润滑剂,对纱线表面进行润滑处理等)期望革除上浆工序以期解决由于上浆而耗费大量资源,以及印染退浆污水对环境的污染,以达到节约能源降低生产成本和清洁生产的目的。
但由于不同纱线,织物规格,温湿度条件以及织机的类型,速度等问题,迄今为止还未能实现用更实用的方法来替代传统的上浆方法。相反由于新型纤维的研制开发应用,高速智能化无梭织机近几年来以万台以上速度递增,机织物细支高密高紧度,宽幅化进一步提高,我国对环境保护重视程度越来越高,清洁化生产、可持续发展的理念不断深化以及贯彻各项政策力度的加强,对浆料提出了更加苛刻的要求。由此可见,浆料不仅是确保产品质量,提高织造效率降低生产成本的重要环节,而且也是有效的开发新的织物品种,充分发挥织造先进设备的又一重要环节,因此开发新的浆料,适应纺织产品的发展。在织物品种浆料设备确定后合理选择浆料就是关键问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型纺织浆料。为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种新型纺织浆料由如下重量配比的组分组成:石蜡油10-50份、硅油5-20份、司盘80 1-10份、吐温80 1-10份、硬脂酸1-10份、三乙醇胺1-10份、KH-550改性纳米银1-10份、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖1-10份。
进一步的,本发明由如下重量配比的组分组成:石蜡油20-50份、硅油15-20份、司盘80 1-5份、吐温80 1-5份、硬脂酸1-10份、三乙醇胺1-10份、KH-550改性纳米银1-5份、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖1-10份。
进一步的,本发明由如下重量配比的组分组成:石蜡油50份、硅油5份、司盘80 5份、吐温80 5份、硬脂酸3份、三乙醇胺3份、KH-550改性纳米银3份、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖4份。
进一步的,本发明还包括脲醛树脂1-10份、苯扎溴铵1-10份。
进一步的,本发明还包括抗氧剂。
进一步的,本发明一种新型纺织浆料的制备方法,(1)称取石蜡油、硅油,高速搅拌10-20min,混合均匀,作为组分A;
(2)将三乙醇胺、司盘80高速搅拌10-20min,混合均匀,作为组分B;
(3)将硬脂酸、吐温80高速搅拌10-20min,混合均匀,作为组分C;
(4)将KH-550改性纳米银、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖高速搅拌10-20min,混合均匀,作为组分D;
(5)在80℃反应釜中加入组分A和组分D,高速搅拌50min,在搅拌状态下依次加入组分B、组分C,继续搅拌1-2h,再加入辅料得到成品。
本发明含有上浆必须的抗静电剂、消泡剂、渗透剂、增塑剂等添加剂,满足上浆及织造要求,能有效改善纤维羽毛性能,提高织造效率。本发明与其它浆料的混溶性较好,保证浆液的均衡,提高上浆的质量。本发明稳定性好,不滴油,耐变黄,不易变质。本发明乳液表面张力大,能够均匀吸附在纱线表面,形成保护膜,大大降低纱线表面的摩擦系数,提高梭口的清晰度,大大降低纱线的断头率。本发明具有良好的乳化性,退浆方便且彻底,无污染,环境卫生。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种新型纺织浆料,由如下重量配比的组分组成:石蜡油40份、硅油5份、司盘80 3份、吐温80 3份、硬脂酸2份、三乙醇胺2份、KH-550改性纳米银2份、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖3份。
上述新型纺织浆料的制备方法,(1)称取石蜡油、硅油,高速搅拌20min,混合均匀,作为组分A;
(2)将三乙醇胺、司盘80高速搅拌20min,混合均匀,作为组分B;
(3)将硬脂酸、吐温80高速搅拌20min,混合均匀,作为组分C;
(4)将KH-550改性纳米银、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖高速搅拌20min,混合均匀,作为组分D;
(5)在80℃反应釜中加入组分A和组分D,高速搅拌50min,在搅拌状态下依次加入组分B、组分C,继续搅拌1-2h,再加入辅料得到成品。
实施例2
一种新型纺织浆料,由如下重量配比的组分组成:石蜡油50份、硅油5份、司盘80 5份、吐温80 5份、硬脂酸3份、三乙醇胺3份、KH-550改性纳米银3份、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖4份。
上述新型纺织浆料的制备方法,(1)称取石蜡油、硅油,高速搅拌20min,混合均匀,作为组分A;
(2)将三乙醇胺、司盘80高速搅拌20min,混合均匀,作为组分B;
(3)将硬脂酸、吐温80高速搅拌20min,混合均匀,作为组分C;
(4)将KH-550改性纳米银、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖高速搅拌20min,混合均匀,作为组分D;
(5)在80℃反应釜中加入组分A和组分D,高速搅拌50min,在搅拌状态下依次加入组分B、组分C,继续搅拌1-2h,再加入辅料得到成品。
实施例3
一种新型纺织浆料,由如下重量配比的组分组成:石蜡油30份、硅油20份、司盘805份、吐温80 5份、硬脂酸5份、三乙醇胺5份、KH-550改性纳米银2份、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖3份。
上述新型纺织浆料的制备方法,(1)称取石蜡油、硅油,高速搅拌20min,混合均匀,作为组分A;
(2)将三乙醇胺、司盘80高速搅拌20min,混合均匀,作为组分B;
(3)将硬脂酸、吐温80高速搅拌20min,混合均匀,作为组分C;
(4)将KH-550改性纳米银、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖高速搅拌20min,混合均匀,作为组分D;
(5)在80℃反应釜中加入组分A和组分D,高速搅拌50min,在搅拌状态下依次加入组分B、组分C,继续搅拌1-2h,再加入辅料得到成品。
本发明通过以下试验说明本发明的产品性能;
织物:纯棉C14.8tex、T7.4×2tex、涤棉T/C:65∶35,14.8tex。试验样均来自某大型纺织厂车间直接取样(部分试验在该厂车间进行);
实验药品:国外进口的淀粉类纺织浆料、国内淀粉类浆料、本发明浆料;
通过与某大型纺织厂的应用试验合作,使本发明浆料的各个性能在生产应用中得到了充分检验,表1给出了涤棉T/C:65∶35经纱上浆性能测试结果,并比较了进口浆料、国产浆料和本发明浆料的性能。表2涤棉T/C:65∶35经纱上浆性能测试结果。

上述表1试验数据比较:本发明浆料各上浆性能均优于国内外两种同类型浆料,其中本发明浆料能明显增强纱线耐磨性,浆膜柔韧、滑爽、分纱轻快、有效减少毛羽,从而可大大提高纺织效率,减少纱线断头率,降低生产成本。
将本发明浆料与纺织浆纱助剂或浆料的混合,检测本发明浆料和纺织助剂或浆料的相容稳定性,结果如表2所示。

由表2试验结果表明,本发明浆料和常用纺织浆纱助剂是完全相容的,与PVA也能完全相容。

由表3的测试结果表明:本发明浆料在不同经纱上浆中,均能很好的满足各类浆纱的织造要求。

Claims (6)

1.一种新型纺织浆料,其特征在于,由如下重量配比的组分组成:石蜡油10-50份、硅油5-20份、司盘80 1-10份、吐温80 1-10份、硬脂酸1-10份、三乙醇胺1-10份、KH-550改性纳米银1-10份、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型纺织浆料,其特征在于,由如下重量配比的组分组成:石蜡油20-50份、硅油15-20份、司盘80 1-5份、吐温80 1-5份、硬脂酸1-10份、三乙醇胺1-10份、KH-550改性纳米银1-5份、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖1-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型纺织浆料,其特征在于,由如下重量配比的组分组成:石蜡油50份、硅油5份、司盘80 5份、吐温80 5份、硬脂酸3份、三乙醇胺3份、KH-550改性纳米银3份、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖4份。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的一种新型纺织浆料,其特征在于,还包括脲醛树脂1-10份、苯扎溴铵1-10份。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述的一种新型纺织浆料,其特征在于,还包括抗氧剂。
6.根据权利要求1至5所述的一种新型纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)称取石蜡油、硅油,高速搅拌10-20min,混合均匀,作为组分A;
(2)将三乙醇胺、司盘80高速搅拌10-20min,混合均匀,作为组分B;
(3)将硬脂酸、吐温80高速搅拌10-20min,混合均匀,作为组分C;
(4)将KH-550改性纳米银、(2-羟基-3-丁氧基)丙基-丁二酰化壳寡糖高速搅拌10-20min,混合均匀,作为组分D;
(5)在80℃反应釜中加入组分A和组分D,高速搅拌50min,在搅拌状态下依次加入组分B、组分C,继续搅拌1-2h,再加入辅料得到成品。
