Abstract
本发明公开了一种含蔗糖酯双清洁体系的隐形眼镜护理液,包括清洁剂、抗菌剂、保湿剂、缓冲剂、渗透压调节剂和螯合剂,清洁剂为生物表面活性剂和其他表面活性剂组成,所述生物表面活性剂为蔗糖酯,其中的蔗糖酯在隐形眼镜护理液中作为清洁成分,具有蛋白清除和脂质清除的效果。所述的蔗糖酯其含量为0.005%~0.1%,另一清洁成分从泊洛沙姆188、泊洛沙姆407、硫代甜菜碱、Tetronic‑1107和Tetronic‑1304中任意选择一种。本发明制备了一种含蔗糖酯双清洁体系的隐形眼镜护理液,将蔗糖酯作为首要清洁成分,与其他表面活性剂构成双清洁体系,既很好的洗涤性、去污性、能有效清除蛋白质和脂质,而且护理液安全无毒、生物相容性好。

技术领域
本发明属于眼科领域,涉及一种含蔗糖酯双清洁体系的隐形眼镜护理液。
背景技术
生物表面活性剂具有耐酸、耐盐、可生物降解、低毒性、抗菌性、对环境无污染和生物相容性好等优点逐渐在石油工业、环境工业、医药、食品、农业和化妆品工业等领域得到广泛的应用。蔗糖酯属于糖脂类生物表面活性剂,是一种多元醇非离子表面活性剂,其分子结构中含有多个亲水的羟基和一个亲油的长链烷基,具有特殊的两亲结构,是一种极好的表面活性剂和乳化剂,具有去污、乳化、增溶等作用,且安全性高,无臭、无味、无毒对眼睛皮肤无刺激,生物相容性好和生物可降解性强,已被联合国粮农组织(FAO)和世界卫生组织(WHO)批准为食品添加剂和药物辅料,蔗糖酯无药理作用,不会对眼睛及黏膜造成伤害,其在经皮给药系统中发挥了良好作用并越来越被广泛用于药物释放领域。蔗糖酯的无致敏性、对眼、皮肤或粘膜无刺激,已被用在润肤洗剂、霜膏、香波、眼部卸妆剂等化妆品中。
表面活性剂复配是指表面活性剂之间或表面活性剂与其他物质按一定比例组成混合体系。复配后的混合表面活性剂体系不仅可以发挥单一表面活性剂的各自的性能,而且还能相互补充从而拥有更优异的性能,蔗糖酯与阴离子、非离子、季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂具有良好的配伍性,可对抗其他表面活性剂的刺激效果,降低他们的刺激性。此外,除了具有表面活性剂特有的清洁能力,蔗糖酯还具有保湿润滑能力,而且脂肪链作为疏水基还赋予表面活性剂抗菌杀虫活性因此保湿和抗菌的辅助性能是蔗糖酯作为护理液组分的一大优势。
目前尚未见蔗糖酯与其他常见表面活性剂复配方面的研究。
发明内容
技术问题:本发明提供一种具有很好乳化、增溶、去污能力,清洁能力,且无毒无刺激,无致炎性、生物相容性好、可生物降解的含蔗糖酯双清洁体系的隐形眼镜护理液。
技术方案:本发明的含蔗糖酯双清洁体系的隐形眼镜护理液,包括清洁剂、抗菌剂、保湿剂、缓冲剂、渗透压调节剂和螯合剂,所述抗菌剂为聚季铵盐、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、聚氨丙基双胍和肉豆蔻酰丙基二甲胺中的任意一种或任意几种的混合物,所述保湿剂为透明质酸,所述缓冲剂为硼酸和四硼酸钠混合物,所述渗透压调节剂为NaCl,所述螯合剂为EDTA-2Na,所述的清洁剂为生物表面活性剂和其他表面活性剂组成,所述生物表面活性剂为蔗糖酯。
进一步的,本发明隐形眼镜护理液中,其他表面活性剂为泊洛沙姆188、泊洛沙姆407、硫代甜菜碱、Tetronic-1107和Tetronic-1304中任意一种。
进一步的,本发明隐形眼镜护理液中,蔗糖酯为月桂酸蔗糖酯、肉豆蔻蔗糖酯和棕榈酸蔗糖酯中的任意一种或任意几种的混合物。
进一步的,本发明隐形眼镜护理液中,蔗糖酯的含量按护理液质量百分比计为0.005%~0.1%。
本发明护理液为双清洁体系,首要清洁成分为蔗糖酯,另一种为其他表面活性剂,例如泊洛沙姆188、泊洛沙姆407、硫代甜菜碱、Tetronic-1107和Tetronic-1304。
隐形眼镜护理液的清洁功能是评价隐形眼镜护理液品质的重要指标,需要具有蛋白清除和脂质清除能力。同时,护理液的生物无毒性至关重要,关系到保障佩戴舒适和眼部安全问题。化学合成的表面活性剂虽然具有很好的表面活性,但是浓度较大时具有一定的刺激性,而蔗糖酯作为一种生物表面活性剂,无毒无刺激,将其用于隐形眼镜护理液,根据蔗糖酯与阴离子、非离子、季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂良好的复配性能,一方面能最大程度发挥双清洁体系的去污、乳化、增溶能力,另一方面还能充分利用生物表面活性剂蔗糖酯的无毒无刺激的安全性,既保证很好的蛋白和脂质清除能力,又使隐形眼镜护理液具备良好的生物相容性。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
本发明的蔗糖酯双清洁体系护理液,具有很好去污、清洁能力,且无毒无刺激、生物相容性好。将蔗糖酯与其他表面活性剂复配形成双清洁体系,清洁效果优于任意一种表面活性剂,能产生1+1>2的蛋白脂质清除能力。同时,复配体系护理液无细胞毒性,表现出很高的生物相容性。所研制的护理液蛋白清除率为6%~16%,脂质清除率为8%~18%,细胞增值率为99%~110%,杀菌率91%~100%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明的蔗糖酯双清洁体系隐形眼镜护理液选择的配方(组成及其质量百分比)如下:清洁剂:蔗糖酯(0.005%~0.1%),其他表面活性剂:泊洛沙姆188、泊洛沙姆407、硫代甜菜碱、Tetronic-1107和Tetronic-1304(0.005%~0.25%);抗菌剂:聚季铵盐(PQ-1)、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB)、聚氨丙基双胍(PAPB)和肉豆蔻酰丙基二甲胺(ALDOX)中的任意一种或几种任意一种或几种混合物(0.00005%~0.002%);保湿剂:透明质酸(0.005%~0.05%);缓冲剂:硼酸和四硼酸钠(0.02%~0.6%),渗透压调节剂:NaCl(0.35%~0.89%),螯合剂:EDTA-2Na(0.005%~0.03%)。
实施例1
一种含蔗糖酯双清洁体系的隐形眼镜护理液,由以下质量分数的原料组成,余量为无菌水:
蛋白清除率为6.92%,脂质清除率为8.10%,悬浮定量杀菌实验测得对大肠杆菌的杀菌率为99.92%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率为99.90%,对白色念珠菌的杀菌率为94.25%,细胞增值率为105.7%。
实施例2
一种含蔗糖酯双清洁体系的隐形眼镜护理液,由以下质量分数的原料组成,余量为无菌水:
蛋白清除率为8.01%,脂质清除率为9.54%,悬浮定量杀菌实验测得对大肠杆菌的杀菌率为99.94%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率为99.90%,对白色念珠菌的杀菌率为92.37%,细胞增值率为110.2%。
实施例3
一种含蔗糖酯双清洁体系的隐形眼镜护理液,由以下质量分数的原料组成,余量为无菌水:
蛋白清除率为10.2%,脂质清除率为11.8%,悬浮定量杀菌实验测得对大肠杆菌的杀菌率为99.99%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率为100%,对白色念珠菌的杀菌率为98.90%,细胞相对增值率为100.1%。

一种含蔗糖酯双清洁体系的隐形眼镜护理液,由以下质量分数的原料组成,余量为无菌水:
蛋白清除率为13.50%,脂质清除率为15.22%,悬浮定量杀菌实验测得对大肠杆菌的杀菌率为100%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率为100%,对白色念珠菌的杀菌率为99.90%,细胞增值率为99.5%。

一种含蔗糖酯双清洁体系的隐形眼镜护理液,由以下质量分数的原料组成,余量为无菌水:
蛋白清除率为15.74%,脂质清除率为17.80%,悬浮定量杀菌实验测得对大肠杆菌的杀菌率为99.91%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率为99.93%,对白色念珠菌的杀菌率为91.27%,细胞增值率为103.6%。
