本发明涉及一种纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液,其组分及其重量百分含量如下:阳离子杀菌剂0.1‑0.5wt%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1‑10wt%;椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1‑10wt%;烷基糖苷1‑5wt%;椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺1‑3wt%;聚氧丙烯甘露醇二油酸酯0.1‑0.5wt%;1,3‑丁二醇2‑5wt%;大豆磷脂0.1‑0.5wt%;胆固醇0.02‑0.1wt%;维生素E 0.05‑0.3wt%;橄榄油0.1‑0.5wt%;甘油0.5‑3wt%;透明质酸钠0.01‑0.1wt%;尿囊素0.05‑0.2wt%;氯化钠0.1‑1wt%;余量为水。本发明还公开了前述阳离子抗菌洗手液的其制备方法。本发明的阳离子抗菌洗手液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用0.5min,杀灭率达90%以上。本发明的阳离子抗菌洗手液性质温和,对皮肤无刺激,使用后皮肤滋润不干燥。

本发明涉及一种抗菌洗手液,特别涉及一种纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液。
背景技术
洗手液是人们生活的常用品,可以清除人体表皮的污渍,起到清洁皮肤的作用。洗手液中主要清洁成分是表面活性剂,阴离子表面活性剂清洁能力强,且阴离子表面活性剂体系易增稠。非离子表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂难增稠,虽然可以用亲水性高分子增稠,但起泡能力差。因此目前市场上的洗手液都采用阴离子表面活性剂作为主洗剂。
在洗手液中添加一定的杀菌成分,更可以起到抗抑菌作用。使用抗菌洗手液清洁双手,可以有效的阻止细菌、病毒的传播和扩散。目前市场上抗菌洗手液中使用的杀菌成分最常见的有三氯生、对氯间二甲苯酚、邻苯基苯酚等。但这些杀菌成分都具有较强的毒性,且在环境中不易降解,会污染土壤和水源,对水生动物、植物和环境造成伤害。阳离子杀菌成分,如氯己定、季铵盐、聚六亚甲基胍等,安全有效,但在洗手液中会与阴离子表面活性剂拮抗而失去抗菌效果。

本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供一种纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液及其制备方法。本发明采用纳米脂质体包裹阳离子杀菌剂,避免与阴离子表面活性剂拮抗。

(2)按重量百分比称取阳离子杀菌剂,加4倍重量的水,搅拌溶解,再加聚氧丙烯甘露醇二油酸酯,搅拌溶解,制成溶液B。
(3)将溶液B加入到溶液A中,高速均质(10000-20000rpm),制成W/O型脂质乳液C。
(4)按重量百分比称取甘油、透明质酸钠、尿囊素,加余量的水,搅拌溶解后,开启高速均质(20000-30000rpm),将上述W/O型脂质乳液C缓慢注入进来,均质10min,形成澄清的纳米脂质体溶液D。
(5)按重量百分比称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基糖苷、椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺,加入到纳米脂质体溶液D中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液E。
(6)按重量百分比称取氯化钠,加入到溶液E中,搅拌溶解,增稠体系,即得到纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供了一种阳离子抗菌洗手液及其制备方法。本发明采用阳离子杀菌成分,安全无害,对环境友好,不会对水生动物、植物和环境造成伤害。本发明利用脂质体的磷脂双分子层结构,将阳离子杀菌剂包裹在脂质体内部,避免与阴离子表面活性剂发生拮抗;同时利用脂质体与细菌包膜的亲和结合能力,快速释放阳离子杀菌成分,实现高效杀菌。本发明还利用脂质体能够补充皮肤的磷脂分子,对皮肤起到良好的保护作用,减轻洗手液对皮肤的脱脂伤害。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。这些实施例应理解为仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的保护范围。在阅读了本发明记载的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等效变化和修改同样落入本发明权利要求所限定的范围。
本发明提供的一种纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液,其组分及其重量百分含量为:
阳离子杀菌剂0.1-0.5wt%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-10wt%;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-10wt%;
烷基糖苷1-5wt%;
椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺1-3wt%;
聚氧丙烯甘露醇二油酸酯0.1-0.5wt%;
1,3-丁二醇2-5wt%;
大豆磷脂0.1-0.5wt%;
胆固醇0.02-0.1wt%;
维生素E 0.05-0.3wt%;
橄榄油0.1-0.5wt%;
甘油0.5-3wt%;
透明质酸钠0.01-0.1wt%;
尿囊素0.05-0.2wt%;
氯化钠0.1-1wt%;
余量为水。
一种纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分比称取大豆磷脂、胆固醇、维生素E、橄榄油,加入1,3-丁二醇中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液A。
(2)按重量百分比称取阳离子杀菌剂,加4倍重量的水,搅拌溶解,再加聚氧丙烯甘露醇二油酸酯,搅拌溶解,制成溶液B。
(3)将溶液B加入到溶液A中,高速均质(10000-20000rpm),制成W/O型脂质乳液C。
(4)按重量百分比称取甘油、透明质酸钠、尿囊素,加余量的水,搅拌溶解后,开启高速均质(20000-30000rpm),将上述W/O型脂质乳液C缓慢注入进来,均质10min,形成澄清的纳米脂质体溶液D。
(5)按重量百分比称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基糖苷、椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺,加入到纳米脂质体溶液D中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液E。
(6)按重量百分比称取氯化钠,加入到溶液E中,搅拌溶解,增稠体系,即得到纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液。
实施例1
(1)称取大豆磷脂0.2g、胆固醇0.05g、维生素E 0.1g、橄榄油0.1g,加入2g的1,3-丁二醇中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液A。
(2)称取醋酸氯己定0.2g,加水0.8g,搅拌溶解,再加聚氧丙烯甘露醇二油酸酯0.2g,搅拌溶解,制成溶液B。
(3)将溶液B加入到溶液A中,高速均质(10000rpm),制成W/O型脂质乳液C。
(4)称取甘油1g、透明质酸钠0.02g、尿囊素0.05g,加水80.78g,搅拌溶解后,开启高速均质(20000rpm),将上述W/O型脂质乳液C缓慢注入进来,均质10min,形成澄清的纳米脂质体溶液D。
(5)称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6g、烷基糖苷2g、椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺1g,加入到纳米脂质体溶液D中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液E。
(6)称取氯化钠0.5g,加入到溶液E中,搅拌溶解,增稠体系,即得到纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液。
实施例2
(1)称取大豆磷脂0.4g、胆固醇0.1g、维生素E 0.1g、橄榄油0.3g,加入4g的1,3-丁二醇中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液A。
(2)称取葡萄糖酸氯己定0.35g,加水1.4g,搅拌溶解,再加聚氧丙烯甘露醇二油酸酯0.25g,搅拌溶解,制成溶液B。
(3)将溶液B加入到溶液A中,高速均质(15000rpm),制成W/O型脂质乳液C。
(4)称取甘油1.5g、透明质酸钠0.05g、尿囊素0.06g,加水74.14g,搅拌溶解后,开启高速均质(20000rpm),将上述W/O型脂质乳液C缓慢注入进来,均质10min,形成澄清的纳米脂质体溶液D。
(5)称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10g、烷基糖苷2g、椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺2g,加入到纳米脂质体溶液D中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液E。
(6)称取氯化钠0.35g,加入到溶液E中,搅拌溶解,增稠体系,即得到纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液。
实施例3
(1)称取大豆磷脂0.3g、胆固醇0.075g、维生素E 0.15g、橄榄油0.2g,加入3g的1,3-丁二醇中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液A。
(2)称取聚六亚甲基双胍0.25g,加水1g,搅拌溶解,再加聚氧丙烯甘露醇二油酸酯0.35g,搅拌溶解,制成溶液B。
(3)将溶液B加入到溶液A中,高速均质(15000rpm),制成W/O型脂质乳液C。
(4)称取甘油2g、透明质酸钠0.1g、尿囊素0.12g,加水74.805g,搅拌溶解后,开启高速均质(30000rpm),将上述W/O型脂质乳液C缓慢注入进来,均质10min,形成澄清的纳米脂质体溶液D。
(5)称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8g、烷基糖苷1g、椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺1g,加入到纳米脂质体溶液D中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液E。
(6)称取氯化钠0.65g,加入到溶液E中,搅拌溶解,增稠体系,即得到纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液。
实施例4
(1)称取大豆磷脂0.5g、胆固醇0.1g、维生素E 0.25g、橄榄油0.35g,加入5g的1,3-丁二醇中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液A。
(2)称取苯扎氯铵0.2g,加水0.8g,搅拌溶解,再加聚氧丙烯甘露醇二油酸酯0.5g,搅拌溶解,制成溶液B。
(3)将溶液B加入到溶液A中,高速均质(20000rpm),制成W/O型脂质乳液C。
(4)称取甘油3g、透明质酸钠0.05g、尿囊素0.15g,加水74.2g,搅拌溶解后,开启高速均质(25000rpm),将上述W/O型脂质乳液C缓慢注入进来,均质10min,形成澄清的纳米脂质体溶液D。
(5)称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠4g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8g、烷基糖苷1.5g、椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺1g,加入到纳米脂质体溶液D中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液E。
(6)称取氯化钠0.4g,加入到溶液E中,搅拌溶解,增稠体系,即得到纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液。
实施例5
(1)称取大豆磷脂0.35g、胆固醇0.15g、维生素E 0.15g、橄榄油0.3g,加入4g的1,3-丁二醇中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液A。
(2)称取葡萄糖酸氯己定0.5g,加水2g,搅拌溶解,再加聚氧丙烯甘露醇二油酸酯0.5g,搅拌溶解,制成溶液B。
(3)将溶液B加入到溶液A中,高速均质(10000rpm),制成W/O型脂质乳液C。
(4)称取甘油1g、透明质酸钠0.05g、尿囊素0.1g,加水72.8g,搅拌溶解后,开启高速均质(30000rpm),将上述W/O型脂质乳液C缓慢注入进来,均质10min,形成澄清的纳米脂质体溶液D。
(5)称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6g、烷基糖苷4g、椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺1.5g,加入到纳米脂质体溶液D中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液E。
(6)称取氯化钠0.6g,加入到溶液E中,搅拌溶解,增稠体系,即得到纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液。
评价试验
分别取实施例1-5制得的阳离子抗菌洗手液,依据中华人民共和国卫生部卫生行业标准《WS/T 650-2019抗菌和抑菌效果评价方法》,测定其对微生物的抗菌效果。抗菌试验结果显示,实施例1-5制得的阳离子抗菌洗手液作用0.5min、1min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率均>90%(见表1)。

上表可以看到,各实施例的洗手液作用30秒,杀菌率超过90%;作用1分钟,杀菌率在95%以上;特别适合医生护士的手消毒。
分别取各实施例1-5制得的阳离子抗菌洗手液,依据中华人民共和国卫生部2002年版《消毒技术规范》的方法,进行皮肤刺激试验。多次皮肤刺激试验结果显示,实施例1-5制得的阳离子抗菌洗手液对皮肤的刺激强度属无刺激性。
分别取各实施例1-5制得的阳离子抗菌洗手液,依据中华人民共和国卫生部2002年版《消毒技术规范》的方法,进行加速稳定性试验。加速稳定性试验结果显示,实施例1-5制得的阳离子抗菌洗手液经37℃放置90天,洗手液的性状均无明显变化,杀菌剂含量下降率均<10%(见表2),表明产品有效期可达2年。

综合以上所述,本发明提供的纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液具有优良的抗菌效果,且对皮肤无刺激。本发明提供的纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液性质稳定,有效期可达2年。本发明提供的纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液采用的成分安全,对环境友好,有较好的推广应用价值。
Claims (8)
1.一种纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液,其特征在于,其组分及其重量百分含量如下:
阳离子杀菌剂0.1-0.5wt%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-10wt%;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-10wt%;
烷基糖苷1-5wt%;
椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺1-3wt%;
聚氧丙烯甘露醇二油酸酯0.1-0.5wt%;
1,3-丁二醇2-5wt%;
大豆磷脂0.1-0.5wt%;
胆固醇0.02-0.1wt%;
维生素E 0.05-0.3wt%;
橄榄油0.1-0.5wt%;
甘油0.5-3wt%;
透明质酸钠0.01-0.1wt%;
尿囊素0.05-0.2wt%;
氯化钠0.1-1wt%;
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阳离子抗菌洗手液,其特征在于,所述阳离子杀菌剂为选自氯己定、聚六亚甲基胍或季铵盐中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阳离子抗菌洗手液,其特征在于,所述氯己定为盐酸氯己定、醋酸氯己定或葡萄糖酸氯己定。
4.根据权利要求2所述的阳离子抗菌洗手液,其特征在于,所述聚六亚甲基胍为聚六亚甲基单胍或聚六亚甲基双胍。
5.根据权利要求2所述的阳离子抗菌洗手液,其特征在于,所述季铵盐为单链季铵盐或双链季铵盐。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阳离子抗菌洗手液的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分比称取大豆磷脂、胆固醇、维生素E、橄榄油,加入1,3-丁二醇中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液A;
(2)按重量百分比称取阳离子杀菌剂,加四倍重量的水,搅拌溶解,再加聚氧丙烯甘露醇二油酸酯,搅拌溶解,制成溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入到溶液A中,高速均质,制成W/O型脂质乳液C;
(4)按重量百分比称取甘油、透明质酸钠、尿囊素,加余量的水,搅拌溶解后,开启高速均质,将所述W/O型脂质乳液C缓慢注入进来,均质10min,形成澄清的纳米脂质体溶液D;
(5)按重量百分比称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基糖苷、椰油酰甲基单乙醇胺,加入到纳米脂质体溶液D中,搅拌溶解,制成溶液E;
(6)按重量百分比称取氯化钠,加入到溶液E中,搅拌溶解以增稠体系,即得到纳米脂质体包裹的阳离子抗菌洗手液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的阳离子抗菌洗手液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)高速均质的转速为10000-20000rpm。
8.根据权利要求6所述的阳离子抗菌洗手液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)高速均质的转速为20000-30000rpm。
