Description

一种金属线材拉丝粉及其制备方法
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属拉丝生产工艺的表面处理技术,具体涉及一种金属拉拔过程中使用的金属拉丝粉及其制备方法。
二、背景技术
拉丝是一种金属加工工艺,在外力作用下使金属强行通过模具,金属截面积被压缩,获得符合尺寸和形状要求的技术加工方法。拉丝处理可使金属表面获得较强的金属质感,具有非常强的装饰效果。拉拔后的金属材料具有较好的防锈、耐磨损和外观亮丽等优点,既耐用又便于维护。
金属拉拔过程中,须使用润滑材料,其主要作用是减轻对拉拔金属和模具的摩擦损坏,延长模具使用寿命,保证产品的拉丝质量。现有的拉丝工艺多采用液态的润滑油作为拉丝介质,拉拔出的线材表面圆润、红腻、光滑、透亮,断丝率降低。但是润滑油耗量大、清洗费时费力、散热慢,并易损毁模具,影响产品质量,同时高温易引燃油品或使油品蒸发冒烟导致现场操作环境恶化。
此外,有的拉丝工艺采用固体粉末作为润滑剂,也称拉丝粉。目前市场上出现的拉丝粉的主要成分是石灰、动物油、石蜡、肥皂、滑石粉和碱等。实际生产中所使用的酸性拉丝成分会损坏材料的表面结构,降低材料表面的强度和韧性;石灰含有大量的杂志,后续加工过程中还需要进行筛选;石蜡中含有多环芳烃和稠环芳烃,这类致癌物质急难降解和消除,会对人体造成慢性伤害。
因此,开发生产出优质拉丝粉具有良好的市场前景和环保意义。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种金属线材拉丝粉及其制备方法。本发明提供了一种具有良好润滑性、抗腐蚀性、耐高温高压和成本较低且易于保存的新型环保金属拉丝粉;二是提供了一种简便经济且绿色环保的金属拉丝粉的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案为:一种金属线材拉丝粉,主要由以下质量份数原料制备而成。碳酸钠100份、牛油10-30份、水200-300份、苯甲酸钠2-5份、氯化石蜡4-20份、硬脂酸2-10份、滑石粉5-30份、氢氧化钠1-10份。
本发明所述的金属线材拉丝粉,尤其是由以下质量份数原料制备而成。碳酸钠100份、牛油20份、水300份、苯甲酸钠2份、氯化石蜡10份、硬脂酸5份、滑石粉15份、氢氧化钠3份。牛油指固体润滑脂(俗称黄油)。
本发明所述的金属线材拉丝粉由以下具体步骤制成。(1)分别称取以下质量份数的原料备用,碳酸钠100份、牛油10-30份、水200-300份、苯甲酸钠2-5份、氯化石蜡4-20份、硬脂酸2-10份、滑石粉5-30份、氢氧化钠1-10份;(2)将称取的碳酸钠和苯甲酸钠混合后,加水溶解,搅拌均匀后获得混合物A;(3)将称取的滑石粉和氢氧化钠混合形成混合物B;(4)将称取的牛油、氯化石蜡和硬脂酸混合后加热至完全溶解获得混合物C;(5)将液态混合物C加入混合物A中,形成混合物D,在混合物D未干前,进行搅拌,同时加入混合物B,常温干燥或阴干即制得金属拉丝粉。
本发明具有以下优点和有益效果:
1、本发明的产品具有良好的润滑性,牛油、滑石粉和硬脂酸都具有良好的润滑性能,能在金属表面形成均匀致密的润滑膜,能有效降低拉拔金属和模具的摩擦损坏。
2、本发明的产品具有良好的防腐性,苯甲酸钠能有效防止拉拔金属在酸性环境下的变形与变质。
3、本发明的产品耐高温高压,氯化石蜡和滑石粉具有阻燃和绝缘性良好等优点及耐热抗老化性能,高温高压条件下,能有效防止拉拔金属材料的烧结损伤和焦化变质。
4、本发明的产品所用原料成本较低,无毒无污染,对操作人员无伤害,具有节能环保意义。
5、本发明的产品化学性能稳定,在常温干燥环境中可长期保存。
6、本发明的产品应用广泛,适用性强,可广泛应用于各种钢丝、铜丝和高档金属面板等材料的拉拔处理。
四、具体实施方式
实施例1:
本发明所述的金属线材拉丝粉由以下具体步骤制成。(1)将200质量份的碳酸钠和2质量份的苯甲酸钠混合后,加300质量份的水溶解,搅拌均匀后获得混合物A;(2)将15质量份的滑石粉和5质量份的氢氧化钠混合形成混合物B;(3)将20质量份的的牛油、10质量份的氯化石蜡和5质量份的硬脂酸混合后加热至完全溶解获得混合物C;(4)将液态混合物C加入混合物A中,形成混合物D,在混合物D未干前,进行搅拌,同时加入混合物B,常温干燥或阴干即制得金属拉丝粉。
或按照下属配比称取原料(千克):
1、碳酸钠100、牛油20、水300、苯甲酸钠2、氯化石蜡10、硬脂酸5、滑石粉15、氢氧化钠5;
2、碳酸钠100、牛油30、水200、苯甲酸钠5、氯化石蜡5、硬脂酸8、滑石粉10、氢氧化钠8;
3、碳酸钠100、牛油10、水300、苯甲酸钠3、氯化石蜡20、硬脂酸5、滑石粉30、氢氧化钠2。
生产方法如下:1、将称取的碳酸钠和苯甲酸钠混合后,加水溶解,搅拌均匀后获得混合物A;2、将称取的滑石粉和氢氧化钠混合形成混合物B;3、将称取的牛油、氯化石蜡和硬脂酸混合后加热至完全溶解获得混合物C;4、将液态混合物C加入混合物A中,形成混合物D,在混合物D未干前,进行搅拌,同时加入混合物B,常温干燥或阴干即制得金属拉丝粉。
制备产品所用的原料成本较低,且无毒无污染,对操作人员无伤害,具有节能环保意义,制得的产品化学性能稳定,在常温干燥环境中可长期保存。
