Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料托盘及生产工艺,包括面板、底板、多根承重支架;所述的面板底面固定在底板的顶面上,面板中的多个支柱分别穿入底板上多个凸台的内腔,支柱内部的承重支架顶靠在凸台内腔的内底面上。由于本发明在托盘成型前,在托盘脚墩承重位置预置承重支架,将热熔的片材覆盖在模具上,面板经负压将承重支架包裹在面板内成型,脚墩增加承重支架后,提高托盘承重效果,具有承载性能强、使用寿命长的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料托盘,特别是一种可以地面周转和货架使用的塑料托盘生产工艺。
背景技术
随着经济高速发展,物流成为生产环节的重要组成部分,国家推广绿色循环包装,物流托盘包装循环共用成为未来趋势,而使用寿命长,卫生 安全 高性能的托盘将成为循环共用首先产品,传统的塑料托盘主要为注塑成型和吹塑成型工艺生产,且注塑成型托盘占市场80%以上,后来本人发明一次成型塑料托盘的生产工艺及设备后,片材免二次加热的双层吸塑托盘相继问世,目前流通的双层吸塑托盘不足之处是和市场上注塑托盘难以兼容使用。托盘共用推荐地面和货架可以共用的标准托盘,为适应循环包装托盘的耐用和经济特性,经数年潜心研发,发明一款外形轮廓和注塑成型相近的双层吸塑工艺托盘,可以和现有的注塑托盘兼容使用,因成型工艺和材料特性,承载性能和使用寿命均高于目前注塑成型的塑料托盘,是理想的塑料托盘升级产品。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种自动化程度高的塑料托盘生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
本发明是一种塑料托盘,包括面板、底板、多根承重支架;所述的底板由底平板和多个 脚墩构成,底平板上具有多个向下的凸台,该多个向下的凸台形成多个脚墩且凸台的内腔 为一个一端敞开的腔体;所述的面板由面平板和多个支柱构成,多个支柱分别间隔设置在 面平板的底面上且向下凸起,多个支柱的设置位置和数量与底板上各个脚墩的位置和数量 一致,在各个支柱的内部皆包裹有承重支架;所述的面板的底面固定在底板顶面上,面板中 的多个支柱分别穿入底板上多个凸台的内腔,支柱内部的承重支架顶靠在凸台内腔的内底 面上,起到支撑面板与脚墩的作用。
所述的横条固定安装在底板脚墩的底面。
所述承重支架由锥形柱套和底座组成;所述的锥形柱套为中空构件,在锥形柱套的封闭端开设有用于固定镶件的固定孔,底座固定在锥形柱套的敞开端。
本发明是一种塑料托盘的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)塑料原料经两台挤出机螺杆塑化经口模分别挤出上片材和下片材;(2)上片材和下片材分别平铺在具有保温隔热的上托架和下托架上;(3)上托架将上片材送入模具的上模内并在上模内吸塑成型出底板及多个脚墩;(4)在模具的下模型腔内放入作为嵌件的承重支架且承重支架由下模内的固定钉固定,下托架将下片材送入模具的下模内并吸塑包裹承重支架,成型出面板及各个支柱,各个支柱的内部皆包裹有承重支架;(5)模具的上模和下模合模,底板和面板贴合在一起,由液压机对片材产品进行热合;(6)向模具腔内吹入压缩空气,使底板和面板贴紧具有冷却功能的模具成型;(7)达到成型时间,排出压缩空气,打开模具,取出产品;(8)产品取出后,经检查、修边、定型等工序完成产品制作。
采用上述方案后,本发明主要由面板、底板、多根承重支架组成,安装设置在面板上的各个支柱的内部皆包裹有承重支架,多根承重支架分别顶靠在底板的脚墩上,起到支撑面板与脚墩的作用。由于本发明在托盘成型前,在托盘脚墩承重位置预置承重支架,将热熔的片材覆盖在模具上,面板经负压将承重支架包裹在面板内成型,脚墩增加承重支架后,提高托盘承重效果,具有承载性能强、使用寿命长的优点。此外,由于脚墩承重支架底面端加厚,可供后续在脚墩上安装横条,横条可以使用热熔焊接和沉木螺丝固定两种方法,托盘脚墩底部增加横条后,托盘可以同时适合地面和货架使用。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3所示,本发明是一种塑料托盘,包括底板1、面板2、多根承重支架3。
所述的底板1由底平板11和多个脚墩12构成。底平板11上具有多个向下的凸台,该多个向下的凸台形成多个脚墩12且凸台的内腔为一个一端敞开的腔体。
所述的面板2由面平板21和多个支柱22构成。多个支柱22分别间隔设置在面平板21的底面上且向下凸起,多个支柱22的设置位置和数量与底板1上各个脚墩12的位置和数量一致,在各个支柱22的内部皆包裹有承重支架3。
所述的面板2的底面固定在底板1顶面上,面板2中的多个支柱22分别穿入底板1上多个凸台的内腔,支柱22内部的承重支架3顶靠在凸台内腔的内底面上,起到支撑面板2与脚墩12的作用。
如图7、图8所示,所述承重支架3由锥形柱套31和底座32组成;所述的锥形柱套31为中空构件,在锥形柱套31的封闭端开设有用于固定镶件的固定孔311,底座32固定在锥形柱套31的敞开端。
如图4所示,本发明还可包括多根横条4;所述的横条4固定安装在底板1脚墩12的底面。
如图5参考图2所示,本发明是一种塑料托盘的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)塑料原料经两台挤出机5螺杆塑化经口模分别挤出上片材和下片材;(2)上片材和下片材分别平铺在具有保温隔热的上托架6 和下托架7 上;(3)上托架6将上片材送入模具的上模8内并在上模8内吸塑成型出底板1及多个脚墩12;(4)在模具的下模9型腔内放入作为嵌件的承重支架3且承重支架3由下模9内的固定钉10固定,即,固定钉10穿入承重支架3固定孔311将承重支架3进行固定(如图6所示),下托架7将下片材送入模具的下模9内并吸塑包裹承重支架3,成型出面板2及各个支柱22,各个支柱22的内部皆包裹有承重支架3;(5)模具的上模8和下模9合模,底板1和面板2贴合在一起,由液压机对片材产品进行热合;(6)向模具腔内吹入压缩空气,使底板1和面板2贴紧具有冷却功能的模具成型;(7)达到成型时间,排出压缩空气,打开模具,取出产品;(8)产品取出后,经检查、修边、定型等工序完成产品制作。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,底板上的脚墩数和结构可据需要而定,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
Claims (1)
1.一种塑料托盘的生产工艺,所述的塑料托盘包括面板、底板、多根承重支架;所述的底板由底平板和多个脚墩构成,底平板上具有多个向下的凸台,该多个向下的凸台形成多个脚墩且凸台的内腔为一个一端敞开的腔体;所述的面板由面平板和多个支柱构成,多个支柱分别间隔设置在面平板的底面上且向下凸起,多个支柱的设置位置和数量与底板上各个脚墩的位置和数量一致,在各个支柱的内部皆包裹有承重支架;所述的面板的底面固定在底板顶面上,面板中的多个支柱分别穿入底板上多个凸台的内腔,支柱内部的承重支架顶靠在凸台内腔的内底面上,起到支撑面板与脚墩的作用;其特征在于: 包括以下步骤:(1)塑料原料经两台挤出机螺杆塑化经口模分别挤出上片材和下片材;(2)上片材和下片材分别平铺在具有保温隔热的上托架和下托架上;(3)上托架将上片材送入模具的上模内并在上模内吸塑成型出底板及多个脚墩;(4)在模具的下模型腔内放入作为嵌件的承重支架且承重支架由下模内的固定钉固定,下托架将下片材送入模具的下模内并吸塑包裹承重支架,成型出面板及各个支柱,各个支柱的内部皆包裹有承重支架;(5)模具的上模和下模合模,底板和面板贴合在一起,由液压机对片材产品进行热合;(6)向模具腔内吹入压缩空气,使底板和面板贴紧具有冷却功能的模具成型;(7)达到成型时间,排出压缩空气,打开模具,取出产品;(8)产品取出后,经检查、修边、定型工序完成产品制作。
