本发明涉及帐篷领域,特别涉及一种防火阻燃帐篷。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,户外运动成为人们业余放松的主流方式,野外宿营也渐渐成为流行,相应的户外帐篷也应用的越来越广泛,人们对户外帐篷的材质要求也越来越高。
户外去野营,帐篷是必须装备,帐篷必须具备有遮阳、通风、防风、防雨、保暖等多重户外功能,户外帐篷必须适应各种天气环境,当外界天气为下雨天时,人们无法露天进行烹饪食物,雨水不仅会熄灭柴火,而且雨水中具有灰尘、酸性物质等,会对烹饪的食物产生一定的影响,烹饪好的食物一般无法食用,因此人们是无法露天进行烹饪,现有帐篷的布料都是易燃物,一旦接触到明火很快就会燃烧起来,雨天时,人们无法在室外进行烹饪,也无法在帐篷内进行烹饪,这对于野营的人们来说有一定的困难。
公开号为105128343A的中国专利公开了一种具有防火阻燃功能的帐篷布料,包括基布层以及设置在基布层上的面料层,所述基布层以及面料层之间设有涂覆层,所述涂覆层从下到上依次设有吸湿透气面料层、防火阻燃层、防风层、防水层以及防污层,基布层由经向面料和纬向面料交织织成,经向面料为30-45份的亚麻纤维和5-25份的棉纤维构成的混合纤维,纬向面料为23-28份的阻燃性PE材料和22-27份的锦纶纤维构成的混合纤维,PE材料中各组分的质量份数包括40-65份聚乙烯、8-17份硼化物阻燃剂以及22-35份含卤磷酸脂类阻燃剂的混合物,其中磷酸酯产品多为液态,耐热性低,挥发性高,制成的防火阻燃帐篷的阻燃效果在使用过程中会逐渐降低。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种防火阻燃帐篷,该防火阻燃帐篷具有良好的阻燃性,且阻燃效果持久。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种防火阻燃帐篷,包括篷布、连接在篷布上的网布和地布,,所述篷布包括有如下重量份数的组分,40~45份涤纶,5~15份玻璃纤维,15~20份聚四氟乙烯纤维,5~15份磷类阻燃剂,5~10份聚有机硅倍半氧烷,3~8份金属氯化物,5~15份聚氨酯;
所述网布包括有如下重量份数的组分,40~45份锦纶,5~10份氨纶,5~15份磷类阻燃剂,5~10份聚有机硅倍半氧烷,3~8份金属氯化物;
所述底部包括有如下重量份数的组分,40~45份PE,5~15份EVA,5~10份芥酸酰胺,5~15份磷类阻燃剂,3~10份抗氧剂。
通过上述技术方案,篷布的基料选择涤纶,涤纶的基本组成物质是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,因分子链上存在大量酯基故称聚酯纤维,用于纤维的聚酯相对分子量一般在18000~25000左右,从涤纶分子组成来看,它是由短脂肪烃链、酯基、苯环、端醇羟基所构成,涤纶分子中除存在两个端醇羟基外,并无其它极性基团,因而涤纶纤维亲水性极差,在用作帐篷的篷布时具有一定的防潮性,而其还具有高强度、高弹性、耐磨性优良、耐光性好、耐腐蚀;而玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,具有良好的绝缘性,耐热性,抗腐蚀性,机械强度;聚四氟乙烯纤维在其分子结构中,氟原子体积较氢原子大,氟碳键的结合力也强,起了保护整个碳主链的作用,使聚四氟乙烯纤维化学稳定性极好,耐腐蚀性优于其他合成纤维品种,纤维表面有蜡感,摩擦系数小,还具有较好的耐气候性和抗挠曲性;磷类阻燃剂在高温下分解为磷酸和多聚磷酸,这些酸能产生熔融的粘性表层来保护聚合物基质,使之不燃烧或者氧化,并且可使纤维素脱水成碳,生成不燃的水蒸汽和起保护作用的碳层,阻燃剂受热时能产生结构更趋稳定的交联状固体物质或碳化层,碳化层形成一方面能阻止聚合物进一步分解,另一方面能阻止其内部的热分解产生生物进入气相参与燃烧过程,而且在气相中,磷化合物是有效的烟抑制剂;聚有机硅倍半氧烷兼具有机物和无机物的特性,在结构中即含有有机硅基团,又含无机硅骨架,这种特殊的组成和分子水平的有机-无机杂化结构使其具有优异的耐热性、耐化学性、力学性能、电学性能,其与磷类阻燃剂之间具有复合的作用效果,使得阻燃的效果加强;金属氯化物的加入同样能够使得有机磷的阻燃效果加强;聚氨酯涂覆于织物表面并在织物表面形成聚氨酯膜,所成的膜可以赋予织物优良的耐静水压性能,所成的膜越均匀,结构越好,织物耐静水压越大,反之,织物耐静水压越小,因此,织物耐静水压性能是评价涂层织物涂层均匀性和结构完整性的一项重要指标,在聚氨酯涂层胶中加入阻燃剂,改变了最终织物表面聚氨酯膜的结构,并对织物耐静水压性能造成影响,使得织物具有良好的耐水性;而使用锦纶作为帐篷网布的基材,具有良好的综合性能,包括力学性能,耐热性,耐磨损性,耐化学药品性和自润滑性,摩擦系数低,具有一定的阻燃性;氨纶弹性优异,抗氧化、抗油性较强,防霉性,抗洗涤性较好;而帐篷的地布的材质选择PE和EVA是由于其具有良好的使用性能,同样价格比较经济,还具有防潮的性能,EVA由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,具有超腔耐低温性能,抗水、盐份及其他物质;而芥酸酰胺是由单一不饱和C22芥酸制得,具有较低的蒸气压,在材料中长时间的附着材料具有良好的滑爽性,而同样地布中加入的抗氧剂能减缓材料在长时间使用下发生的氧化作用缓慢进行,延长了材料的使用寿命。
本发明进一步设置为:所述篷布、网布和地布中的磷类阻燃剂均选择聚磷酰胺或聚磷酸铵。
通过上述技术方案,聚磷酰胺可以在气相中产生自由基阻燃,酰胺的结构能赋予聚合物较高的极限氧指数,聚磷酸铵是以磷和氮为主要成分的膨胀型环保无机阻燃剂,具有良好的低毒,低烟、高效阻燃等性能,其在受热时能够分解产生水和氨及多聚磷酸为热稳定性高的液态化合物,在织物表面形成液膜,还能够迅速催化脱水,多聚磷酸与碳源聚氨酯协同作用膨胀成碳并且吸收热量,降低温度、阻滞火焰同时让织物边缘远离火焰区而起到阻燃的效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述篷布、网布和地布中的聚有机硅倍半氧烷均选择聚甲基倍半硅氧烷、聚乙基倍半硅氧烷、聚丙基倍半硅氧烷、聚己基倍半硅氧烷、聚乙烯基倍半硅氧烷、聚烯丙基倍半硅氧烷及聚苯基倍半硅氧烷中的一种。
通过上述技术方案,硅结构在热降解的过程中能参与磷类阻燃剂和纤维间的交联反应,有效的保护了内层的纤维基体,明显提高了阻燃性能。
本发明进一步设置为:所述网布中的金属氯化物选择氯化钙或氯化铝。
通过上述技术方案,氯化钙和绿化铝的加入能够与与磷类阻燃剂起到协同的作用效果,使得阻燃的效果加强,
本发明进一步设置为:所述地布中的抗氧剂由受阻胺和抗老化剂组成。
通过上述技术方案,抗氧剂包括有受阻胺和抗老化剂两种共同作用,能够使得材料的抗老化性更加优良,其中受阻胺是一类具有空间阻碍的有机胺类化合物,而抗老化的使用能够减缓材料的老化速度。
本发明进一步设置为:所述受阻胺选择萘胺、对苯二胺、二苯胺中的一种,所述抗老化剂选择聚苯并咪唑、苯并三唑、二苯甲酮中的一种。
通过上述技术方案,受阻胺选择萘胺、对苯二胺、二苯胺中的一种,其能够篷布、网布和地布的光氧降解反应产生很好的抑制作用,延缓氧化进程,延长篷布、网布和地布使用寿命,而抗老化剂选择聚苯并咪唑、苯并三唑、二苯甲酮中的一种,是由于上述的组分均具有良好的紫外光吸收剂,而同时当受阻胺和聚苯并咪唑、苯并三唑、二苯甲酮混用时,一方面能够使得抗老化性能提升,另一方面能够产生瞬间的耐高温型,具有耐焰性和自灭性,同时还能分散紫外线。
本发明进一步设置为:所述篷布、网布和地布中还包括有0.1~0.2份硅钨酸。
通过上述技术方案,硅钨酸的加入能够与聚有机硅倍半氧烷发生协同的作用效果,提高体系的热稳定性,而且能够延长阻燃剂的点燃时间。
本发明进一步设置为:所述篷布、网布和地布中还包括有1~10份海泡石纤维。
通过上述技术方案,海泡石纤维具有较好的吸附,脱色、热稳定、抗腐蚀、抗辐射、隔热绝缘、抗摩擦、防渗透等性能,所以在篷布、网布和地布中加入能够起到耐腐蚀,抗氧化,防渗透的优良的作用效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述地布中还包括有1~2份白炭黑。
通过上述技术方案,白炭黑具有耐高温、不燃、无味、无嗅、具有很好的电绝缘性,在地布中加入白炭黑,一方面能够增强地布的强度,另一方面具有抗湿防潮的特点,而且白炭黑和抗氧剂之间存在协同的作用效果,使得地布的抗老化能力增强,延长使用寿命。
本发明的另一发明目的,一种防火阻燃帐篷的制备工艺,包括有如下的制作步骤:
篷布的制备
步骤1:按照重量份数称取40~45份涤纶,5~15份玻璃纤维,15~20份聚四氟乙烯纤维,5~15份磷类阻燃剂,5~10份聚有机硅倍半氧烷,3~8份金属氯化物,5~15份聚氨酯,0.1~0.2份硅钨酸,1~10份海泡石纤维;
步骤2:将涤纶、玻璃纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维和海泡石纤维混纺编织,得帐篷篷布;
步骤3:将磷类阻燃剂、聚有机硅倍半氧烷、金属氯化物、聚氨酯、硅钨酸混合后搅拌均匀制得的浆料涂覆在步骤2中的帐篷篷布上,170~180℃烘干,冷却;
网布的制备
步骤1:按照重量份称取40~45份锦纶,5~10份氨纶,5~15份磷类阻燃剂,5~10份聚有机硅倍半氧烷,3~8份金属氯化物,1~10份海泡石纤维;
步骤2:将氨纶、锦纶和海泡石纤维混纺编织,得网布;
步骤3:将磷类阻燃剂、聚有机硅倍半氧烷、金属氯化物、硅钨酸混合后搅拌均匀制得的浆料涂覆在步骤2中的帐篷网布上,170~180℃烘干,冷却;
地布的制备
步骤1:按重量份数称取40~45份PE,5~15份EVA,5~10份芥酸酰胺,5~15份磷类阻燃剂,3~10份抗氧剂,1~10份海泡石纤维,1~2份白炭黑;
步骤2:将PE、EVA、海泡石纤维和白炭黑混纺编织,得帐篷地布;
步骤3:将芥酸酰胺、磷类阻燃剂、抗氧剂混合后搅拌均匀制得的浆料涂覆在步骤2中的帐篷地布上,170~180℃烘干,冷却。
通过上述技术方案,通过上述的制备工艺,生产出来的篷布、网布和地布上的阻燃浆料既能够均匀的涂敷在表面上,使得阻燃效果也能够比较均匀。
综上所述,本发明对比于现有技术的有益效果为:
1、篷布、网布和地布中的磷类阻燃剂、聚有机硅倍半氧烷和金属氯化无之间存在协同的作用效果,则能够赋予篷布、网布和地布的阻燃效果更强;
2、篷布、网布和地布同时也具有较好的防潮性能,材质的抗氧化性能也比较优良,则其使用的寿命也就比较长;
3、篷布、网布和地布的制备工艺简单,但是生产的防火阻燃帐篷的阻燃效果比较均匀。

篷布的制备
步骤1:按照重量份数称取实施例1-6中篷布的组分;
步骤2:将涤纶、玻璃纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维和海泡石纤维混纺编织,得帐篷篷布;
步骤3:将磷类阻燃剂、聚有机硅倍半氧烷、金属氯化物、聚氨酯、硅钨酸混合后搅拌均匀制得的浆料涂覆在步骤2中的帐篷篷布上,175℃烘干,冷却;
网布的制备
步骤1:按照重量份称取实施例1-6中的网布的组分;
步骤2:将氨纶、锦纶和海泡石纤维混纺编织,得网布;
步骤3:将磷类阻燃剂、聚有机硅倍半氧烷、金属氯化物、硅钨酸混合后搅拌均匀制得的浆料涂覆在步骤2中的帐篷网布上,175℃烘干,冷却;
地布的制备
步骤1:按重量份数称取实施例1-6中地布的组分;
步骤2:将PE、EVA、海泡石纤维和白炭黑混纺编织,得帐篷地布;
步骤3:将芥酸酰胺、磷类阻燃剂、抗氧剂混合后搅拌均匀制得的浆料涂覆在步骤2中的帐篷地布上,175℃烘干,冷却。
实验检测
阻燃性能测试
根据标准CPAI 84所规定的方法进行测试
地布材料测试
按照CPAI 84规定进行水平燃烧测试
1)将测试柜放于通风厨内,撑样框1)将测试柜放于通风橱内,撑样框放于测试柜内;
2)在测试样品中心刺一个6mm的洞;
3)将样品放于撑样框上,使其水平平整,然后将点燃源甲胺片(Methenamine tablet)放于样品上,其离样品的小洞不超过3mm;
4)点燃甲胺片,观察测试;
5)当所有燃烧停止后,通风,测试样品的损毁长度,记录数据。
篷布和衬材料测试
按照CPAI 84规定进行垂直燃烧测定,测试步骤如下:
1)将样品安装于样品夹上,挂在测试柜中,样品最-低点于火源管上端距离为20mm;
2)调整火源高度为38mm(±3mm)(测试用气体为甲烷);
3)启动仪器,使火源移到到样品正下方,燃烧12秒后移开火源,记录续燃时间;
4)待燃烧结束后,取出样品,测量样品的损毁长度。

通过表1可以得出,实施例1-6的阻燃帐篷均符合标准的规定,而通过分析表格中的结果,
实施例1-6的阻燃性能和抗扭曲弯挠性能随着组分含量的增加逐渐增强,然后趋于稳定,而从实施例4开始性能逐渐增强,优选实施例4作为实施例1-6的优选实施例,在达到同样的性能效果时,所用的材料较少。

对比例1与实施例4的区别在于对比例1中不含有聚磷酰胺,其他均与实施例4保持一致。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例4的区别在于对比例2中不含有聚丙基倍半硅氧烷,其他均与实施例4保持一致。

通过上述实验结果,对比对比例1、2/3和实施例5,在篷布、网布和地布中均不含有聚磷酰胺、聚丙基倍半硅氧烷或氯化铝时,其他条件均保持不变的条件下,材料的阻燃性和抗扭曲弯挠性能均发生了改变,则说明聚磷酰胺、聚丙基倍半硅氧烷和氯化铝会对材料的性能产生影响,对比对比例4与实施例5,发现在组分中同时不含有氯化铝和聚磷酰胺时,篷布和网布的阻燃性及抗扭曲弯挠性能均发生了改变,而且对比实施例5的实验结果,则可以发现在组分中同时不含有氯化铝和聚磷酰胺时对材料的性能发生了巨大的影响,而在单一组分存在是材料的处于合格的状态,则说明氯化铝和聚磷酰胺之间可能存在协同的作用效果,能够使得阻燃的效果增强;然后对比对比例5与实施例5的实验结果,在组分中不含有聚磷酰胺和聚己基倍半硅氧烷,其他条件均保持一致的条件下,帐篷的阻燃效果比较差,而在单一组分存在时材料可以保持合格的状态,则说明聚磷酰胺和聚己基倍半硅氧烷之间存在协同的作用效果,能够使得阻燃的效果增强;聚己基倍半硅氧烷与聚磷酰胺之间存在交联反应,能够使得阻燃剂在雨水的冲刷后不易流失,则阻燃效果持久,阻燃效果也比较优良。

Claims (10)

1.一种防火阻燃帐篷,包括篷布、连接在篷布上的网布和地布,其特征是:所述篷布包括有如下重量份数的组分,40~45份涤纶,5~15份玻璃纤维,15~20份聚四氟乙烯纤维,5~15份磷类阻燃剂,5~10份聚有机硅倍半氧烷,3~8份金属氯化物,3~8份聚氨酯;
所述网布包括有如下重量份数的组分,40~45份锦纶,5~10份氨纶,5~15份磷类阻燃剂,5~10份聚有机硅倍半氧烷,3~8份金属氯化物;
所述地布包括有如下重量份数的组分,40~45份PE,5~15份EVA,5~10份芥酸酰胺,5~15份磷类阻燃剂,3~10份抗氧剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火阻燃帐篷,其特征是:所述篷布、网布和地布中的磷类阻燃剂均选择聚磷酰胺或聚磷酸铵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火阻燃帐篷,其特征是:所述篷布、网布和地布中的聚有机硅倍半氧烷均选择聚甲基倍半硅氧烷、聚乙基倍半硅氧烷、聚丙基倍半硅氧烷、聚己基倍半硅氧烷、聚乙烯基倍半硅氧烷、聚烯丙基倍半硅氧烷及聚苯基倍半硅氧中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防火阻燃帐篷,其特征是:所述网布中的金属氯化物选择氯化钙或氯化铝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防火阻燃帐篷,其特征是:所述地布中的抗氧剂由受阻胺和抗老化剂组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防火阻燃帐篷,其特征是:所述受阻胺选择萘胺、对苯二胺、二苯胺中的一种,所述抗老化剂选择聚苯并咪唑、苯并三唑、二苯甲酮中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防火阻燃帐篷,其特征是:所述篷布、网布和地布中还包括有0.1~0.2份硅钨酸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防火阻燃帐篷,其特征是:所述篷布、网布和地布中还包括有1~10份海泡石纤维。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防火阻燃帐篷,其特征是:所述地布中还包括有1~2份白炭黑。
10.一种防火阻燃帐篷的制备工艺,其特征是:包括有如下的制作步骤:
篷布的制备
步骤1:按照重量份数称取40~45份涤纶,5~15份玻璃纤维,15~20份聚四氟乙烯纤维,5~15份磷类阻燃剂,5~10份聚有机硅倍半氧烷,3~8份金属氯化物,5~15份聚氨酯,0.1~0.2份硅钨酸,1~10份海泡石纤维;
步骤2:将涤纶、玻璃纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维和海泡石纤维混纺编织,得帐篷篷布;
步骤3:将磷类阻燃剂、聚有机硅倍半氧烷、金属氯化物、聚氨酯、硅钨酸混合后搅拌均匀制得的浆料涂覆在步骤2中的帐篷篷布上,170~180℃烘干,冷却;
网布的制备
步骤1:按照重量份称取40~45份锦纶,5~10份氨纶,5~15份磷类阻燃剂,5~10份聚有机硅倍半氧烷,3~8份金属氯化物,1~10份海泡石纤维;
步骤2:将氨纶、锦纶和海泡石纤维混纺编织,得网布;
步骤3:将磷类阻燃剂、聚有机硅倍半氧烷、金属氯化物、硅钨酸混合后搅拌均匀制得的浆料涂覆在步骤2中的帐篷网布上,170~180℃烘干,冷却;
地布的制备
步骤1:按重量份数称取40~45份PE,5~15份EVA,5~10份芥酸酰胺,5~15份磷类阻燃剂,3~10份抗氧剂,1~10份海泡石纤维,1~2份白炭黑;
步骤2:将PE、EVA、海泡石纤维和白炭黑混纺编织,得帐篷地布;
步骤3:将芥酸酰胺、磷类阻燃剂、抗氧剂混合后搅拌均匀制得的浆料涂覆在步骤2中的帐篷地布上,170~180℃烘干,冷却。
