Abstract

本发明涉及家电领域,特别涉及一种外力驱动旋转旋风分离器。所述尘杯内部设有小孔分离器,所述小孔分离器的内部设有马达固定架,所述马达固定架内部设有马达,所述马达底端与旋转叶轮相连,所述小孔分离器的下方设有挡尘板,所述挡尘板的底部设有尘杯下盖部件。本发明提供了一种外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,将驱动马达安装于旋风分离器的内部,给旋转叶轮提供驱动力,不受真空度的影响,可以提高分离器的分离效率和使用寿命。

背景技术
本发明涉及家电领域,特别涉及一种外力驱动旋转旋风分离器。
背景技术
现有的旋风分离器分离是靠真空度形成的,如果出现真空度下降,旋风分离的离心力就下降,一定时间后离心力就越来越小,分离效果越来越差,由于长时间工作,会有一定量的细灰尘会积聚在过滤器上,会减小过滤的面积,过滤器上细灰尘越积越多,会减小进风口的进风速率,进而降低分离器的分离效率,会导致过滤器堵塞,堵塞严重时甚至分离功能失效。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种由外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,将驱动马达安装于旋风分离器的内部,给旋转叶轮提供恒久的驱动力,驱动力不受真空度变化的影响,因此可以提高分离器的分离效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,包括尘杯、进风口和出风口,所述尘杯内部设有小孔分离器,所述小孔分离器的内部设有马达固定架,所述马达固定架内部设有马达,所述马达底端与旋转叶轮相连。
作为优选的,所述小孔分离器的下方设有挡尘板,所述挡尘板可以由上下圆形托板构成,且上托板直径大于下托板直径。挡尘板所起到的作用是将分离后的垃圾挡在挡尘板的下方,防止积在尘杯底部的灰尘二次扬起。
作为优选的,所述挡尘板的底部设有尘杯下盖,所述尘杯下盖可以由依次递减的圆形凸台构成,凸台边缘与壳体固定连接。
作为优选的,所述小孔分离器可以为上窄下宽的锥状结构,所述小孔分离器的底端边缘通过连接板与尘杯相连接,所述连接板上没有开孔,所述连接板与壳体以一体式结构连接。小孔分离器的锥形形状可以让含杂质气体进入分离区后,在沿着直径方向形成径向分离的同时,椎体形状引导含杂质气体沿着中心轴形成一个向下的力,使其具有沿轴向下的效果。
作为优选的,所述连接板与壳体可以呈30-60度的夹角,连接板与壳体进行密封式连接,保证了空气的进风处和出风处均从小孔分离器进行,给分离室一个独立的空间。
作为优选的,所述旋转叶轮包括叶片和盖板,所述盖板的背面形成型腔。型腔结构较普通的平面叶片相比,前者叶片整体具有很高强度,承受的旋风力更强。
作为优选的,每一片叶片可以呈圆弧状,多片叶片均匀分布在盖板的表面,应用弧形叶片可减少叶片的负荷,效率高、强度好、刚度大,并可提高分离器的分离性能,提高抗气蚀能力。
作为优选的,所述旋风分离器电路连接方式是通过导线的一端与马达的正负极相连接,在尘杯的顶部设有接触片,所述导线的另一端与接触片相连接,通过接触片的另一端与外接电路相连接。具有布线合理,占用空间少的优点。
本发明的有益效果:采用外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,所述外力如由马达提供驱动力,并且旋转分离器内部设有叶轮,当含杂质的气体沿轴向进入分离区后,气流沿筒体呈螺旋形向下进入旋风体,在高速旋转的分离器作用下,可以产生较大的离心力,将飞尘颗粒甩向筒壁,旋转叶轮在高速旋转产生离心力的同时,还产生向下的压力,当在离心力作用下将飞尘颗粒甩向筒壁的同时,在下压力作用下,使得灰尘颗粒容易下落到尘杯的底部,具有分离效率高,过滤系统不易堵塞,减小吸力的损失,使用寿命长的优点。

外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,包括尘杯3、进风口7和出风口8,其所述尘杯3内部设有小孔分离器4,所述小孔分离器4的内部设有马达固定架1,所述马达固定架1内部设有马达2,所述马达2底端与旋转叶轮5相连。
作为本发明优选的实施例,所述小孔分离器4的下方设有挡尘板6,所述挡尘板6可以由上下圆形托板构成,且上托板直径可以大于下托板直径。
作为本发明优选的实施例,所述挡尘板6的底部设有尘杯下盖12,所述尘杯下盖12可以由依次递减的圆形凸台构成,其边缘与壳体3固定连接。
作为本发明优选的实施例,所述小孔分离器4可以为上窄下宽呈锥状结构,所述小孔分离器4的底端边缘通过连接板13与尘杯3相连接,所述连接板13上没有开孔,所述连接板13与壳体3为一体式结构连接。
作为本发明优选的实施例,所述连接板13与壳体3可以呈30-60度的夹角。
作为本发明优选的实施例,所述旋转叶轮5包括叶片9和盖板10,所述盖板10的背面形成型腔11。
作为本发明优选的实施例,每一片叶片9可以呈圆弧状,多片叶片9均匀分布在盖板10的表面。
作为本发明优选的实施例,所述旋风分离器电路连接方式是通过导线的一端与马达2的正负极相连接,在尘杯3的顶部设有接触片,所述导线的另一端与接触片相连接,通过接触片的另一端与外接电路相连接。
本发明的工作原理是:灰尘在主马达产生的负压下由进风口7,途径小孔分离器4吸入尘杯3,含杂质气体沿轴向进入尘杯的内壁,气流受叶片9的导流作用而产生高速的旋转,气流沿筒体呈螺旋形向下进入旋风筒体,较大的尘粒在离心力作用下被甩向桶壁,并在重力作用下,下落到分离器的底部,旋转的气流在筒体内收缩向中心流动,向上形成二次涡流经小孔分离器4排出清洁的气体,由马达固定架1固定在尘杯上的马达2,由输入电压,驱动旋转叶轮5。叶轮高速旋转形成离心力,在离心力的作用下空气与灰尘颗粒分离,分离后的灰尘在旋转叶轮5产生的下压力作用下落到尘杯3底部。与此同时清洁的气体通过小孔分离器4上的小孔进入电机排出,在此过程中,挡尘板6所起到的作用是将分离后的垃圾挡在挡尘板6的下方,防止积在尘杯底部的灰尘二次扬起。本发明具有分离效率高,过滤系统不易堵塞,减小吸力的损失,使用寿命长等优点。

1.外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,包括尘杯(3)、进风口(7)和出风口(8),其特征在于:所述尘杯(3)内部设有小孔分离器(4),所述小孔分离器(4)的内部设有马达固定架(1),所述马达固定架(1),所述马达固定架(1)内部设有马达(2),所述马达(2)底端与旋转叶轮(5)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,其特征在于:所述小孔分离器(4)的下方设有挡尘板(6),所述挡尘板(6)可以由上下圆形托板构成,且上托板直径大于下托板直径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,其特征在于:所述挡尘板(6)的底部设有尘杯下盖(12),所述尘杯下盖(12)由依次递减的圆形凸台构成,其边缘与壳体(3)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,其特征在于:所述小孔分离器(4)可以为上窄下宽呈锥状结构,所述小孔分离器(4)的底端边缘通过连接板(13)与尘杯(3)相连接,所述连接板(13)上没有开孔,所述连接板(13)与壳体(3)为一体式结构连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,其特征在于:所述连接板(13)与壳体(3)可以呈30-60度的夹角。
6.根据权利要求1所述的外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,其特征在于:所述旋转叶轮(5)包括叶片(9)和盖板(10),所述盖板(10)的背面形成型腔(11)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,其特征在于:每一片叶片(9)可以呈圆弧状,多片叶片(9)均匀分布在盖板(10)的表面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的外力驱动旋转旋风分离器,其特征在于:所述旋风分离器电路连接方式可以是通过导线的一端与马达(2)的正负极相连接,在尘杯(3)的顶部设有接触片,所述导线的另一端与接触片相连接,通过接触片的另一端与外接电路相连接。
