Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚乳酸冠脉支架制备方法,由聚乳酸、聚己酸内酯、聚丙烯酸酯、黄芪、人参、麦冬、丹参、降香、川芎、茯苓、制半夏、瓜蒌、薤白、陈皮、甘草组成。与现有技术相比,本发明采用药物与聚乳酸等材料复合而成,制成3D打印机的耗材,制作支架时,只需将适合患者支架的图形输入3D打印设备即可制造适合的冠脉支架,制作简单,降低制作成本,而且富含药物成分的材质能够起到治疗效果,具有推广应用的价值。

聚乳酸冠脉支架制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种聚乳酸冠脉支架制备方法。
背景技术
心脏支架又称冠状动脉支架,是心脏介入手术中常用的医疗器械,具有疏通动脉血管的作用。心脏支架最早出现在20世纪80年代,经历了金属支架、镀膜支架、可溶性支架的研制历程,主要材料为不锈钢、镍钛合金或钴铬合金。近年来,介入治疗已经成为冠心病的主流治疗手段,植入冠脉支架是介入治疗的重要组成部分。目前临床上使用的主要是永久性支架,永久性支架的材料主要是不可降解的316L不锈钢和Co-Cr合金。永久性支架虽然解决了经皮冠状动脉腔内血管成形术(PTCA)手术后的血管急性闭合、远期血栓问题,但是支架植入后随之带来了亚急性血栓和支架内再狭窄等问题,并且植入支架的患者需要长期服用抗血小板凝聚的药物。而且支架制备过程复杂,成本高,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种聚乳酸冠脉支架制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明由聚乳酸、聚己酸内酯、聚丙烯酸酯、黄芪、人参、麦冬、丹参、降香、川芎、茯苓、制半夏、瓜蒌、薤白、陈皮、甘草组成。
具体的,所述聚乳酸占20%、所述聚己酸内酯占20%、所述聚丙烯酸酯占20%、所述黄芪占5%、所述人参占5%、所述麦冬占5%、所述丹参占5%、所述降香占5%、所述川芎占2%、所述茯苓占2%、所述制半夏占2%、所述瓜蒌占2%、所述薤白占2%、所述陈皮占2%、所述甘草占3%。
具体方法为:将黄芪、人参、麦冬、丹参、降香、川芎、茯苓、制半夏、瓜蒌、薤白、陈皮、甘草粉碎成0.1um左右的粉末状,将聚乳酸、聚己酸内酯、聚丙烯酸酯混合后200度融化,将药粉混合入内,搅拌均匀,制成3D打印机适合直径的丝状,采用3D打印机打印适合患者使用尺寸的冠脉支架即得成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种聚乳酸冠脉支架制备方法,与现有技术相比,本发明采用药物与聚乳酸等材料复合而成,制成3D打印机的耗材,制作支架时,只需将适合患者支架的图形输入3D打印设备即可制造适合的冠脉支架,制作简单,降低制作成本,而且富含药物成分的材质能够起到治疗效果,具有推广应用的价值。

下面对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明由聚乳酸、聚己酸内酯、聚丙烯酸酯、黄芪、人参、麦冬、丹参、降香、川芎、茯苓、制半夏、瓜蒌、薤白、陈皮、甘草组成。
具体的,所述聚乳酸占20%、所述聚己酸内酯占20%、所述聚丙烯酸酯占20%、所述黄芪占5%、所述人参占5%、所述麦冬占5%、所述丹参占5%、所述降香占5%、所述川芎占2%、所述茯苓占2%、所述制半夏占2%、所述瓜蒌占2%、所述薤白占2%、所述陈皮占2%、所述甘草占3%。
具体方法为:将黄芪、人参、麦冬、丹参、降香、川芎、茯苓、制半夏、瓜蒌、薤白、陈皮、甘草粉碎成0.1um左右的粉末状,将聚乳酸、聚己酸内酯、聚丙烯酸酯混合后200度融化,将药粉混合入内,搅拌均匀,制成3D打印机适合直径的丝状,采用3D打印机打印适合患者使用尺寸的冠脉支架即得成品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乳酸冠脉支架制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚乳酸占20%、所述聚己酸内酯占20%、所述聚丙烯酸酯占20%、所述黄芪占5%、所述人参占5%、所述麦冬占5%、所述丹参占5%、所述降香占5%、所述川芎占2%、所述茯苓占2%、所述制半夏占2%、所述瓜蒌占2%、所述薤白占2%、所述陈皮占2%、所述甘草占3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚乳酸冠脉支架制备方法,其特征在于:将黄芪、人参、麦冬、丹参、降香、川芎、茯苓、制半夏、瓜蒌、薤白、陈皮、甘草粉碎成0.1um左右的粉末状,将聚乳酸、聚己酸内酯、聚丙烯酸酯混合后200度融化,将药粉混合入内,搅拌均匀,制成3D打印机适合直径的丝状,采用3D打印机打印适合患者使用尺寸的冠脉支架即得成品。
