Abstract

本发明公开了一种串联式轻型滚珠关节，包括高速丝杠、第一滚珠、静圈、进给螺母、第二滚珠、转动套、第三滚珠、动圈、第四滚珠，动力设备带动高速丝杠转动，高速丝杠、进给螺母构成初级丝杠副，而转动套、第二滚珠、静圈构成次级丝杠副，当高速丝杠初始转动时，进给螺母与转动套固连而无法转动，只能沿高速丝杠移动，由于静圈固定，因此，进给螺母又沿高速丝杠转动，从而通过第四滚珠带动动圈转动，实现减速传动，第三滚珠位于静圈和动圈之间，从而对动圈进行支撑，使得动圈转动平顺，无冲击。该装置结构简单，通过二级丝杠副实现减速传动，不仅传动精度高，而且制造成本低，传动效率高，同时，进给螺母与转动套固连，有效降低设备体积。
