本发明涉及一种外墙瓷砖清洗液的配制方法,本发明是以寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、脂溶性辅酶Q10、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、玫瑰果油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、吡哆素、牡丹籽油、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它性质温和不伤皮肤,清洗能力非常好特别是对外墙上水泥的清洗去污能力更是强力大,是外墙表面水泥垢、污垢的克星,能渗透至水泥垢表层,破坏水泥分子,强力的溶解性使水泥砂浆与之相遇即土崩瓦解,清洗后,外墙表面光亮如新。

技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种外墙瓷砖清洗液配制方法。
背景技术
所有的高层建筑物外墙,由于常年日晒和风吹雨打,以及大气中有害的气体和油烟等污染和化学反应的侵蚀,使得建筑物外墙产生了污垢和风化,既影响了建筑物的标致和市容,又损坏了建筑物。因此,清洗建筑物的外墙,不仅美化了环境,而且起到了保护建筑物的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种清洗能力非常好特别是对外墙上水泥的的清洗去污能力更是强力大,是外墙表面水泥垢、污垢的克星,能渗透至水泥垢表层,破坏水泥分子的外墙瓷砖清洗液配制方法。
本发明的外墙瓷砖清洗液技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、玫瑰果油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、牡丹籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

寡一糖 0.8-1% 水溶橄榄油 0.9-1% 杜鹃花酸 0.9-1.1%
脂溶性辅酶Q10 1.1-1.3% 聚季铵盐1.8-2% 红没药醇 1.5-1.8%
玫瑰果油 0.7-0.9% 绿茶香精 1.7-2% AES 2.3-3.1%
益生菌群 3.6-3.8% 生育酚磷酸酯 1.1-1.2% 辛酰水杨酸 1.5-1.7%
杜鹃花酸 1.3-1.8% 吡哆素 1.1-1.2% 牡丹籽油 0.3-0.5%
烷基多糖0810 1.3-2.1% 酵素 2.8-3.2% 醋酸 1.8-1.9%
香 1.3-1.6% 水66.8-72.2%
b、配制工艺
本发明外墙瓷砖清洗液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖与水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸加入水中搅拌51分钟,再加入脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇高速搅拌47分钟,并配以玫瑰果油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯,加热恒温在27.8°C均质搅拌131分种后,将容器恒温在32.6°C密封发酵42小时,再加入辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、牡丹籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌61分钟,它强力的溶解性使水泥砂浆与之相遇即土崩瓦解,清洗后,外墙表面光亮如新,然后恒温在32.6°C容器内静置58小时即为成品。
有益效果:

本发明的外墙瓷砖清洗液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,

1.一种外墙瓷砖清洗液的配制方法,它是寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、玫瑰果油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、牡丹籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

寡一糖 0.8-1% 水溶橄榄油 0.9-1% 杜鹃花酸 0.9-1.1%
