本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种管道酵素疏通剂配制方法。
背景技术
日常生活中,大家经常被厨卫管道内的油脂、毛发、菜渣、纸棉纤维等各种有机物质造成的堵塞及管道内,常年积攒的附着物,尤其是管道内的一些病菌、蟑螂、飞虫等卫生死角所困扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种可以持续对堵塞物发生作用,达到快速疏通,强力除菌,清除异味,有效预防管道堵塞和管道养护的管道酵素疏通剂配制方法。
本发明的管道酵素疏通剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、盐酸硫胺、植酸酶 、沼泽红假单胞菌、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、AES 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、玫瑰香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 0.6% 水溶橄榄油 1.1% 杜鹃花酸 1.2%
燕麦多肽 1.3% 聚季铵盐 1.6% 红没药醇 1%
盐酸硫胺 2.2% 植酸酶 2.1% 沼泽红假单胞菌 1.9%
益生菌群 2.7% 生育酚磷酸酯1.2% 辛酰水杨酸 1.7%
杜鹃花酸 0.8% 吡哆素 0.7% AES 2.2%
醇醚硫酸钠 0.5% 酵素 1.5% 醋酸 1.3%
玫瑰香 2.1% 水72.3%
配制工艺
本发明管道酵素疏通剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物拌入恒温30.3°C的水中搅拌253分钟,再加入水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇高速搅拌247分钟,并配以盐酸硫胺、植酸酶 、沼泽红假单胞菌、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、AES恒温在34.3°C均质搅拌256分种,将容器恒温在28.3°C密封发酵36.3小时,再加入醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、玫瑰香高速搅拌252分钟,它能快速疏通,强力除菌,然后恒温在32.3°C容器内静置42.3小时即为成品。
有益效果:
针对厨卫管道内的油脂、毛发、菜渣、纸棉纤维等各种有机物质造成的堵塞进行疏通,且可以持续对堵塞物发生作用,达到快速疏通,强力除菌,清除异味,有效预防管道堵塞和管道养护。
具体实施方式
本发明的管道酵素疏通剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
