本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种外墙瓷砖酵素清洗液配制方法。
背景技术
随着人类社会的不断发展进步,城市规模不断扩大,城市建筑更加规范,完美。千姿百态的各式建筑,尤其是高层建筑外墙都用各种建筑材料进行装饰,如粘帖各色墙砖,瓷砖,但是,自然界的风吹雨打,日光辐射,尘埃污染,以及一些人为或偶然事故等原因,一段时间过后,建筑表面都将不同程度地变得污浊灰暗,破旧不堪,在环境差的地区,污染或损坏还相当严重。建筑表面就像人身上的外衣,要保持清洁,就需要经常清洗,整理。为此,世界发达国家和地区,对保持建筑表面的清洁非常重视,并以法律的形式明确规定,每年必须定期清洗,否则将受到处罚。近年来,我国各级政府部门的环境保护意识已发生了很大改变,国内一些大,中城市,特别是旅游,开放城市,旅游景点,为保持建筑表面清洁,也制定出台了相应的法规,全国范围的卫生评比活动,把保持建筑表面清洁列为考核的重要指标之一,其中高层建筑的外墙,醒目,突出,自然也就成为检查的重中之重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种特别是对外墙上水泥的清洗去污能力超强,是外墙表面水泥垢、污垢的克星,能渗透至水泥垢表层,破坏水泥分子的外墙瓷砖酵素清洗液配制方法。
本发明的外墙瓷砖酵素清洗液技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、玫瑰果油、绿茶香精 、AES、 D-泛醇、木聚糖酶、短双歧杆菌、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、牡丹籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、茉莉香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

寡一糖 1.2% 水溶橄榄油 0.8% 杜鹃花酸 1.3%
脂溶性辅酶Q10 1.1% 聚季铵盐 1.5% 红没药醇 1%
玫瑰果油 1.2% 绿茶香精 0.8% AES 2.6%
D-泛醇 1.6% 木聚糖酶 0.9% 短双歧杆菌 1.2%
杜鹃花酸 1.2% 吡哆素 0.9% 牡丹籽油 0.8%
烷基多糖0810 1.6% 酵素 2.1% 醋酸 1.3%
茉莉香 1.9% 水75%
配制工艺
本发明外墙瓷砖酵素清洗液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖与水溶橄榄油拌入恒温29.6°C的水中搅拌340分钟,再加入杜鹃花酸、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、玫瑰果油、绿茶香精高速搅拌332分钟,并配以AES、D-泛醇、木聚糖酶、短双歧杆菌、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、牡丹籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素恒温在34.6°C均质搅拌342分种,将容器恒温在29.6°C密封发酵43.6小时,再加入醋酸、茉莉香高速搅拌341分钟,它能渗透至水泥垢表层,破坏水泥分子,强力的溶解性使水泥砂浆与之相遇即土崩瓦解,然后恒温在31.6°C容器内静置49.6小时即为成品。
有益效果:
特别针对外墙上水泥的的清洗去污能力超强大,是外墙表面水泥垢、污垢的克星,能渗透至水泥垢表层,破坏水泥分子,强力的溶解性使水泥砂浆与之相遇即土崩瓦解,清洗后,外墙表面光亮如新。
