Abstract
本发明涉及电气技术领域,名称是具有焊材的铜铝接头,包括接头本体,它的一端具有螺孔,另一端具有夹持电线的容纳腔;所述的容纳腔底部具有焊接材料,所述的焊接材料是在200‑300℃可熔化的合金材料,所述的容纳腔下面具有扩展的结构,所述的焊接材料就在扩展结构里面,所述容纳腔下方周围的壁比容纳腔上方周围的壁要薄。这样的铜铝接头具有可以使电线和容纳腔连接更好,保证使用效果的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电气技术领域,特别是涉及铜铝接头。
背景技术
铜铝接头是连接导线的部件,包括接头本体,它的一端具有螺孔,另一端具有夹持电线的容纳腔;现有技术中,电线的容纳腔里面没有焊材,将电线放置在容纳腔内依靠的是对容纳腔侧面的挤压,或者侧面销紧螺丝的销紧,这样的铜铝接头具有和电线连接不好的缺点,影响了铜铝接头的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目就是针对上述缺点,提供一种可以使电线和容纳腔连接更好,保证使用效果的铜铝接头——具有焊材的铜铝接头。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:具有焊材的铜铝接头,包括接头本体,它的一端具有螺孔,另一端具有夹持电线的容纳腔;其特征是:所述的容纳腔底部具有焊接材料,所述的焊接材料是在200-300℃可熔化的合金材料。
进一步地讲,所述的容纳腔下面具有扩展的结构,所述的焊接材料就在扩展结构里面。
进一步地讲,所述容纳腔下方周围的壁比容纳腔上方周围的壁要薄。
本发明的有益效果是:这样的铜铝接头具有可以使电线和容纳腔连接更好,保证使用效果的优点;
所述的容纳腔下面具有扩展的结构,所述的焊接材料就在扩展结构里面,可以储存较多的焊接材料;
所述容纳腔下方周围的壁比容纳腔上方周围的壁要薄,具有可以方便地将焊接材料加热熔化的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示,具有焊材的铜铝接头,包括接头本体1,它的一端具有螺孔2,另一端具有夹持电线的容纳腔3;其特征是:所述的容纳腔底部具有焊接材料4,所述的焊接材料是在200-300℃可熔化的合金材料。
本发明使用时,将要连接的电线放置在容纳腔里面,或销紧、或压紧,用加热装置,例如电烙铁对容纳腔的底部进行加热,使焊接材料熔化,熔化的焊接材料流淌,凝固在电线和容纳腔之间,实现本发明的目的,这样的焊接材料是现有技术中的焊接材料,例如锡铅合金等。
进一步地讲,所述的容纳腔下面具有扩展的结构,所述的焊接材料就在扩展结构里面,这样在扩展结构里面可以盛放更多的焊接材料,满足焊接的要求。
进一步地讲,所述容纳腔下方周围的壁比容纳腔上方周围的壁要薄,这样更便于对焊接材料进行加温,焊接材料容易升温。

1.具有焊材的铜铝接头,包括接头本体,它的一端具有螺孔,另一端具有夹持电线的容纳腔;其特征是:所述的容纳腔底部具有焊接材料,所述的焊接材料是在200-300℃可熔化的合金材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜铝接头,其特征是:所述的容纳腔下面具有扩展的结构,所述的焊接材料就在扩展结构里面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铜铝接头,其特征是:所述容纳腔下方周围的壁比容纳腔上方周围的壁要薄。
