Abstract
本发明公开了一种真空隔热板及其制备方法,所述真空隔热板包含数个层叠的无机纤维层,相邻的纤维层之间设置填充层,层与层间通过粘结剂连接,所述无机纤维层与填充层叠加后,经热压制成芯材,再经铝箔膜包裹,真空压制成真空隔热板。具有使用寿命长、强度大、综合性能高、隔热效果好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及隔热材料技术,尤其涉及一种真空隔热板及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前真空隔热板已运用于众多的领域,以节能低碳、环保、安全等优异性能满足客户对新型材料的需求。现有的真空隔热板主要由膜材料、芯材、吸气剂等材料组成,芯材采用多空隙率、导热系数低的材料,通过在芯材使用时加入吸气剂的方法,除去膜内及芯材中未除尽的气体及水份,能够在保证真空度的同时,提高真空隔热板的使用寿命。但是现有的真空隔热板芯材由于采用多空隙率材料,同样存在强度不高的问题,膜材料与芯材的结合也存在使用寿命较低的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种真空隔热板及其制备方法,该真空隔热板具有绝热系数低、隔热板性能优良、强度大、使用寿命长的优点。
本发明所述的一种真空隔热板,包括数个层叠的无机纤维层,层叠后的无机纤维层整体表面覆有铝箔膜,所述纤维层之间设置填充层,并通过粘结剂与纤维层粘结。层叠的无机纤维层与填充层通过粘结剂牢固固定后,可以有效提高隔热板的强度,延长使用寿命。无机纤维层本身也具有良好的隔热效果。
进一步的 ,所述填充层和纤维层间还混入吸气剂,吸气剂是片状的。
进一步的,所述无机纤维层包括玻璃纤维、超细玻璃纤维和超细岩棉。
进一步的,所述填充层由微硅粉、白炭黑、珍珠岩粉中的一种或几种组成。
进一步的,所述玻璃纤维直径为5~15μm,长度为4~20mm;所述超细玻璃纤维直径为1~4μm,长度为1~5mm,玻璃纤维和超细玻璃纤维重量比的范围是2:1~3:1。
本发明还提供了真空隔热板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将玻璃纤维和超细玻璃纤维混合、分散,加入水、粘合剂混合配成0.5~1.0%浆料;
S2、将配制好的浆料输入至成型网上真空脱水,并放入烘干设备中烘干,烘干温度为100~120℃;
S3、将成型网上的玻璃纤维叠加成无机纤维层;
S4、使用硅微粉、白炭黑、珍珠岩粉中的一种或几种制成填充层;
S5、交替叠加无机纤维层和填充层,层与层之间使用粘结剂粘结,制成真空隔热板芯材;
S6、真空隔热板芯材上包覆铝箔膜并抽真空,通过热压制成真空隔热板。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)延长真空隔热板使用寿命;(2)增强真空隔热板的强度;(3)提高隔热板的综合性能隔热效果。

具体实施方式
一种真空隔热板,如图1所示,包括数个层叠的无机纤维层1,层叠后的无机纤维层1整体表面覆有铝箔膜,所述无机纤维层1之间设置填充层2,并通过粘结剂与无机纤维层1粘结。所述填充层2和无机纤维层1间还混入吸气剂,吸气剂为片状,采用…材料构成,能够吸收水汽,保证材料干燥,提高产品品质。所述无机纤维层1包含玻璃纤维、超细玻璃纤维和超细岩棉。填充层2由微硅粉、白炭黑、珍珠岩粉中的一种或几种组成。玻璃纤维直径为5~15μm,长度为4~20mm;所述超细玻璃纤维直径为1~4μm,长度为1~5mm,玻璃纤维和超细玻璃纤维重量比的范围是2:1~3:1。
一种真空隔热板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将玻璃纤维和超细玻璃纤维在配液池中混合、分散,加入水、粘合剂混合配成0.5~1.0%浆料,其中,粘合剂为0.012%的甲基纤维素;
S2、将配制好的浆料通过喷头输入至成型网上真空脱水,脱水后的纤维均匀沉积在成型网上,辊压玻璃纤维使其表面平整,放入烘干设备中烘干,烘干温度为100~120℃;
S3、将成型网上的纤维叠加成无机纤维层;
S4、使用硅微粉、白炭黑、珍珠岩粉中的一种或几种制成填充层;
S5、交替叠加无机纤维层和填充层,层与层之间使用粘结剂粘结,制成真空隔热板芯材;
S6、真空隔热板芯材上包覆铝箔膜并抽真空,通过热压制成真空隔热板,其真空隔热系数≤0.0025W/m·k。
本发明方法的具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种真空隔热板,其特征在于,包括数个层叠的无机纤维层,层叠后的无机纤维层整体表面覆有铝箔膜,所述纤维层之间设置填充层,并通过粘结剂与纤维层粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空隔热板,其特征在于,所述填充层和纤维层间还混入吸气剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空隔热板,其特征在于,所述无机纤维层包含玻璃纤维、超细玻璃纤维和超细岩棉。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种真空隔热板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维直径为5~15μm,长度为4~20mm;所述超细玻璃纤维直径为1~4μm,长度为1~5mm,玻璃纤维和超细玻璃纤维重量比的范围是2:1~3:1。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种真空隔热板,其特征在于,所述填充层由微硅粉、白炭黑、珍珠岩粉中的一种或几种组成。
6.一种真空隔热板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将玻璃纤维和超细玻璃纤维混合、分散,加入水、粘合剂混合配成0.5~1.0%浆料;
将配制好的浆料输入至成型网上真空脱水,并放入烘干设备中烘干,烘干温度为100~120℃;
将成型网上的纤维叠加成无机纤维层;
使用硅微粉、白炭黑、珍珠岩粉中的一种或几种制成填充层;
交替叠加无机纤维层和填充层,层与层之间使用粘结剂粘结,制成真空隔热板芯材;
真空隔热板芯材上包覆铝箔膜并抽真空,通过热压制成真空隔热板。
