Abstract

一种防止包覆层回缩的包覆抽油杆,抽油杆的头部有抽油杆外螺纹、过渡圆柱体、杆体,抽油杆外螺纹的大径与过渡圆柱体的外径相同,过渡圆柱体的外径大于杆体的外径,过渡圆柱体与杆体为圆弧过渡,在过渡圆柱体的上端设置缩径凹槽,在过渡圆柱体上设置数道联贯槽,在抽油杆上热铸防磨管时,防磨管充填到缩径凹槽和联贯槽里,使防磨管的端部被挂接在抽油杆上,防磨管不能在抽油杆上回缩,在季节变化和存放、使用环境变化经历不同温差时,防磨管不会回缩,可以提高包覆抽油杆的使用寿命和防偏磨效果,能延长油井生产周期,减少油井修井作业,提高抽油井的经济效益。

Description

一种防止包覆层回缩的包覆抽油杆
技术领域
本发明属于油田抽油井内用的机械采油装置,是一种抽油杆,具体是一种防止包覆层回缩的包覆抽油杆。
背景技术
在油田抽油系统中,抽油杆和油管有相对的接触运动,抽油杆与油管之间必然存在着摩擦,也就不可避免的出现了抽油杆、油管的磨损。特别是深井和斜井,抽油杆在油管内很容易弯曲,出现严重的抽油杆偏磨油管的问题,产生偏磨后使油管和抽油杆不能使用,造成油井作业,油井免修期短,增加作业费用,增加杆管消耗,油井停产时间多,减少原油产量。为了解决上述问题,技术人员采用了包覆抽油杆,如中国专利2006200875767《防偏磨抽油杆》,抽油杆外表面包覆了防磨管,抽油杆杆体能防偏磨,可以提高抽油杆柱的使用寿命。但这种抽油杆由于受设备和包覆工艺的限制,它的抽油杆只能设计加工成如图1所示的结构,在螺纹与杆体之间由圆柱体过渡,在图1中的抽油杆的杆体上包覆防磨管后形成如图2所示的结构,在抽油杆的螺纹和圆柱体过渡部分不能包覆防磨管。这种结构的包覆抽油杆在使用、储存过程中,要经历不同的季节,还要配合油井增产工艺(如注入液态二氧化碳或液氮,最低温达零下80C゜),在这么大的温差作用下,它的包覆层(防磨管)存在回缩的问题,包覆层不能全部覆盖杆体,使其使用性能受到影响,达不到理想的使用寿命和防偏磨效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种防止包覆层回缩的包覆抽油杆,解决上述存在的问题,使其经历不同温差后包覆层不回缩,提高包覆抽油杆的使用寿命和防偏磨效果。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:包括抽油杆、防磨管,抽油杆的头部有抽油杆外螺纹、过渡圆柱体、杆体,所述的过渡圆柱体处于所述的抽油杆外螺纹之下,所述的杆体处于所述的过渡圆柱体之下,所述的过渡圆柱体的外径大于所述的杆体的外径,所述的过渡圆柱体与所述的杆体为圆弧过渡,防磨管包覆在抽油杆上,在所述的过渡圆柱体的上端设置缩径凹槽,在所述的过渡圆柱体上设置数道联贯槽,在抽油杆上热铸防磨管时,防磨管充填到所述的缩径凹槽和所述的联贯槽里,使防磨管的端部被挂接在抽油杆上,防磨管不能在抽油杆上回缩。
所述的缩径凹槽为圆弧状,减轻承受交变载荷产生的应力集中。
本发明的有益效果是:在过渡圆柱体的上端设置缩径凹槽,在过渡圆柱体上设置数道联贯槽,在抽油杆上热铸防磨管时,防磨管可以充填到缩径凹槽和联贯槽里,使防磨管的端部被挂接在抽油杆上,防磨管不能在抽油杆上回缩。因此,本发明克服了目前存在的问题,在季节变化和存放、使用环境变化经历不同温差时,防磨管不会回缩,可以提高包覆抽油杆的使用寿命和防偏磨效果,能延长油井生产周期,减少油井修井作业,提高抽油井的经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。
如图3、4、5所示,本发明的实施例包括抽油杆1、防磨管2,抽油杆1的头部有抽油杆外螺纹01、过渡圆柱体02、杆体03,所述的过渡圆柱体02处于所述的抽油杆外螺纹01之下,所述的杆体03处于所述的过渡圆柱体02之下,所述的过渡圆柱体2的外径大于所述的杆体03的外径,所述的过渡圆柱体02与所述的杆体03为圆弧过渡,防磨管2包覆在抽油杆1上,在所述的过渡圆柱体02的上端设置缩径凹槽04,在所述的过渡圆柱体02上设置数道联贯槽05,在抽油杆1上热铸防磨管2时,防磨管2充填到所述的缩径凹槽04和所述的联贯槽05里,使防磨管2的端部被挂接在抽油杆1上,防磨管2不能在抽油杆1上回缩。所述的缩径凹槽04为圆弧状,可以减轻承受交变载荷产生的应力集中,避免疲劳断裂。
本发明的两端结构相同,另一端在图中没有画出。
本发明可以用现有设备和制造工艺进行制造生产,不需要改进工艺的设备,加工生产方便,易于实施。
图5中的防磨管2的上端部为与所述的缩径凹槽04相配的内环状凸台,两个窗口之间的实体对应所述的联贯槽05,这部分实体连接上端部的内环状凸台。图5中的防磨管2的上部窗口对应抽油杆1上所述的过渡圆柱体02设置所述的联贯槽05所没有被去除的实体。
在抽油杆1上热铸防磨管2即为在在抽油杆1上包覆防磨管2。

1.一种防止包覆层回缩的包覆抽油杆,包括抽油杆(1)、防磨管(2),抽油杆(1)的头部有抽油杆外螺纹(01)、过渡圆柱体(02)、杆体(03),所述的过渡圆柱体(02)处于所述的抽油杆外螺纹(01)之下,所述的杆体(03)处于所述的过渡圆柱体(02)之下,所述的过渡圆柱体(2)的外径大于所述的杆体(03)的外径,所述的过渡圆柱体(02)与所述的杆体(03)为圆弧过渡,防磨管(2)包覆在抽油杆(1)上,其特征是:在所述的过渡圆柱体(02)的上端设置缩径凹槽(04),在所述的过渡圆柱体(02)上设置数道联贯槽(05),在抽油杆(1)上热铸防磨管(2)时,防磨管(2)充填到所述的缩径凹槽(04)和所述的联贯槽(05)里,使防磨管(2)的端部被挂接在抽油杆(1)上,防磨管(2)不能在抽油杆(1)上回缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止包覆层回缩的包覆抽油杆,其特征是:所述的缩径凹槽(04)为圆弧状,减轻承受交变载荷产生的应力集中。
