本发明公开了自动除尘的窗框,包括窗框和窗户,所述窗框底部设置有滑轨,所述窗户底部设置有刷子,所述滑轨两端设置有储尘盒,所述储尘盒与所述窗框转动连接,所述窗框内设置有固定块,所述固定块上穿设有连杆,所述连杆上端设置有连接块,所述连接块与所述固定块之间设置有弹簧,所述连接块上设置有辊轴,所述辊轴与顶杆内的腰孔配合,所述顶杆与所述窗框转动连接并伸出所述窗框外,所述连杆底部设置有折弯部,所述储尘盒侧面设置有滑槽,所述折弯部与所述滑槽配合。采用该结构能够实现滑轨内灰尘的自动收集和倾倒。

自动除尘的窗框
技术领域
本发明属于合金窗框技术领域,具体是自动除尘的窗框。
背景技术
窗框是墙体与窗的过渡层,起到固定以及防止周围墙体坍塌的作用。窗框底部设置有滑轨,窗在滑轨内滑动,而滑轨由于隔离成多个区域,位于滑轨内的灰尘杂质很难清除,长此以往需要人工对滑轨内的杂质进行清除,否则就会导致窗开闭不畅。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供自动除尘的窗框,该结构能够在窗户滑动时将灰尘和杂质扫到两侧的储尘盒内,并且在窗户开启时自动倾倒储尘盒内的灰尘,从而自动将窗框内的灰尘清除。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:自动除尘的窗框,包括窗框和窗户,所述窗框底部设置有滑轨,所述窗户底部设置有刷子,所述滑轨两端设置有储尘盒,所述储尘盒与所述窗框转动连接,所述窗框内设置有固定块,所述固定块上穿设有连杆,所述连杆上端设置有连接块,所述连接块与所述固定块之间设置有弹簧,所述连接块上设置有辊轴,所述辊轴与顶杆内的腰孔配合,所述顶杆与所述窗框转动连接并伸出所述窗框外,所述连杆底部设置有折弯部,所述储尘盒侧面设置有滑槽,所述折弯部与所述滑槽配合,所述滑槽包括竖直槽以及横向槽,当所述窗户滑动至所述储尘盒上方时,所述折弯部位于所述竖直槽内,所述储尘盒底部与所述窗框底部贴合,所述窗户底部两侧设置有转动刷,所述转动刷的转轴上设置有齿轮,所述滑轨侧面设置有所述齿轮配合的齿条。采用该结构使得在窗户侧面与窗框时储尘盒位于滑轨内,而当窗户与顶杆分离时,弹簧弹力使得连接块上身,从而连杆上升,折弯块在滑槽内滑动带动储尘盒做倾倒动作;而当窗户划回时与顶杆接触,推动连接块向下运动,连杆下降,折弯块在滑槽内滑动带动除尘盒回复到滑轨内接灰尘,实现了滑轨内灰尘的自动收集和倾倒,并且在窗户移动时会驱动转动刷转动,将粘在滑轨内的灰尘挑起,从而将防止灰尘粘在滑轨内。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:采用该结构使得在窗户侧面与窗框时储尘盒位于滑轨内,而当窗户与顶杆分离时,弹簧弹力使得连接块上身,从而连杆上升,折弯块在滑槽内滑动带动储尘盒做倾倒动作;而当窗户划回时与顶杆接触,推动连接块向下运动,连杆下降,折弯块在滑槽内滑动带动除尘盒回复到滑轨内接灰尘,实现了滑轨内灰尘的自动收集和倾倒,并且在窗户移动时会驱动转动刷转动,将粘在滑轨内的灰尘挑起,从而将防止灰尘粘在滑轨内。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1至图3,自动除尘的窗框,包括窗框1和窗户2,所述窗框1底部设置有滑轨3,所述窗户2底部设置有刷子21,所述滑轨3两端设置有储尘盒4,所述储尘盒4与所述窗框1转动连接,所述窗框1内设置有固定块11,所述固定块11上穿设有连杆12,所述连杆12上端设置有连接块13,所述连接块13与所述固定块11之间设置有弹簧14,所述连接块13上设置有辊轴15,所述辊轴15与顶杆16内的腰孔17配合,所述顶杆16与所述窗框1转动连接并伸出所述窗框1外,所述连杆12底部设置有折弯部18,所述储尘盒4侧面设置有滑槽41,所述折弯部18与所述滑槽41配合。采用该结构使得在窗户侧面与窗框时储尘盒位于滑轨内,而当窗户与顶杆分离时,弹簧弹力使得连接块上身,从而连杆上升,折弯块在滑槽内滑动带动储尘盒做倾倒动作;而当窗户划回时与顶杆接触,推动连接块向下运动,连杆下降,折弯块在滑槽内滑动带动除尘盒回复到滑轨内接灰尘,实现了滑轨内灰尘的自动收集和倾倒。
所述滑槽41包括竖直槽42以及横向槽43,当所述窗户2滑动至所述储尘盒4上方时,所述折弯部18位于所述竖直槽42内,所述储尘盒4底部与所述窗框1底部贴合。采用该结构使得储尘盒不会对窗户的滑动造成干扰,在窗户滑动到储尘盒上方时,储尘盒已经在滑轨内。
所述窗户2底部两侧设置有转动刷5,所述转动刷5的转轴51上设置有齿轮52,所述滑轨3侧面设置有所述齿轮52配合的齿条53。采用该结构使得在窗户移动时会驱动转动刷转动,将粘在滑轨内的灰尘挑起,从而将防止灰尘粘在滑轨内。

1.自动除尘的窗框,包括窗框(1)和窗户(2),所述窗框(1)底部设置有滑轨(3),其特征在于:所述窗户(2)底部设置有刷子(21),所述滑轨(3)两端设置有储尘盒(4),所述储尘盒(4)与所述窗框(1)转动连接,所述窗框(1)内设置有固定块(11),所述固定块(11)上穿设有连杆(12),所述连杆(12)上端设置有连接块(13),所述连接块(13)与所述固定块(11)之间设置有弹簧(14),所述连接块(13)上设置有辊轴(15),所述辊轴(15)与顶杆(16)内的腰孔(17)配合,所述顶杆(16)与所述窗框(1)转动连接并伸出所述窗框(1)外,所述连杆(12)底部设置有折弯部(18),所述储尘盒(4)侧面设置有滑槽(41),所述折弯部(18)与所述滑槽(41)配合,所述滑槽(41)包括竖直槽(42)以及横向槽(43),当所述窗户(2)滑动至所述储尘盒(4)上方时,所述折弯部(18)位于所述竖直槽(42)内,所述储尘盒(4)底部与所述窗框(1)底部贴合,所述窗户(2)底部两侧设置有转动刷(5),所述转动刷(5)的转轴(51)上设置有齿轮(52),所述滑轨(3)侧面设置有所述齿轮(52)配合的齿条(53)。
