本发明公开了防止灰尘进入滑槽的窗框,包括窗框和窗户,窗框底部设置有滑槽,滑槽两侧分别设置有一条相互配合的拉链带,拉链带上设置有两个反向设置的拉链头,窗户设置于两条拉链带中间,窗户两侧设置有用于固定拉链头的固定结构,窗户两侧设置有用于容纳拉链带的链牙的凹槽,链牙上下两侧设置有导向槽,凹槽向下两侧设置有与导向槽匹配的导向凸条。采用该结构在窗户移动的过程中,位于窗户前进方向前侧的拉链头将两拉链带分离,位于窗户前进方向后侧的拉链头将两拉链带锁合,从而使得滑槽始终处于拉链带的封闭下,从而防止灰尘进入到拉链内,防止灰尘和杂质对窗的滑动造成影响。

技术领域
本发明属于合金窗框技术领域,具体是防止灰尘进入滑槽的窗框。
背景技术
窗框是墙体与窗的过渡层,起到固定以及防止周围墙体坍塌的作用。窗框底部设置有滑槽,窗在滑槽内滑动,而滑槽由于隔离成多个区域,位于滑槽内的灰尘杂质很难清除,长此以往需要人工对滑槽内的杂质进行清除,否则就会导致窗开闭不畅。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供防止灰尘进入滑槽的窗框,该结构能够在窗在滑动时滑道都保持在封闭状态,从而防止窗框滑槽内进入灰尘和杂质,防止灰尘和杂质对窗的滑动造成影响。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:防止灰尘进入滑槽的窗框,包括窗框和窗户,所述窗框底部设置有滑槽,所述滑槽两侧分别设置有一条相互配合的拉链带,所述拉链带上设置有两个反向设置的拉链头,所述窗户设置于两条所述拉链带中间,所述窗户两侧设置有用于固定所述拉链头的固定结构,所述窗户两侧设置有用于容纳所述拉链带的链牙的凹槽,所述链牙上下两侧设置有导向槽,所述凹槽上下两侧设置有与所述导向槽匹配的导向凸条。采用该结构在窗户移动的过程中,位于窗户前进方向前侧的拉链头将两拉链带分离,位于窗户前进方向后侧的拉链头将两拉链带锁合,从而使得滑槽始终处于拉链带的封闭下,从而防止灰尘进入到拉链内,防止灰尘和杂质对窗的滑动造成影响,链牙能够在窗户上的凹槽内滑动,防止链牙被撑开太大距离而使得拉链运行不畅,同时通过导向槽与导向凸条的配合提高密封性,防止灰尘杂质从拉开的拉链处进入。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述固定结构包括设置在所述窗户底部的容纳槽,所述拉链头上设置有拉手,所述容纳槽的形状与所述拉链头上的拉手竖直时的形状匹配。采用该结构在安装时只要下压拉链头并将拉手竖直插入到容纳槽内由拉链本身的弹性将拉链头固定到容纳槽内,从而方便安装。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:采用该结构在窗户移动的过程中,位于窗户前进方向前侧的拉链头将两拉链带分离,位于窗户前进方向后侧的拉链头将两拉链带锁合,从而使得滑槽始终处于拉链带的封闭下,从而防止灰尘进入到拉链内,防止灰尘和杂质对窗的滑动造成影响,链牙能够在窗户上的凹槽内滑动,防止链牙被撑开太大距离而使得拉链运行不畅,同时通过导向槽与导向凸条的配合提高密封性,防止灰尘杂质从拉开的拉链处进入。

所述固定结构6包括设置在所述窗户2底部的容纳槽61,所述拉链头5上设置有拉手51,所述容纳槽61的形状与所述拉链头5上的拉手51竖直时的形状匹配。采用该结构在安装时只要下压拉链头并将拉手竖直插入到容纳槽内由拉链本身的弹性将拉链头固定到容纳槽内,从而方便安装。

1.防止灰尘进入滑槽的窗框,包括窗框(1)和窗户(2),所述窗框(1)底部设置有滑槽(3),其特征在于:所述滑槽(3)两侧分别设置有一条相互配合的拉链带(4),所述拉链带(4)上设置有两个反向设置的拉链头(5),所述窗户(2)设置于两条所述拉链带(4)中间,所述窗户(2)两侧设置有用于固定所述拉链头(5)的固定结构(6),在窗户移动的过程中,位于窗户前进方向前侧的拉链头将两拉链带分离,位于窗户前进方向后侧的拉链头将两拉链带锁合,从而使得滑槽始终处于拉链带的封闭下,所述窗户(2)两侧设置有用于容纳所述拉链带(4)的链牙(41)的凹槽(21),所述链牙(41)上下两侧设置有导向槽(42),所述凹槽(21)上下两侧设置有与所述导向槽(42)匹配的导向凸条(22)。
