本发明公开了增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,在进行纬编针织物的染整工艺之前增加了抗静电抗紫外整理工艺,在进行纬编针织物的染整工艺之后增加了低温改性整理工艺,在纬编针织物的后整理工艺中增加了抗辐射整理工艺,染整工艺之前的抗静电抗紫外整理工艺,不会影响织物的原有色泽、手感、吸湿性以及色牢度,且增加抗静电抗紫外性能的持久性,染整工艺之后增加了低温改性整理工艺,对织物纤维进行一定的改性,为后续抗辐射整理增加整理液的吸收能力,最后在后整理工艺中增加了抗辐射整理工艺;为纬编织物的抗辐射能力形成最后一道巩固的整理,从而在保证舒适度的前提下最大化的增强其抗辐射性能和持久能力。

背景技术
针织物以其贴身,保暖性能著称,受到广大消费者的青睐,近年来,国内有关针织物面料的各种功能性面料层出不穷,诸如抗静电易护理、三防、远红外负离子、抗菌、吸湿排汗等,这些功能确实能够带来很多的革新,但是具有抗辐射功能的针织物还尚未见有报道,一般具有抗辐射功能的织物都会设置外表的抗辐射层,例如防辐射服的涂层等,如果以这种传统的抗辐射功能的实现方法应用到针织物的抗辐射制备中去,会给针织物带来透气性差的缺点,不能满足日常服用需求。此外纬编织物由于其特殊的织物形成结构,即使从材料上进行抗辐射能力的提升,效果也不是很好。
基于此,若能提供一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,将会给其抗辐射能力的提升带来很好的效果。
因此,需要一种新的技术方案以解决上述问题。

发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种保证纬编织物舒适性能的前提下有效提高其抗辐射能力的增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,在进行纬编针织物的染整工艺之前增加了抗静电抗紫外整理工艺,在进行纬编针织物的染整工艺之后增加了低温改性整理工艺,在纬编针织物的后整理工艺中增加了抗辐射整理工艺。

更进一步的,所述紫外线吸收剂为有效吸收波长为270nm-380nm的苯酮系列紫外线吸收剂。
更进一步的,所述紫外线屏蔽剂为二氧化钛、陶土、碳酸钙三者质量比为4:1:2的混合物。
更为优选的,所述低温改性整理工艺为将染整处理后的纬编针织物置于改性整理液中于-20--10℃浸泡25-40min进行处理后取出后160℃烘至8成干。
更进一步的,所述改性整理液以质量计算包括40%的有机硅、30%的柠檬酸以及余量的聚乙烯醇。
更为优选的,所述抗辐射整理工艺为将经过普通后整理工艺后的纬编针织物首先置于抗辐射整理液中室温浸泡10-15min,再置于45-55℃环境进行温热处理25-35min后取出水洗2-3次后进行浸轧处理,轧液率为100%,120-140℃烘至7-8成干。
更进一步的,所述抗辐射整理液以质量计算包括如下成分:抗辐射植物叶纤维提取物13-20份、抗辐射植物韧皮纤维提取物12-15份、木质粉碳3-8份、纳米银粉0.5-1.2份、柠檬酸3-6份、非离子型润湿剂0.6-1.5份。
更进一步的,所述抗辐射植物叶纤维提取物提取自吊兰、豆瓣绿、绿萝的叶纤维;所述抗辐射织物韧皮纤维提取物提取自龟背竹、孔雀竹芋的韧皮纤维。
有益效果:本发明所提供的一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,在进行纬编针织物的染整工艺之前增加了抗静电抗紫外整理工艺,在进行纬编针织物的染整工艺之后增加了低温改性整理工艺,在纬编针织物的后整理工艺中增加了抗辐射整理工艺,染整工艺之前的抗静电抗紫外整理工艺,不会影响织物的原有色泽、手感、吸湿性以及色牢度,且增加抗静电抗紫外性能的持久性,染整工艺之后增加了低温改性整理工艺,对织物纤维进行一定的改性,为后续抗辐射整理增加整理液的吸收能力,最后在后整理工艺中增加了抗辐射整理工艺;为纬编织物的抗辐射能力形成最后一道巩固的整理,从而在保证舒适度的前提下最大化的增强其抗辐射性能和持久能力。

下面结合实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明:
实施例1:
一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,在进行纬编针织物的染整工艺之前增加了抗静电抗紫外整理工艺,在进行纬编针织物的染整工艺之后增加了低温改性整理工艺,在纬编针织物的后整理工艺中增加了抗辐射整理工艺。
其中,所述抗静电抗紫外整理工艺为将水洗柔软处理后的纬编针织物放入抗静电抗紫外整理液中先10℃浸泡15min,再置于45℃进行温热处理25min后进行浸轧处理,轧液率为100%,30℃低温烘至6-7成干;所述抗静电抗紫外整理液以质量计算包括如下成分:紫外线吸收剂8份、紫外线屏蔽剂5份、脂肪酸酰胺2份、甲壳素纤维3份、脱氢乙酸3份、渗透剂1份、亲水性表面活性剂1.8份;所述紫外线吸收剂为有效吸收波长为270nm-380nm的苯酮系列紫外线吸收剂;所述紫外线屏蔽剂为二氧化钛、陶土、碳酸钙三者质量比为4:1:2的混合物。

其中,所述抗静电抗紫外整理工艺为将水洗柔软处理后的纬编针织物放入抗静电抗紫外整理液中先15℃浸泡20min,再置于50℃进行温热处理38min后进行浸轧处理,轧液率为100%,35℃低温烘至6-7成干;所述抗静电抗紫外整理液以质量计算包括如下成分:紫外线吸收剂14份、紫外线屏蔽剂8份、脂肪酸酰胺4份、甲壳素纤维6份、脱氢乙酸6份、渗透剂2份、亲水性表面活性剂2.5份;所述紫外线吸收剂为有效吸收波长为270nm-380nm的苯酮系列紫外线吸收剂;所述紫外线屏蔽剂为二氧化钛、陶土、碳酸钙三者质量比为4:1:2的混合物。
所述低温改性整理工艺为将染整处理后的纬编针织物置于改性整理液中于-10℃浸泡40min进行处理后取出后160℃烘至8成干;所述改性整理液以质量计算包括40%的有机硅、30%的柠檬酸以及余量的聚乙烯醇。
所述抗辐射整理工艺为将经过普通后整理工艺后的纬编针织物首先置于抗辐射整理液中室温浸泡15min,再置于55℃环境进行温热处理35min后取出水洗2-3次后进行浸轧处理,轧液率为100%,140℃烘至7-8成干;所述抗辐射整理液以质量计算包括如下成分:抗辐射植物叶纤维提取物20份、抗辐射植物韧皮纤维提取物15份、木质粉碳8份、纳米银粉1.2份、柠檬酸6份、非离子型润湿剂1.5份;所述抗辐射植物叶纤维提取物提取自吊兰、豆瓣绿、绿萝的叶纤维;所述抗辐射织物韧皮纤维提取物提取自龟背竹、孔雀竹芋的韧皮纤维。
实施例3:
一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,在进行纬编针织物的染整工艺之前增加了抗静电抗紫外整理工艺,在进行纬编针织物的染整工艺之后增加了低温改性整理工艺,在纬编针织物的后整理工艺中增加了抗辐射整理工艺。
其中,所述抗静电抗紫外整理工艺为将水洗柔软处理后的纬编针织物放入抗静电抗紫外整理液中先13℃浸泡18min,再置于46℃进行温热处理33min后进行浸轧处理,轧液率为100%,32℃低温烘至6-7成干;所述抗静电抗紫外整理液以质量计算包括如下成分:紫外线吸收剂12份、紫外线屏蔽剂6份、脂肪酸酰胺3份、甲壳素纤维5份、脱氢乙酸5份、渗透剂1.5份、亲水性表面活性剂2份;所述紫外线吸收剂为有效吸收波长为270nm-380nm的苯酮系列紫外线吸收剂;所述紫外线屏蔽剂为二氧化钛、陶土、碳酸钙三者质量比为4:1:2的混合物。
所述低温改性整理工艺为将染整处理后的纬编针织物置于改性整理液中于-15℃浸泡33min进行处理后取出后160℃烘至8成干;所述改性整理液以质量计算包括40%的有机硅、30%的柠檬酸以及余量的聚乙烯醇。
所述抗辐射整理工艺为将经过普通后整理工艺后的纬编针织物首先置于抗辐射整理液中室温浸泡12min,再置于50℃环境进行温热处理30min后取出水洗2-3次后进行浸轧处理,轧液率为100%,130℃烘至7-8成干;所述抗辐射整理液以质量计算包括如下成分:抗辐射植物叶纤维提取物16份、抗辐射植物韧皮纤维提取物14份、木质粉碳5份、纳米银粉0.8份、柠檬酸5份、非离子型润湿剂0.9份;所述抗辐射植物叶纤维提取物提取自吊兰、豆瓣绿、绿萝的叶纤维;所述抗辐射织物韧皮纤维提取物提取自龟背竹、孔雀竹芋的韧皮纤维。
舒适度测试:
按照上述三种实施例的整理工艺对纬编针织物进行处理之后,依次三个试验组,再设置一个不进行整理工艺处理的纬编针织物对照组进行成衣服用舒适度测试,每组选取50名无皮肤疾病健康试穿对象,服用3天后进行调查回访。
服用评价指标如下:
A级:完全无不适现象发生,穿着舒适。
B级:稍微有不适现象发生,穿着较为舒适。
C级:不适现象明显,穿着舒适度不佳。
回访结果如表1所示:

从上表数据可看出,本发明一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,与传统不进行整理工艺比较,经整理的纬编织物具有较优的舒适度,有效避免皮肤不适现象发生,广受消费者的喜爱。
抗辐射能力测试:
测试方法:根据GB/T23463-2009《防护服装微波辐射防护服》测试实验面料对电磁波的屏蔽效能(SE)。在屏蔽室中放置一个穿着防辐射服的人体模型,人体模型前端安装有能够发射出不同频率电磁波的发射天线,人体模型内部的电场探头来接收信号,分别检测未穿着样衣时电磁波的电场强度E2(V/m)和穿着样衣时电磁波的电场强度E1(V/m),再根据屏蔽效能SE=20lg(E2/E1)进行计算。
本实验测试中测试频率分别为30MHz、300MHZ和3000MHz。

从上表数据可看出,本发明一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺处理后的纬编针织物,在各测试频率下均保持较好的屏蔽效能,且洗涤10次后屏蔽效能降低不明显。

Claims (10)
1.一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,其特征在于:在进行纬编针织物的染整工艺之前增加了抗静电抗紫外整理工艺,在进行纬编针织物的染整工艺之后增加了低温改性整理工艺,在纬编针织物的后整理工艺中增加了抗辐射整理工艺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述抗静电抗紫外整理工艺为将水洗柔软处理后的纬编针织物放入抗静电抗紫外整理液中先10-15℃浸泡15-20min,再置于45-50℃进行温热处理25-38min后进行浸轧处理,轧液率为100%,30-35℃低温烘至6-7成干。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述抗静电抗紫外整理液以质量计算包括如下成分:紫外线吸收剂8-14份、紫外线屏蔽剂5-8份、脂肪酸酰胺2-4份、甲壳素纤维3-6份、脱氢乙酸3-6份、渗透剂1-2份、亲水性表面活性剂1.8-2.5份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述紫外线吸收剂为有效吸收波长为270nm-380nm的苯酮系列紫外线吸收剂。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述紫外线屏蔽剂为二氧化钛、陶土、碳酸钙三者质量比为4:1:2的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述低温改性整理工艺为将染整处理后的纬编针织物置于改性整理液中于-20--10℃浸泡25-40min进行处理后取出后160℃烘至8成干。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种增加纬编针织物抗辐射能力的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述改性整理液以质量计算包括40%的有机硅、30%的柠檬酸以及余量的聚乙烯醇。
