Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐水性好的聚氨酯密封胶,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚氨酯树脂90‑100份、双酚A环氧树脂30‑35份、丁基橡胶15‑20份、羟甲基纤维素钠5‑8份、聚乙烯蜡3‑5份、二乙烯基苯2‑5份、滑石粉10‑12份、乙酰柠檬酸三正丁酯3‑5份、邻苯二甲酸烷基酯1‑3份、松香季戊四醇酯5‑10份、沥青1‑2份,粉煤灰6‑9份。同时,本发明还包括以下成分:碳酸氢钠颗粒和碳粉的混合物,且该混合物的粒径小于0.1mm。当该密封胶刚填充入待密封位置时,通过吹风机吹出的热风将密封胶加热至50℃以上,持续30S后停止加热。本发明提供一种具备良好散热功能的新型密封胶。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于胶黏剂技术领域,具体涉及一种耐水性好的聚氨酯密封胶。
背景技术
聚氨酯密封胶系以聚氨酯橡胶及聚氨酯预聚体为主要成分的密封胶,此类密封胶具有高的拉伸强度、优良的弹性、耐磨性、耐油性和耐寒性,但耐水性欠佳,可分为加热硫化型、室温硫化型和热熔型三种,其中室温硫化型又有单组分和双组分之分。其广泛用于建筑物、广场、公路作为嵌缝密封材料,以及汽车制造、玻璃安装、电子灌装、潜艇和火箭等的密封。
同时,现有的密封胶主要用在电子元器件中,电子元器件往往处于高温的工作状态,当密封胶的散热性能不佳时,会导致电子元器件因局部受热过高而失效、损坏,而现有技术中的密封胶往往只起到密封和固定作用,不仅不能很好地导热,还因其隔热性更加不利于散热;因此,如何改进现有的密封胶,使其达到理想的散热性能,是本领域亟需解决的技术难题。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种耐水性好的聚氨酯密封胶,耐水性能好,具有高的拉伸强度、优良的弹性、耐磨性、耐油性和耐寒性。
2.技术方案
本发明的技术方案是:一种耐水性好的聚氨酯密封胶,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚氨酯树脂90-100 份、双酚A 环氧树脂30-35 份、丁基橡胶15-20 份、羟甲基纤维素钠5-8份、聚乙烯蜡3-5 份、二乙烯基苯2-5 份、滑石粉10-12 份、乙酰柠檬酸三正丁酯3-5 份、邻苯二甲酸烷基酯1-3 份、松香季戊四醇酯5-10 份、沥青1-2 份,粉煤灰6-9 份。
进一步的,还包括以下成分:碳酸氢钠颗粒和碳粉的混合物,且该混合物的粒径小于0.1mm。
进一步的,当该密封胶刚填充入待密封位置时,通过吹风机吹出的热风将密封胶加热至50℃以上,持续30S后停止加热。
3.有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:耐水性能好,具有高的拉伸强度、优良的弹性、耐磨性、耐油性和耐寒性。

实施例1
一种耐水性好的聚氨酯密封胶,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚氨酯树脂90份、双酚A环氧树脂30 份、丁基橡胶15 份、羟甲基纤维素钠5 份、聚乙烯蜡3 份、二乙烯基苯2 份、滑石粉10 份、乙酰柠檬酸三正丁酯3 份、邻苯二甲酸烷基酯1 份、松香季戊四醇酯5 份、沥青1 份,粉煤灰6 份。
实施例2
一种耐水性好的聚氨酯密封胶,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚氨酯树脂95份、双酚A环氧树脂32 份、丁基橡胶18 份、羟甲基纤维素钠6 份、聚乙烯蜡4 份、二乙烯基苯3 份、滑石粉11 份、乙酰柠檬酸三正丁酯4 份、邻苯二甲酸烷基酯2 份、松香季戊四醇酯8 份、沥青1.5 份,粉煤灰7 份。
实施例3
一种耐水性好的聚氨酯密封胶,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚氨酯树脂100 份、双酚A 环氧树脂35 份、丁基橡胶20 份、羟甲基纤维素钠8 份、聚乙烯蜡5 份、二乙烯基苯5 份、滑石粉12 份、乙酰柠檬酸三正丁酯5 份、邻苯二甲酸烷基酯3 份、松香季戊四醇酯10 份、沥青2 份,粉煤灰9 份。
同时,本实施例中,还包括以下成分:碳酸氢钠颗粒和碳粉的混合物,且该混合物的粒径小于0.1mm。当该密封胶刚填充入待密封位置时,通过吹风机吹出的热风将密封胶加热至50℃以上,持续30S后停止加热。由于固体碳酸氢钠在50℃以上开始逐渐分解生成二氧化碳,二氧化碳在密封胶内部的生成使得密封胶内部形成多孔的微小透气结构,有利于密封胶的对流换热(由于上述透气结构微小,并不会对密封胶的水密性能形成较大影响);同时,在密封胶内部多孔透气结构形成的同时,一部分碳粉会自动填充入密封胶内部的孔隙中,形成碳粉通道,从而在密封胶内部形成以碳粉通道为主的热传导通路,有利于密封胶的热传导。通过上面碳酸氢钠颗粒和碳粉混合物的添加,能够有效改善密封胶内部的散热模式,显著提高密封胶的散热效果,从而提供一种具备良好散热功能的新型密封胶。(本发明是针对申请号为:CN 201510993338.6的专利进一步改进)

Claims (3)
1.一种耐水性好的聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚氨酯树脂90-100 份、双酚A 环氧树脂30-35 份、丁基橡胶15-20 份、羟甲基纤维素钠5-8 份、聚乙烯蜡3-5 份、二乙烯基苯2-5 份、滑石粉10-12 份、乙酰柠檬酸三正丁酯3-5 份、邻苯二甲酸烷基酯1-3 份、松香季戊四醇酯5-10 份、沥青1-2 份,粉煤灰6-9 份。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的耐水性好的聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于,还包括以下成分:碳酸氢钠颗粒和碳粉的混合物,且该混合物的粒径小于0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求2 所述的耐水性好的聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:当该密封胶刚填充入待密封位置时,通过吹风机吹出的热风将密封胶加热至50℃以上,持续30S后停止加热。
