Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层及其制备方法,属于有机高分子合成技术领域。所述的胶膜涂层由以下重量份数的原料制成:异氰酸酯55~75份,聚醚多元醇40~45份,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇55~60份,5%氢氧化钾水溶液2.5~4份,二乙醇胺1~1.5份,二羟甲基丁酸3~7份,消泡剂1.1~1.7份,去离子水130~150份,乙酸乙酯80~130份,乙二胺15~20份;所述制备方法是先将聚醚多元醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇和异氰酸酯进行反应,再依次加入二羟甲基丁酸、二乙醇胺反应,然后加入乙酸乙酯、5%氢氧化钾水溶液、消泡剂、去离子水和乙二胺进行乳化,减压蒸馏后得到产品。本发明的胶膜涂层为水性乳液,使用过程中对环境和人体无害,耐水,耐摩擦,不会随意析出夜光剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层及其制备方法,属于有机高分子合成技术领域。
背景技术
当今,具有夜光效果的生活用品越来越受到年轻人的青睐,如鞋子,耳机等,这些都成了时尚的代表性元素,年轻人喜欢在生活用品中涂上一层夜光涂层来彰显其个性。但是,现有的具有夜光效果的涂料存在使用不方便、操作困难的问题,且荧光粉也易从涂层中析出,不环保,也会危害人体生命健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层,具有适用方便、化学性质稳定、不会随意析出夜光剂的特点,本发明同时提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层,由以下重量份数的原料制成:

所述的聚醚多元醇的相对分子质量为300~2500,官能度为1.5~2.5,优选由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的DDL-1000。
所述的异氰酸酯为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。
所述的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇的平均相对分子质量为300~2500,官能度为1.5~3.2,优选由拜耳公司生产的PTEMG1000。
所述的消泡剂的型号为DF-8205/879。
本发明所述的具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇和聚四氢呋喃醚二醇加入到反应瓶中进行混合,升温,真空脱水后降温;
(2)向反应瓶中加入异氰酸酯进行反应,反应完成后降温,然后加入二羟甲基丁酸搅拌反应,得到预聚物,降温;
(3)向预聚物中加入二乙醇胺搅拌反应,冷却至室温,得到预聚体;
(4)向预聚体中加入乙酸乙酯,搅拌均匀,滴加5%氢氧化钾水溶液,加入消泡剂、去离子水和乙二胺,乳化后得到水性聚氨酯溶液,减压蒸馏后去除所有乙酸乙酯,得到具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层。
其中,优选地技术方案如下:
步骤(1)中升温温度为100~120℃,真空脱水时间为1.8~2.2h,降温温度为20~40℃。
步骤(2)中加入异氰酸酯进行反应时的反应温度为90~105℃,反应时间为1.5~2h,反应完成后降温至63~67℃;加入二羟甲基丁酸进行反应时的反应温度为80~85℃,反应时间为1.5~2h,降温至60~65℃。
步骤(2)中预聚物的NCO质量分数为2.5~4%。
步骤(3)中反应温度为80~85℃,反应时间为1.5~2h。
步骤(4)中滴加5%氢氧化钾水溶液后搅拌1~1.5h,乳化时间为90~150min,乳化温度为15~25℃。
本发明有益效果如下:
(1)本发明的具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层为水性乳液,使用过程中对环境和人体无害;
(2)使用方便,化学性质稳定,耐水,耐摩擦,不会随意析出夜光剂;
(3)操作简单,干燥时间快,可以被用于DIY。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将DDL-1000和PTEMG1000加入到反应瓶中进行混合,升温至100~120℃,真空脱水1.8~2.2h后降温至20~40℃;
(2)向反应瓶中加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯进行反应,反应温度为90~105℃,反应时间为1.5~2h反应完成后降温至63~67℃,然后加入二羟甲基丁酸搅拌反应,反应温度为80~85℃,反应时间为1.5~2h,得到预聚物,降温至60~65℃;
(3)向预聚物中加入二乙醇胺搅拌反应,反应温度为80~85℃,反应时间为1.5~2h,冷却至室温后得到预聚体;
(4)向预聚体中加入乙酸乙酯,搅拌均匀,滴加5%氢氧化钾水溶液后搅拌1~1.5h,加入DF-8205、去离子水和乙二胺,乳化后得到水性聚氨酯溶液,乳化时间为90~150min,减压蒸馏后去除所有乙酸乙酯,得到具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:
所述聚醚多元醇的相对分子质量为300~2500,官能度为1.5~2.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层,其特征在于:异氰酸酯为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层,其特征在于:聚四氢呋喃醚二醇的平均相对分子质量为300~2500,官能度为1.5~3.2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层,其特征在于:消泡剂的型号为DF-8205/879。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一所述的具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇和聚四氢呋喃醚二醇加入到反应瓶中进行混合,升温,真空脱水后降温;
(2)向反应瓶中加入异氰酸酯进行反应,反应完成后降温,然后加入二羟甲基丁酸搅拌反应,得到预聚物,降温;
(3)向预聚物中加入二乙醇胺搅拌反应,冷却至室温,得到预聚体;
(4)向预聚体中加入乙酸乙酯,搅拌均匀,滴加5%氢氧化钾水溶液,加入消泡剂、去离子水和乙二胺,乳化后得到水性聚氨酯溶液,减压蒸馏后去除所有乙酸乙酯,得到具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中升温温度为100~120℃,真空脱水时间为1.8~2.2h,降温温度为20~40℃。

9.根据权利要求5所述的具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中反应温度为80~85℃,反应时间为1.5~2h。
10.根据权利要求5所述的具有夜光效果的胶膜涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中滴加5%氢氧化钾水溶液后搅拌1~1.5h,乳化时间为90~150min。
