本发明公开了一种碳晶涂料,其包括下述重量份材料:成膜物质35份~40份、颜填料8份~15份、石墨烯20份~1份、溶剂10份~12份,上述物质按比例放入球磨机内,经充分混合、研磨而成,制成细度范围10μm~25μm的涂料,即为碳晶涂料;其中所述成膜物质为丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂或者聚氨酯树脂;所述颜填料包括3份~10份Ni粉、5份~8份银包铜粉含重量百分含量为3%~9%银;所述丙烯酸树脂对应的溶剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯10:二甲苯44:环己酮10;所述环氧树脂对应的溶剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯35:丁酮35:环己酮10。

一种碳晶涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,主要是一种碳晶涂料。
背景技术
目前市场上公开了几种电热涂料专利(公开号CN1068582、CN1112592),它们主要是采用碳粉和石墨作为填料,存在的问题是这些电热涂料的电阻都在几十欧姆以上,若进一步增大导电填料含量来降低电阻,则涂层的附着力变差,实际使用时发热效率相对较低,不利于实际应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种碳晶涂料,可用于集成吊顶和集成墙面的室内外加热取暖的涂料,其涂覆在室内加热电器处,使用安全电压即可实现加热取暖,通过电阻率的控制,满足不同的升温要求,可以达到比环境温度高5℃~40℃的性能。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的。这种碳晶涂料,其包括下述重量份材料:成膜物质35份~40份、颜填料8份~15份、石墨烯20份~1份、溶剂10份~12份,上述物质按比例放入球磨机内,经充分混合、研磨而成,制成细度范围10μm~25μm的涂料,即为碳晶涂料;其中所述成膜物质为丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂或者聚氨酯树脂;所述颜填料包括3份~10份Ni粉、5份~8份银包铜粉含重量百分含量为3%~9%银;所述丙烯酸树脂对应的溶剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯10:二甲苯44:环己酮10;所述环氧树脂对应的溶剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯35:丁酮35:环己酮10;所述聚氨酯树脂对应的溶剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯11:二甲苯44:环己酮10。
更进一步的,所述助剂包括附着力增进剂Silok535,含量占成膜物质重量的0.2%~0.6%,和分散剂Efka3550,含量占颜填料重量的0.2%~0.6%。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供了碳晶涂料,其涂覆在室内加热器处,使用安全电压即可实现加热取暖,通过电阻率的控制,满足不同的升温要求,可以达到比环境温度高5℃~40℃的性能,为此,本发明还提供了碳晶涂料的加工方法。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明做详细的介绍:
本发明所述的这种碳晶涂料,其包括下述重量份材料:成膜物质35份~40份、颜填料8份~15份、石墨烯20份~1份、溶剂10份~12份,上述物质按比例放入球磨机内,经充分混合、研磨而成,制成细度范围10μm~25μm的涂料,即为碳晶涂料;其中所述成膜物质为丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂或者聚氨酯树脂;所述颜填料包括3份~10份Ni粉、5份~8份银包铜粉含重量百分含量为3%~9%银;所述丙烯酸树脂对应的溶剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯10:二甲苯44:环己酮10;所述环氧树脂对应的溶剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯35:丁酮35:环己酮10;所述聚氨酯树脂对应的溶剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯11:二甲苯44:环己酮10。所述助剂包括附着力增进剂Silok535,含量占成膜物质重量的0.2%~0.6%,和分散剂Efka3550,含量占颜填料重量的0.2%~0.6%。
本发明选用石墨烯作为导电、导热填料,它提高了铜粉的导电性,降低了银粉的成本,又解决了铜粉容易被氧化的问题,因此可以使涂层达到极低的电阻率(电阻率范围:0.1×10-10Ω·m~1×10-10Ω·m),也使得达到极高的导热效果,又适用于工程化生产。所制备的碳晶涂料通过不同的成膜物质,保证涂料可以涂覆在不同的基底上,同时通过助剂体系的优选很好的解决了涂层附着力的问题。由于涂层电阻率比较低且可以调整,通过不同长、宽、厚度的调整可以达到不同的电阻。例如在20cm×30cm,厚度0.15mm的涂层电阻可以达到0.00001~0.00005Ω,因此在室内加热器下具有良好的发热效果。
实施例1
本发明包括下述重量份材料:成膜物质35份、颜填料8份、石墨烯20份、溶剂10份,上述物质按比例放入球磨机内,经充分混合、研磨而成,制成细度范围10μm的涂料。
成膜物质为丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂或者聚氨酯树脂;颜填料包括3份Ni粉、5份银包铜粉,其中含重量百分含量为3%银;助剂包括附着力增进剂Silok535,含量占成膜物质0.2%,和分散剂Efka3550,含量占颜填料0.2%;丙烯酸树脂对应的稀释剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯10:二甲苯44:环己酮10;环氧树脂对应的稀释剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯35:丁酮35:环己酮10;聚氨酯树脂对应的稀释剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯11:二甲苯44:环己酮10。
实施例2
本发明包括下述重量份材料:成膜物质38份、颜填料12份、石墨烯18份、溶剂11份,上述物质按比例放入球磨机内,经充分混合、研磨而成,制成细度范围20μm的涂料。
成膜物质为丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂或者聚氨酯树脂;颜填料包括5份Ni粉、6份银包铜粉,其中含重量百分含量为5%银;助剂包括附着力增进剂Silok535,含量占成膜物质0.4%,和分散剂Efka3550,含量占颜填料0.4%;丙烯酸树脂对应的稀释剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯10:二甲苯44:环己酮10;环氧树脂对应的稀释剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯35:丁酮35:环己酮10;聚氨酯树脂对应的稀释剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯11:二甲苯44:环己酮10。
实施例3
本发明包括下述重量份材料:成膜物质40份、颜填料15份、石墨烯15份、溶剂12份,上述物质按比例放入球磨机内,经充分混合、研磨而成,制成细度范围25μm的涂料。
成膜物质为丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂或者聚氨酯树脂;颜填料包括10份Ni粉、8份银包铜粉,其中含重量百分含量为9%银;助剂包括附着力增进剂Silok535,含量占成膜物质0.6%,和分散剂Efka3550含量占颜填料0.6%;丙烯酸树脂对应的稀释剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯10:二甲苯44:环己酮10;环氧树脂对应的稀释剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯35:丁酮35:环己酮10;聚氨酯树脂对应的稀释剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯11:二甲苯44:环己酮10。

1.一种碳晶涂料,其特征在于:其包括下述重量份材料:成膜物质35份~40份、颜填料8份~15份、石墨烯20份~1份、溶剂10份~12份,上述物质按比例放入球磨机内,经充分混合、研磨而成,制成细度范围10μm~25μm的涂料,即为碳晶涂料;其中所述成膜物质为丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂或者聚氨酯树脂;所述颜填料包括3份~10份Ni粉、5份~8份银包铜粉含重量百分含量为3%~9%银;所述丙烯酸树脂对应的溶剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯10:二甲苯44:环己酮10;所述环氧树脂对应的溶剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯35:丁酮35:环己酮10;所述聚氨酯树脂对应的溶剂包括以下体积比的材料:乙酸丁酯11:二甲苯44:环己酮10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳晶涂料,其特征在于:所述助剂包括附着力增进剂Silok535,含量占成膜物质重量的0.2%~0.6%,和分散剂Efka3550,含量占颜填料重量的0.2%~0.6%。
