本发明涉及家具表面处理领域,公开了一种用于家具表面处理的涂料,该涂料由以下成分组成:PTFE树脂、高密度聚乙烯树脂、溶剂、防老剂、抗紫外线吸收剂、固化剂、固化剂促进剂、流平剂、消泡剂,对家具表面具有很强的附着力,该涂料防火、防虫、隔热、防滑,耐腐蚀、耐高温、耐冲击强度高,可以延长家具使用寿命3‑5年,并且该涂料无毒、无味、无害,作为木质家具涂料具有很强的保护效果。

本发明涉及家具表面处理领域,具体涉及一种用于家具表面处理的涂料。
背景技术
人们常言的家具涂料,其实特指木器、竹器家具表面专用涂料,又名为“木器涂料”。家具涂料能使木器竹器家具更 美观亮丽,改善家具本身带有的粗糙手感,使家具不受气候与干湿变化影响,不仅起到保护养护木器竹器家具的作用,而且还能使整个家庭生活变得更加舒适。现有的家具表面处理涂料种类繁多,但都存在这样那样的问题,比如使用不环保的材料,如使用苯酚类作溶剂,将严重影响人体的健康,甚至致癌,还存在着容易发黄发脆、容易剥落,防滑隔热效果差等问题。
发明内容
为了解决当前技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种用于家具表面处理的涂料,对家具表面具有很强的附着力,该涂料防火、防虫、隔热、防滑,耐腐蚀、耐高温、耐冲击强度高,可以延长家具使用寿命3-5年。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于家具表面处理的涂料,按照重量份计由以下成分组成:PTFE树脂40-45份、高密度聚乙烯树脂30-35份、溶剂20-25份、防老剂0.8-1.0份、流平剂0.6-0.8份、抗紫外线吸收剂0.5-0.7份、固化剂0.3-0.5份、消泡剂0.2-0.4份、固化剂促进剂0.15-0.2份,所述溶剂按照重量份计由以下成分组成:醋酸甲酯8-10份、乙酸异丁酯7-9份、醋酸丁酯6-8份、异丙醇6-7份。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,所述防老剂为二氢喹啉;抗紫外线吸收剂为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯;固化剂为邻苯二甲胺;固化促进剂为2-乙基咪唑;流平剂、消泡剂为通用制剂。
一种用于家具表面处理的涂料的制备方法为:
(1)在反应釜中加入所述重量份的PTFE树脂、高密度聚乙烯树脂、4/5溶剂、防老剂、流平剂、抗紫外线吸收剂、消泡剂,搅拌速度为1200-1500rpm,搅拌时间为30-40min,得混合物料A;
(2)另取一反应釜加入所述重量份的固化剂、固化促进剂、1/5溶剂,搅拌速度为600-800rpm,搅拌时间为20-30min,得混合物料B;
(3)在搅拌速度为500-600rpm下,将B缓慢加入到A中,继续在速度为600-800rpm下搅拌30min 至A 与B混合均匀;
(4)将上述混合物用100-120目过滤网过滤后装桶即得。
本发明的有益效果:本发明技术方案制得的用于家具表面处理的涂料与现有同类涂料比较主要改进是:1.使用了PTFE树脂,与木材具有很好的亲和性,增加涂层间的附着力,进而提高了涂层在木材上的耐腐蚀性;2.高密度聚乙烯为无毒、无味、无臭颗粒,加入防老剂和抗紫外线吸收剂具有耐腐蚀性、耐热性、抗湿性、耐磨损性、不粘性;3.助剂的使用,提高了各组分在涂料体系中的相容性,提高了涂料的整体性能,提高了涂层抵御腐蚀蔓延的能力,该涂料防火、防虫、隔热、防滑,耐腐蚀、耐高温、耐冲击强度高,可以延长家具使用寿命3-5年,并且该涂料无毒、无味、无害,作为木质家具涂料具有很强的保护效果。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种用于家具表面处理的涂料,按照重量份计由以下成分组成:PTFE树脂40份、高密度聚乙烯树脂30份、溶剂20份、防老剂0.8份、流平剂0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂0.5份、固化剂0.3份、消泡剂0.2份、固化剂促进剂0.15份,所述溶剂按照重量份计由以下成分组成:醋酸甲酯8份、乙酸异丁酯7份、醋酸丁酯6份、异丙醇6份。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,所述防老剂为二氢喹啉;抗紫外线吸收剂为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯;固化剂为邻苯二甲胺;固化促进剂为2-乙基咪唑;流平剂、消泡剂为常见使用成分。
一种用于家具表面处理的涂料的制备方法为:
(1)在反应釜中加入所述重量份的PTFE树脂、高密度聚乙烯树脂、4/5溶剂、防老剂、流平剂、抗紫外线吸收剂、消泡剂,搅拌速度为1200rpm,搅拌时间为30min,得混合物料A;

(3)在搅拌速度为500rpm下,将B缓慢加入到A中,继续在速度为600rpm下搅拌30min 至A 与B混合均匀;
(4)将上述混合物用100目过滤网过滤后装桶即得。
实施例2
一种用于家具表面处理的涂料,按照重量份计由以下成分组成:PTFE树脂42份、高密度聚乙烯树脂32份、溶剂22份、防老剂0.9份、流平剂0.7份、抗紫外线吸收剂0.6份、固化剂0.4份、消泡剂0.3份、固化剂促进剂0.18份,所述溶剂按照重量份计由以下成分组成:醋酸甲酯9份、乙酸异丁酯8份、醋酸丁酯7份、异丙醇6.5份。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,所述防老剂为二氢喹啉;抗紫外线吸收剂为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯;固化剂为邻苯二甲胺;固化促进剂为2-乙基咪唑;流平剂、消泡剂为常见使用成分。
一种用于家具表面处理的涂料的制备方法为:
(1)在反应釜中加入所述重量份的PTFE树脂、高密度聚乙烯树脂、4/5溶剂、防老剂、流平剂、抗紫外线吸收剂、消泡剂,搅拌速度为1300rpm,搅拌时间为35min,得混合物料A;
(2)另取一反应釜加入所述重量份的固化剂、固化促进剂、1/5溶剂,搅拌速度为700rpm,搅拌时间为25min,得混合物料B;
(3)在搅拌速度为550rpm下,将B缓慢加入到A中,继续在速度为700rpm下搅拌30min 至A 与B混合均匀;
(4)将上述混合物用110目过滤网过滤后装桶即得。
实施例3
一种用于家具表面处理的涂料,按照重量份计由以下成分组成:PTFE树脂45份、高密度聚乙烯树脂35份、溶剂25份、防老剂1.0份、流平剂0.8份、抗紫外线吸收剂0.7份、固化剂0.5份、消泡剂0.4份、固化剂促进剂0.2份,所述溶剂按照重量份计由以下成分组成:醋酸甲酯10份、乙酸异丁酯9份、醋酸丁酯8份、异丙醇7份。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,所述防老剂为二氢喹啉;抗紫外线吸收剂为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯;固化剂为邻苯二甲胺;固化促进剂为2-乙基咪唑;流平剂、消泡剂为常见使用成分。
一种用于家具表面处理的涂料的制备方法为:
(1)在反应釜中加入所述重量份的PTFE树脂、高密度聚乙烯树脂、4/5溶剂、防老剂、流平剂、抗紫外线吸收剂、消泡剂,搅拌速度为1500rpm,搅拌时间为40min,得混合物料A;
(2)另取一反应釜加入所述重量份的固化剂、固化促进剂、1/5溶剂,搅拌速度为800rpm,搅拌时间为30min,得混合物料B;
(3)在搅拌速度为600rpm下,将B缓慢加入到A中,继续在速度为800rpm下搅拌30min 至A 与B混合均匀;
(4)将上述混合物用120目过滤网过滤后装桶即得。
对照试验
用现有的普通家具表面处理涂料作为对照组。
将实施例和对照组的涂料进行耐腐蚀性能和力学性能测试:
(1)介质浸泡法:将上述涂料涂布在木材上,每种涂料做成20个涂漆试样,浸泡在质量浓度为35%的浓盐酸(或质量浓度为40%的氢氧化钠)中,测定浸泡到涂层破坏失效至一定程度需要的时间;
(2)醋酸盐雾试验:每种涂料做成20个涂漆试样,试样放在盐雾箱内被试表面朝上,让盐雾自由沉降在被试表面上,试验周期为:4、8、24、48、96、144、240、360、480、720h
(3)参照国标GB528-91 检测防腐蚀涂料的力学性能
试验结果如下:其中耐腐蚀性能测试中,采用本发明方法制成的试样没有受到明显影响,而对照组出现了失光、脱落、变色、起泡、软化、附着力下降等现象;在力学实验中结果如下表:
表中数据均为平均值。
从以上试验中,可以看出本发明方法比现有技术具有突出的防腐蚀和力学性能,充分发挥了该配方的作用,延长了家具的使用年限,极具有市场前景。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于家具表面处理的涂料,其特征在于,按照重量份计由以下成分组成:PTFE树脂40-45份、高密度聚乙烯树脂30-35份、溶剂20-25份、防老剂0.8-1.0份、流平剂0.6-0.8份、抗紫外线吸收剂0.5-0.7份、固化剂0.3-0.5份、消泡剂0.2-0.4份、固化剂促进剂0.15-0.2份,所述溶剂按照重量份计由以下成分组成:醋酸甲酯8-10份、乙酸异丁酯7-9份、醋酸丁酯6-8份、异丙醇6-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于家具表面处理的涂料,其特征在于,所述防老剂为二氢喹啉;抗紫外线吸收剂为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯;固化剂为邻苯二甲胺;固化促进剂为2-乙基咪唑。
3.一种权利要求1所述的一种用于家具表面处理的涂料的制备方法为:
(1)在反应釜中加入所述重量份的PTFE树脂、高密度聚乙烯树脂、4/5溶剂、防老剂、流平剂、抗紫外线吸收剂、消泡剂,搅拌速度为1200-1500rpm,搅拌时间为30-40min,得混合物料A;
(2)另取一反应釜加入所述重量份的固化剂、固化促进剂、1/5溶剂,搅拌速度为600-800rpm,搅拌时间为20-30min,得混合物料B;
(3)在搅拌速度为500-600rpm下,将B缓慢加入到A中,继续在速度为600-800rpm下搅拌30min 至A 与B混合均匀;
(4)将上述混合物用100-120目过滤网过滤后装桶即得。
