本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PVC树脂30‑50份、SEBS树脂10‑15份、领苯二甲酸二丁酯9‑11份、硬脂酸1‑5份、3‑氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷2‑4份、偏苯三酸三辛酯1‑5份、抗氧化剂0.4‑0.8份和阻燃剂4‑10份。本发明一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料制备过程简单,原料选取合理,耐腐蚀耐老化,使用寿命长,且具备一定的阻燃防水性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料配方。
背景技术
电线电缆用以传输电(磁)能,信息和实现电磁能转换的线材产品,广义的电线电缆亦简称为电缆,狭义的电缆是指绝缘电缆,它可定义为:由下列部分组成的集合体;一根或多根绝缘线芯,以及它们各自可能具有的包覆层,总保护层及外护层,电缆亦可有附加的没有绝缘的导体。用以传输电(磁)能,信息和实现电磁能转换的线材产品。
随着社会的进步,对电线电缆的要求也随着提高,很多电线电缆在特殊环境下也会被应用到,而耐腐蚀的电缆料可以保证揽芯不受影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料配方,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PVC树脂30-50份、、SEBS树脂10-15份、领苯二甲酸二丁酯9-11份、硬脂酸1-5份、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-4份、偏苯三酸三辛酯1-5份、抗氧化剂0.4-0.8份和阻燃剂4-10份。
上述一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PVC树脂30-48份、、SEBS树脂10-14份、领苯二甲酸二丁酯9-10份、硬脂酸1-4份、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-3份、偏苯三酸三辛酯1-4份、抗氧化剂0.4-0.6份和阻燃剂4-8份。
上述一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PVC树脂40份、、SEBS树脂13份、领苯二甲酸二丁酯10份、硬脂酸3份、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷3份、偏苯三酸三辛酯3份、抗氧化剂0.6份和阻燃剂7份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料制备过程简单,原料选取合理,耐腐蚀耐老化,使用寿命长,且具备一定的阻燃防水性能。

一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PVC树脂30份、、SEBS树脂10份、领苯二甲酸二丁酯9份、硬脂酸1份、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷2份、偏苯三酸三辛酯1份、抗氧化剂0.4份和阻燃剂4份。
实施例2
一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PVC树脂50份、、SEBS树脂15份、领苯二甲酸二丁酯11份、硬脂酸5份、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷4份、偏苯三酸三辛酯5份、抗氧化剂0.8份和阻燃剂10份。
实施例3
一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PVC树脂40份、、SEBS树脂13份、领苯二甲酸二丁酯10份、硬脂酸3份、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷3份、偏苯三酸三辛酯3份、抗氧化剂0.6份和阻燃剂7份。
本发明一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料制备过程简单,原料选取合理,耐腐蚀耐老化,使用寿命长,且具备一定的阻燃防水性能。

1.一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料配方,其特种在于,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PVC树脂30-50份、、SEBS树脂10-15份、领苯二甲酸二丁酯9-11份、硬脂酸1-5份、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-4份、偏苯三酸三辛酯1-5份、抗氧化剂0.4-0.8份和阻燃剂4-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料配方,其特种在于,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PVC树脂30-48份、、SEBS树脂10-14份、领苯二甲酸二丁酯9-10份、硬脂酸1-4份、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-3份、偏苯三酸三辛酯1-4份、抗氧化剂0.4-0.6份和阻燃剂4-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种耐腐蚀特种电缆料配方,其特种在于,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PVC树脂40份、、SEBS树脂13份、领苯二甲酸二丁酯10份、硬脂酸3份、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷3份、偏苯三酸三辛酯3份、抗氧化剂0.6份和阻燃剂7份。
