本发明公开了一种防潮耐腐蚀电缆绝缘层配方,各组分所占份量如下:稳定剂20-30份、硬钡25-28份、脂蜡酸35-50份、硬蜡10-26份、氯化铵8-20份、氟橡胶28-35份、碳酸钙10-20份、石蜡30-35份、黄磷和树脂8-12份,高岭土16-30份、对苯32-38份、液体蜡28-30份、硼酸钠10-20份,氯化镁10-20份,钛白粉18-20份。本发明具有材料搭配合理和制造成本低等优点,具有提高电缆防潮绝缘耐腐蚀度功能,延长了电缆的使用寿命,为机器设备、通信等的正常使用提供了保障。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防潮耐腐蚀电缆绝缘层配方。
背景技术
电缆在人们的实际生活中使用的较为普遍,目前的电缆种类有电力电缆、控制电
缆、补偿电缆、屏蔽电缆、高温电缆、计算机电缆、信号电缆、同轴电缆、耐火电缆、船用电缆和铝合金电缆等。它们都是由单股或多股导线和绝缘层组成,用来连接电路、电器等,实现张弛有度,从而为设备以及通信提供了保障。而现有的电缆材料由于本身配料搭配不合理,使得制造出的电缆寿命较低。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。

为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防潮耐腐蚀电缆绝缘层配方。
一种防潮耐腐蚀电缆绝缘层配方,各组分所占份量如下:稳定剂20-30份、硬钡25-28份、脂蜡酸35-50份、硬蜡10-26份、氯化铵8-20份、氟橡胶28-35份、碳酸钙10-20份、石蜡30-35份、黄磷和树脂8-12份,高岭土16-30份、对苯32-38份、液体蜡28-30份、硼酸钠10-20份,氯化镁10-20份,钛白粉18-20份。

本发明的有益效果:本发明具有材料搭配合理和制造成本低等优点,具有提高电缆绝缘耐腐蚀度功能,延长了电缆的使用寿命,为机器设备、通信等的正常使用提供了保障。具有防冰雪粘附的效果,可应用于电线电缆、室外设备、气管道的表面防腐蚀、表面自洁以及防冰雪粘附的功能。
