技术领域
本发明涉及一种绝缘油。
背景技术
电力绝缘油通常由深度精制的润滑油基础油加入抗氧剂调制而成。主要用作电器设备的电介质。电器绝缘油的主要性能是低温性能、氧化安定性和介质损失。低温性能是指在低温条件下,油在电器设备中能自动对流,导出热量和瞬间切断电弧电流所必需的流动性。一般均要求电器绝缘油倾点低和低温时粘度较小。在电器设备中,油长时间地受到电场作用下的热和氧的作用而氧化。加入抗氧剂和金属钝化剂的油品,其氧化安定性较好。介质损失是反映油品在交流电场下其介质损耗的程度,一般以介质损耗角(δ)的正切值(tanδ)表示。一般,变压器油在90℃时测得的介质损失应低于0.5%。环烷基油因倾点低,低温流动性好,电气性能好,热安定性和导热性好,是制造电器用油的良好材料。目前,市场上常见的电力绝缘油各项指标均不足。

本发明的目的是克服现有产品中的不足,提供一种绝缘油。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种绝缘油,所述绝缘油由按重量份数配比的合成基础油700~800份、氢氧化钠130~140份、EDTA 200~240份、环烷酸100~130份、磷酸酯30~40份、亚硝酸钠10~18份、三乙醇胺130~140份、苯骈三氮唑0.5份、植酸10份组成。
