Abstract

一种表面加硬聚碳酸酯光学球罩的制备方法,其要点在于其制备步骤为:1.1配置硬化液,它的配方如下:烷氧基硅烷及其组合物100~150份、去离子水20~50份、催化剂0.1份~10份、流平剂2~10份、粘结剂5~15份、固化剂5~10份、溶剂200~500份;1.2球罩退火消除内应力;1.3球罩的表面清洗;1.4干燥;1.5经过干燥的PC光学球罩平放在托盘上,将配置好的硬化液自球罩上部淋下,待球罩外表面完全浸润后,将托盘放置烘箱中,110-120℃下加热25-30min,得到的球罩透光率91.2%,表面铅笔硬度HB。本发明的优点在于制作过程简单,成本低,光学球罩表面硬度得以有效提高。

Description

一种表面加硬聚碳酸酯光学球罩的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于光学球罩的制备方法,尤其涉及聚碳酸酯光学球罩的制备方法。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯(简称PC)是分子链中含有碳酸酯基的高分子聚合物,由于具有质轻、无色透明、耐热、抗冲击、机械性能良好、易于成型并适合大批量生产等特点,被广泛应用于光学领域。在摄像机镜头或者监控探头外部加装PC球罩,可以在不影响成像质量的前提下有效地保护摄像机镜头或者监控探头。
但是PC质软(低于6B的铅笔硬度)造成PC制品极易刮伤,并因此影响到制品的透明性。目前解决质软常用的方法为:采用光学镀膜方法来增强其表面硬度,光学镀膜成本高,且由于球罩不是平面,极难镀均匀,次品率高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述聚碳酸酯制作球罩过程中存在的缺点,提供一种能增加聚碳酸酯球罩表面硬度的涂料及其制作方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案为一种表面加硬聚碳酸酯光学球罩的制备方法,其要点在于其制备步骤为:1.1配置硬化液,它的配方如下:烷氧基硅烷及其组合物100~150份、去离子水20~50份、催化剂0.1份~10份、流平剂2~10份、粘结剂5~15份、固化剂5~10份、溶剂200~500份;
1.2光学球罩退火消除内应力;
1.3光学球罩的表面清洗,除去表面的灰尘、脱模剂和油脂;
1.4光学球罩的干燥;
1.5经过干燥的PC光学球罩平放在托盘上,将配置好的硬化液自球罩上部淋下,待球罩外表面完全浸润后,将托盘放置烘箱中,110-120℃下加热25-30min,得到的球罩透光率91.2%,表面铅笔硬度HB。
所述的烷氧基硅烷及其组合物是甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)、正硅酸已酯(TEOS)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)的混合物,混合比为:甲基三甲氧基硅烷:正硅酸已酯:γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为1:2-3:2-2.5。
所述的催化剂是1mol/L的盐酸。
所述的溶剂是指1:1的乙醇/异丙醇溶液。乙醇多了溶剂沸点低,挥发太快,容易发生麻点、影响透光性。异丙醇多了会影响透光率和力学性能,甚至引起环境应力开裂。
所述的粘结剂是水性聚氨酯Sancure825。可增加硬化层的附着力。现有技术附着力不好、空气湿度变化时容易形成“彩虹”。
所述的流平剂是Dynol 604。604是一款性能优异的非离子表面活性剂,可以增加硬化液的流平性和浸润性。
所述的固化剂是二月硅酸二丁基锡。
1.1中硬化液的配置过程为:将甲基三甲氧基硅烷:正硅酸已酯:γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合,混合比为:1:2-3:2-2.5制成的烷氧基硅烷组合物100~150份和去离子水20~50份加入容器中,持续搅拌下加入1mol/l的盐酸0.1份~10份,调节ph值到1.5-2.5,随后加入200~500份按1:1制成的乙醇/异丙醇溶液, 2~10份Dynol 604、5~15份sancure825、5~10份二月硅酸二丁基锡,搅拌至澄清,静置2h。
本发明的优点在于制作过程简单,成本低,光学球罩表面硬度得以有效提高。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明进行详细的描述,所列举的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明
一种表面加硬聚碳酸酯光学球罩的制备方法,其要点在于其制备步骤为:1.1配置硬化液,它的配方如下:烷氧基硅烷及其组合物100~150份、去离子水20~50份、催化剂0.1份~10份、流平剂2~10份、粘结剂5~15份、固化剂5~10份、溶剂200~500份;
1.2光学球罩退火消除内应力;
1.3光学球罩的表面清洗,除去表面的灰尘、脱模剂和油脂;
1.4光学球罩的干燥;
1.5在百级洁净度的无尘室中,控制空气湿度在50%RH以下,经过干燥的PC光学球罩平放在托盘上,将配置好的硬化液自球罩上部淋下,待球罩外表面完全浸润后,将托盘放置烘箱中,110-120℃下加热25-30min,使表面涂层固化,即得。得到的球罩透光率91.2%,表面铅笔硬度HB。
所述的烷氧基硅烷及其组合物是甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)、正硅酸已酯(TEOS)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)的混合物,混合比为:甲基三甲氧基硅烷:正硅酸已酯:γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为1:2-3:2-2.5。
催化剂是1mol/L的盐酸。溶剂是指1:1的乙醇/异丙醇溶液。乙醇多了溶剂沸点低,挥发太快,容易发生麻点、影响透光性。异丙醇多了会影响透光率和力学性能,甚至引起环境应力开裂。

1.1中硬化液的配置过程为:将甲基三甲氧基硅烷:正硅酸已酯:γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合,混合比为:1:2-3:2-2.5制成的烷氧基硅烷组合物100~150份和去离子水20~50份加入容器中,持续搅拌下加入1mol/l的盐酸0.1份~10份,调节ph值到1.5-2.5,随后加入200~500份按1:1制成的乙醇/异丙醇溶液, 2~10份Dynol 604、5~15份sancure825、5~10份二月硅酸二丁基锡,搅拌至澄清,静置2h。
实施例1
硬化液的配置:将100g MTMS、250g TEOS、200g KH570、120g去离子水加入容器中,持续搅拌下缓慢加入10g 1mol/l的盐酸,调节ph值到2左右,随后加入800g 异丙醇、800g乙醇、30g sancure825、13g Dynol 604,28g二月硅酸二丁基锡,搅拌至澄清,静置2h,备用。
光学球罩退火消除内应力:注塑成型聚碳酸酯光学球罩后,置于110℃~120℃烘箱中0.5~2h,关闭烘箱电源,使球罩在烘箱内冷却至室温;
光学球罩的表面清洗,除去表面的灰尘、脱模剂和油脂,将退火后的光学球罩经过6槽超声清洗,除去表面的灰尘和脱模剂等油脂,其中,1~2#槽为浓度为3%的CHALLENGE 810S水溶液,温度为室温;3~6#槽为纯水,其中3、4#槽水温40℃~50℃;5#槽水温50℃~60℃、6#槽60℃~70℃,沥干;
光学球罩的干燥:将超声清洗后的球罩置于60℃~80℃的烘箱中干燥20~60min;
经过干燥的PC光学球罩平放在托盘上,将配置好的硬化液自球罩上部淋下,待球罩外表面完全浸润后,将托盘放置烘箱中,120℃下加热30min,得到的球罩透光率91.2%,表面铅笔硬度HB。
实施例2
100g MTMS、250g TEOS、250g KH570、200g去离子水加入容器中,持续搅拌下缓慢加入1mol/l的盐酸,调节ph值到2.3左右,随后加入900g 异丙醇、900g乙醇、50g sancure825、30g Dynol 604,40g二月硅酸二丁基锡,搅拌至澄清,静置2h,备用。
经过干燥的PC光学球罩平放在托盘上,将配置好的硬化液自球罩上部淋下,待球罩外表面完全浸润后,将托盘放置烘箱中,120℃下加热30min,得到的球罩透光率超过91.2%,表面铅笔硬度HB。其余未述部分与上例相同。

1.一种表面加硬聚碳酸酯光学球罩的制备方法,其特征在于其制备步骤为:
1.1配置硬化液,它的配方如下:
烷氧基硅烷及其组合物100~150份、去离子水20~50份、催化剂0.1份~10份、流平剂2~10份、粘结剂5~15份、固化剂5~10份、溶剂200~500份;
1.2光学球罩退火消除内应力;
1.3光学球罩的表面清洗,除去表面的灰尘、脱模剂和油脂;
1.4光学球罩的干燥;
1.5经过干燥的PC光学球罩平放在托盘上,将配置好的硬化液自球罩上部淋下,待球罩外表面完全浸润后,将托盘放置烘箱中,110-120℃下加热25-30min,得到的球罩透光率91.2%,表面铅笔硬度HB。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面加硬聚碳酸酯光学球罩的制备方法,其特征在于所述的烷氧基硅烷及其组合物是甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)、正硅酸已酯(TEOS)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)的混合物,混合比为:甲基三甲氧基硅烷:正硅酸已酯:γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为1:2-3:2-2.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚碳酸酯光学球罩表面加硬的涂料,其特征在于所述的催化剂是1mol/L的盐酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚碳酸酯光学球罩表面加硬的涂料,其特征在于所述的粘结剂是水性聚氨酯Sancure825。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚碳酸酯光学球罩表面加硬的涂料,其特征在于所述的流平剂是Dynol 604。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚碳酸酯光学球罩表面加硬的涂料,其特征在于所述的固化剂是二月硅酸二丁基锡。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚碳酸酯光学球罩表面加硬的涂料,其特征在于所述的溶剂是指1:1的乙醇/异丙醇溶液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚碳酸酯光学球罩表面加硬的涂料,其特征在于硬化液的配置过程为:将甲基三甲氧基硅烷:正硅酸已酯:γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合,混合比为:1:2-3:2-2.5制成的烷氧基硅烷组合物100~150份和去离子水20~50份加入容器中,持续搅拌下加入1mol/l的盐酸0.1份~10份,调节ph值到1.5-2.5,随后加入200~500份按1:1制成的乙醇/异丙醇溶液, 2~10份Dynol 604、5~15份sancure825、5~10份二月硅酸二丁基锡,搅拌至澄清,静置2h。
