本发明涉及一种真空开关管用陶瓷上釉工艺,属于陶瓷上釉技术领域。其通过烘干、上釉、烧釉、磨加工和清洗制备得到产品上釉后的真空开关管。本发明操作简单方便,能够全自动喷釉,有效控制釉水层的厚度,避免釉水过多导致产品粘结。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空开关管用陶瓷上釉工艺,属于陶瓷上釉技术领域。
背景技术
陶瓷的工艺流程分为练泥、拉坯、印坯、利坯、晒坯、刻花、施釉、烧窑等十几道工序。釉有很多种,以石英、长石、硼砂、黏土等为原料制成的物质,涂在瓷器、陶器的表面进行烧制。在烧制好的毛坯上涂覆上一层玻璃质的釉层,主要起到保护和装饰作用。常用的几种上釉方法如下:
1、浸釉法:这种上釉的方法,就是可以把釉药很均匀的敷于坯体表面,即使再复杂的形体也不例外。同时具备了省时,和容易操作的好处。但是,在使用这种方法时,为了使坯体能整个的浸入釉浆中,需要较多量的釉浆,因此并不适用与大型坯体。
2、淋釉法:如果坯体较大,在采用浸釉法上釉时,势必会遇到容器体积不够大,或是操作程序上的困难。而上釉者又希望能够在短时间内,以不太费事的方法,得到釉层均匀的效果;此时,便可以采用淋釉法来上釉了。同时,淋釉法更能制造出具有流动感的特殊效果,是一种广被先民所采用的上釉法。
3、刷釉法:这种上釉法,最适合于小面积的涂布,或是用釉色来作画时采用,但也同样的可用于制造特殊效果。可是在选择刷釉的工具时,最好选择能吸附较多釉浆的羊毫毛笔。
4、喷釉法:这种方法将要施釉的陶坯,置于转盘之上,施釉者在边规律性的转动转盘时,边以喷雾器将釉浆直接喷射於陶坯上的方法,即是喷釉法。
釉因其具有良好的光滑度已广泛用于人们日产生活中,但是大多使用手工喷釉,陶瓷表面的釉水层多有不均匀现象,釉表面容易出现裂纹,釉表面不平整,易出现流挂,同时,烧结时由于温度不均,导致釉面起泡、真空开关管陶瓷产品变形等缺陷,其所得产品质量普遍不高,甚至导致产品报废。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种真空开关管用陶瓷的上釉工艺,此种方法方便便捷,保持釉水层一致性,提高产品的合格率。
本发明的技术方案,真空开关管用陶瓷上釉工艺,步骤如下:
(1)烘干:将产品真空开关管进行清洗后,随后对其烘干,使其表面温度为280~320℃;
(2)上釉:配置釉水如下:取85~90份的长石,1~5份氧化硅和8~12份去离子水,充分搅拌均匀制成釉水,使用上釉设备在步骤(1)所得真空开关管的陶瓷表面喷洒100~500nm的釉水层;
上釉过程,产品装载在工位上,工作台自动旋转,设备外沿装有天然气燃烧炉用以加热工件外部,通过设备程序控制计算时间,当产品旋转到喷枪所在位置的时候产品表面达到上釉工艺所需的温度,然后进行喷釉,上釉完成后在上料工位下料。
(3)烧釉:
①将步骤(2)所得上釉后的真空开关管陶瓷体放置在窑车上的承烧板上,产品可叠加,陶瓷体的顶端面距离炉膛顶部为30~50mm;
②窑车从升温区经过加热区推向冷却区,加热区的温度控制在1250~1550℃,推进速度10~15mm/min,通过升温区的总耗时控制在10~15h,通过加热区的总耗时控制在2~6h,通过冷却区的总耗时控制在8~15h,得到烧结后的真空开关管;
(4)磨加工:使用双端面磨床研磨步骤(3)所得真空开关管陶瓷两端,使得端面粗糙度控制在1.2~1.8nm;
(5)清洗:将步骤(4)研磨后的真空开关管放入水中,使用超声波清洗1~2小时,超声频率为20-40Hz。
步骤(2)所述长石的粒径为2~3nm;氧化铝的粒径为1.5~3nm。
步骤(3)所述烧结过后真空开关管的釉层厚度为50~250nm。
步骤(4)所述双端面磨床的砂轮为180~220目。
本发明的有益效果:本发明操作简单方便,能够全自动喷釉,有效控制釉水层的厚度,避免釉水过多导致产品粘结。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)烘干:将清洗后的产品烘干,表面温度为280℃;
(2)上釉:85份的长石(粒径2nm),1份氧化铝(粒径1.5nm),8份去离子水搅拌制成釉水,使用全自动上釉设备在陶瓷表面喷洒100nm的釉水层;
(3)烧釉:
①将上釉后的陶瓷体放置在窑车上的承烧板上,产品可叠加,陶瓷体的顶端面距离炉膛顶部为30mm;
②窑车从升温区经过加热区推向冷却区,加热区的温度控制在1250℃,推进速度10mm/min,通过升温区的总耗时控制在10h,通过加热区的总耗时控制在2h,通过冷却区的总耗时控制在8h;
③烧结过后的釉层50nm;
(4)磨加工:使用双端面磨床(砂轮180目)研磨陶瓷两端,端面粗糙度控制在1.2nm;
(5)清洗:研磨后的产品放入水中,使用超声波清洗1小时。
实施例2
(1)烘干:将清洗后的产品烘干,表面温度为300℃;
(2)上釉:88份的长石(粒径3nm),2份氧化铝(粒径3nm),10份去离子水搅拌制成釉水,使用全自动上釉设备在陶瓷表面喷洒300nm的釉水层;
(3)烧釉:
①将上釉后的陶瓷体放置在窑车上的承烧板上,产品可叠加,陶瓷体的顶端面距离炉膛顶部为35mm;
②窑车从升温区经过加热区推向冷却区,加热区的温度控制在1400℃,推进速度12mm/min,通过升温区的总耗时控制在12h,通过加热区的总耗时控制在2h,通过冷却区的总耗时控制在10h;
③烧结过后的釉层100nm;
(4)磨加工:使用双端面磨床(砂轮200目)研磨陶瓷两端,端面粗糙度控制在1.6nm;
(5)清洗:研磨后的产品放入水中,使用超声波清洗1.5小时。
实施例3
(1)烘干:将清洗后的产品烘干,表面温度为320℃;
(2)上釉:90份的长石(粒径2.8nm),5份氧化铝(粒径2.6nm),12份去离子水搅拌制成釉水,使用全自动上釉设备在陶瓷表面喷洒500nm的釉水层;
(3)烧釉:
①将上釉后的陶瓷体放置在窑车上的承烧板上,产品可叠加,陶瓷体的顶端面距离炉膛顶部为50mm;
②窑车从升温区经过加热区推向冷却区,加热区的温度控制在1550℃,推进速度15mm/min,通过升温区的总耗时控制在15h,通过加热区的总耗时控制在6h,通过冷却区的总耗时控制在15h;
③烧结过后的釉层250nm;
(4)磨加工:使用双端面磨床(砂轮220目)研磨陶瓷两端,端面粗糙度控制在1.8nm;
(5)清洗:研磨后的产品放入水中,使用超声波清洗2小时。

Claims (4)

1.真空开关管用陶瓷上釉工艺,其特征是步骤如下:
(1)烘干:将产品真空开关管进行清洗后,随后对其烘干,使其表面温度为280~320℃;
(2)上釉:配置釉水如下:取85~90份的长石,1~5份氧化硅和8~12份去离子水,充分搅拌均匀制成釉水,使用上釉设备在步骤(1)所得真空开关管的陶瓷表面喷洒100~500nm的釉水层;
(3)烧釉:
①将步骤(2)所得上釉后的真空开关管陶瓷体放置在窑车上的承烧板上,产品可叠加,陶瓷体的顶端面距离炉膛顶部为30~50mm;
②窑车从升温区经过加热区推向冷却区,加热区的温度控制在1250~1550℃,推进速度10~15mm/min,通过升温区的总耗时控制在10~15h,通过加热区的总耗时控制在2~6h,通过冷却区的总耗时控制在8~15h,得到烧结后的真空开关管;
(4)磨加工:使用双端面磨床研磨步骤(3)所得真空开关管陶瓷两端,使得端面粗糙度控制在1.2~1.8nm;
(5)清洗:将步骤(4)研磨后的真空开关管放入水中,使用超声波清洗1~2小时,超声频率为20-40Hz。
2.如权利要求1所述真空开关管用陶瓷上釉工艺,其特征是:步骤(2)所述长石的粒径为2~3nm;氧化铝的粒径为1.5~3nm。
3.如权利要求1所述真空开关管用陶瓷上釉工艺,其特征是:步骤(3)所述烧结过后真空开关管的釉层厚度为50~250nm。
4.如权利要求1所述真空开关管用陶瓷上釉工艺,其特征是:步骤(4)所述双端面磨床的砂轮为180~220目。
