本发明公开了一种防油厨房专用合成板制备方法,其特征在于,具体的制备工艺步骤如下:按重量份计,取38‑42份废弃木材用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎物放入质量百分数为28‑33%HCl溶液中浸泡2.5‑3.5h,然后洗净用去离子水洗净,与12‑13份无机填料颗粒、4‑5份改性菱沸石粉粒混匀后,于1000‑1100℃下于闪烧窑闪烧2‑4秒,再取出冷却,经过筛孔孔径0.4‑0.6mm筛选后,混合后制得板材主料;本发明采用分层压制方法,板材表面具有防污功能,具有简单、易于工业化、成本低廉,具有防油和防腐的效果,提高了板材使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及合成板领域,具体是一种防油厨房专用合成板制备方法。
背景技术
合成板以木材或其他非木材植物为原料,经一定机械加工分离成各种单元材料后,施加或不施加胶粘剂和其他添加剂胶合而成的板材或模压制品。此外,人造板还可提高木材的综合利用率,1立方米人造板可代替3~5立方米原木使用。市场上出现各种各样材质的人造板材,由于人造板材就是所谓的压缩板,人造板材与原木材的寿命不一样,要想达到原木材一样的效果,首先要降低人造板材在使用的过程中会出现被蛀虫破坏,导致板材不够结实、寿命短,使用起来也不是很方便。对于厨房特殊的使用环境,油烟和湿气很大,容易造成板材出现受潮变形和油污严重现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防油厨房专用合成板制备方法,采用分层压制方法,板材表面具有防污功能,具有简单、易于工业化、成本低廉,具有防油和防腐的效果,提高了板材使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种防油厨房专用合成板制备方法,具体的制备工艺步骤如下:
(1)按重量份计,取38-42份废弃木材用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎物放入质量百分数为28-33%HCl溶液中浸泡2.5-3.5h,然后洗净用去离子水洗净,与12-13份无机填料颗粒、4-5份改性菱沸石粉粒混匀后,于1000-1100℃下于闪烧窑闪烧2-4秒,再取出冷却,经过筛孔孔径0.4-0.6mm筛选后,混合后制得板材主料;
(2)20-23份PVC树脂、5-6份水合碱式碳酸镁、4-5份对苯二甲酸二辛酯超细破碎机粉碎后,然后加入上述粉碎物12-15%的水,然后经成球磨机制成粒径为0.8-1mm的生料球,然后将生料球将温度从常温上升到120℃,用时40-50s;然后将温度从120℃上升到250℃,用时30-40s;最后将温度从250℃上升到350℃,用时40-60s;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的板材主料与0.5-0.9份的固化剂、1.2-1.4份塑化剂充分混合后加入到模具中,采用压制成型的压力为1.5-1.7MPa,得到板材主体,然后再将步骤(2)得到的生球料敷设到板材主体表面,采用成型压力2-2.5MPa,温度为140-150℃,得到板材成品。
步骤(3)中,将步骤(1)得到的板材主料与0.7份的固化剂、1.3份塑化剂充分混合后加入到模具中,采用压制成型的压力为1.6MPa,得到板材主体,然后再将步骤(2)得到的生球料敷设到板材主体表面,采用成型压力2.2MPa,温度为145℃,得到板材成品。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的生球料配方中具有防油成分,在表面形成致密防油层,同时采用包覆板材主体表面的工艺方法,保证了板材主体不进水和不沾油,采用热压法制备,制备方法具有简单、易于工业化、成本低廉,具有防水和耐腐效果,提高了板材使用寿命。
具体实施方式
一种防油厨房专用合成板制备方法,具体的制备工艺步骤如下:
(1)按重量份计,取38-42份废弃木材用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎物放入质量百分数为28-33%HCl溶液中浸泡2.5-3.5h,然后洗净用去离子水洗净,与12-13份无机填料颗粒、4-5份改性菱沸石粉粒混匀后,于1000-1100℃下于闪烧窑闪烧2-4秒,再取出冷却,经过筛孔孔径0.4-0.6mm筛选后,混合后制得板材主料;

1.一种防油厨房专用合成板制备方法,其特征在于,具体的制备工艺步骤如下:
(1)按重量份计,取38-42份废弃木材用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎物放入质量百分数为28-33%HCl溶液中浸泡2.5-3.5h,然后洗净用去离子水洗净,与12-13份无机填料颗粒、4-5份改性菱沸石粉粒混匀后,于1000-1100℃下于闪烧窑闪烧2-4秒,再取出冷却,经过筛孔孔径0.4-0.6mm筛选后,混合后制得板材主料;
(2)20-23份PVC树脂、5-6份水合碱式碳酸镁、4-5份对苯二甲酸二辛酯超细破碎机粉碎后,然后加入上述粉碎物12-15%的水,然后经成球磨机制成粒径为0.8-1mm的生料球,然后将生料球将温度从常温上升到120℃,用时40-50s;然后将温度从120℃上升到250℃,用时30-40s;最后将温度从250℃上升到350℃,用时40-60s;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的板材主料与0.5-0.9份的固化剂、1.2-1.4份塑化剂充分混合后加入到模具中,采用压制成型的压力为1.5-1.7MPa,得到板材主体,然后再将步骤(2)得到的生球料敷设到板材主体表面,采用成型压力2-2.5MPa,温度为140-150℃,得到板材成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防油厨房专用合成板制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,将步骤(1)得到的板材主料与0.7份的固化剂、1.3份塑化剂充分混合后加入到模具中,采用压制成型的压力为1.6MPa,得到板材主体,然后再将步骤(2)得到的生球料敷设到板材主体表面,采用成型压力2.2MPa,温度为145℃,得到板材成品。
