背景技术
实木板材作为建筑材料具有美观、质量轻、抗震的优点,但价格高,隔音效果不及复合木质板材。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是,提供一种隔音木质板及其加工工艺。
为了实现以上发明目的,本发明提供了一种隔音木质板,包括实木层一、复合层和实木层二,实木层一及实木层二均由实木板条顺序拼接而成,复合层由锯末、竹纤维、皮革碎片、玻璃棉、聚苯乙烯树脂、氯丁胶乳液、107胶、903胶按以下配比制成:锯末40-50份,竹纤维15-20份,皮革碎片10-20份,玻璃棉5-10份,聚苯乙烯树脂5-15份,氯丁胶乳液4-7份,107胶4-7份,903胶4-7份。
作为本发明的一种改进,实木层一与复合层之间、实木层二与复合层之间均由粘结剂粘结压合。
作为本发明的一种改进,实木层一及实木层二的厚度均为1cm-3cm。
一种加工如权利要求1所述的隔音木质板的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选料,选取无缺陷的实木板材,裁切成需要的尺寸;
(2)干燥,将实木板材送入温度为140-160℃、压力为0.05-0.1兆帕的真空干燥窑内干燥,含水率低于18%后取出,静置10-20天;
(3)刨切,将实木板材切割为宽5cm,厚1cm-3cm的木条;
(4)粘接拼合,将刨切后的木条加粘合剂后拼接粘合成需要的大小;
(5)压实,成实木层一,静置;
(6)重复步骤(1)-(5),成实木层二;
(7)取锯末、竹纤维、皮革碎片,加入2-3%的盐酸水溶液浸泡30分钟后沥干,送入烘干室烘干后取出;
(8)将玻璃棉、聚苯乙烯树脂加入氯丁胶乳液加水搅拌均匀,加热至85-90℃,加热40分钟后静置至室温待用;
(9)将107胶和903胶加水搅拌均匀;
(10)将锯末、竹纤维、皮革碎片的混合物、玻璃棉及聚苯乙烯树脂加入氯丁胶乳液的的水溶液、107胶和903胶的水溶液混合到一起充分搅拌均匀后,加热至100-120℃,30分钟后放入热压装置压制成复合层,复合层的厚度为2-4cm;
(11)实木层一、复合层、实木层二顺序放入热压装置,压合成型;
(12)将成型的木质板放入干燥窑干燥至含水率低于14%。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述步骤(11)中实木层一、复合层、实木层二之间涂覆粘结剂后放入热压装置。
本发明公开了一种隔音木质板及其加工工艺,有益效果是成本低,制造简单,具有良好的隔音效果,吸音性好,可用作隔断墙的材料。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1:
一种隔音木质板,包括实木层一、复合层和实木层二,实木层一及实木层二均由实木板条顺序拼接而成,复合层由锯末、竹纤维、皮革碎片、玻璃棉、聚苯乙烯树脂、氯丁胶乳液、107胶、903胶按以下配比制成:锯末40份,竹纤维15份,皮革碎片20份,玻璃棉5份,聚苯乙烯树脂5份,氯丁胶乳液4份,107胶4份,903胶7份。
实木层一及实木层二的厚度均为1cm。
一种加工如权利要求1所述的隔音木质板的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:

(8)将玻璃棉、聚苯乙烯树脂加入氯丁胶乳液加水搅拌均匀,加热至85-90℃,加热40分钟后静置至室温待用;
(9)将107胶和903胶加水搅拌均匀;
(10)将锯末、竹纤维、皮革碎片的混合物、玻璃棉及聚苯乙烯树脂加入氯丁胶乳液的的水溶液、107胶和903胶的水溶液混合到一起充分搅拌均匀后,加热至100-120℃,30分钟后放入热压装置压制成复合层,复合层的厚度为4cm;
(11)实木层一、复合层、实木层二之间涂覆粘结剂后顺序放入热压装置,压合成型;
(12)将成型的木质板放入干燥窑干燥至含水率低于14%。
本实施例得到的木质板,实测吸声系数为0.7。
实施例2:
一种隔音木质板,包括实木层一、复合层和实木层二,实木层一及实木层二均由实木板条顺序拼接而成,复合层由锯末、竹纤维、皮革碎片、玻璃棉、聚苯乙烯树脂、氯丁胶乳液、107胶、903胶按以下配比制成:锯末45份,竹纤维15份,皮革碎片10份,玻璃棉8份,聚苯乙烯树脂10份,氯丁胶乳液4份,107胶4份,903胶4份。
实木层一及实木层二的厚度均为2cm。
一种加工如权利要求1所述的隔音木质板的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:

本实施例得到的木质板,实测吸音系数为0.8。
实施例3:
一种隔音木质板,包括实木层一、复合层和实木层二,实木层一及实木层二均由实木板条顺序拼接而成,复合层由锯末、竹纤维、皮革碎片、玻璃棉、聚苯乙烯树脂、氯丁胶乳液、107胶、903胶按以下配比制成:锯末50份,竹纤维15份,皮革碎片10份,玻璃棉5份,聚苯乙烯树脂5份,氯丁胶乳液7份,107胶4份,903胶4份。
实木层一及实木层二的厚度均为2.5cm。
一种加工如权利要求1所述的隔音木质板的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选料,选取无缺陷的实木板材,裁切成需要的尺寸;
(2)干燥,将实木板材送入温度为140-160℃、压力为0.05-0.1兆帕的真空干燥窑内干燥,含水率低于18%后取出,静置20天;
(3)刨切,将实木板材切割为宽5cm,厚2.5cm的木条;
(4)粘接拼合,将刨切后的木条加粘合剂后拼接粘合成需要的大小;
(5)压实,成实木层一,静置;
(6)重复步骤(1)-(5),成实木层二;
(7)取锯末、竹纤维、皮革碎片,加入2-3%的盐酸水溶液浸泡30分钟后沥干,送入烘干室烘干后取出;
(8)将玻璃棉、聚苯乙烯树脂加入氯丁胶乳液加水搅拌均匀,加热至85-90℃,加热40分钟后静置至室温待用;
(9)将107胶和903胶加水搅拌均匀;
(10)将锯末、竹纤维、皮革碎片的混合物、玻璃棉及聚苯乙烯树脂加入氯丁胶乳液的的水溶液、107胶和903胶的水溶液混合到一起充分搅拌均匀后,加热至100-120℃,30分钟后放入热压装置压制成复合层,复合层的厚度为2cm;;
(11)实木层一、复合层、实木层二之间涂覆粘结剂后顺序放入热压装置,压合成型;
(12)将成型的木质板放入干燥窑干燥至含水率低于14%。
本实施例得到的木质板,实测吸音系数为0.75。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音木质板,其特征在于:实木层一与复合层之间、实木层二与复合层之间均由粘结剂粘结压合。

(11)实木层一、复合层、实木层二顺序放入热压装置,压合成型;
(12)将成型的木质板放入干燥窑干燥至含水率低于14%。
