本发明涉及瓦楞纸板分切技术领域,是针对现有的瓦楞纸分切切口不平整而提供的一种瓦楞纸板专用带齿的鹰嘴刃和平口刃螺旋转横切刀组。包括上切刀组件及下切刀组件,下切刀组件包括下刀体,下刀体直接固定在机架上或通过装置间接固定在机架上,所述的上切刀组件包括上刀体及固定上刀体的转轴,上刀体直接与转轴固定或通过辊筒与转轴固定,转轴可相对机架做旋转运动,转轴传动连接驱动转轴转动的驱动装置,在所述的上刀体的刀刃口部间隔一定距离设置有间隙。本发明保证了瓦楞纸板切口平整美观,更提高了生产效率,提高了企业的市场竞争力,减少了二次加工的纸板边料对环境的污染,提高了纸的利用率,节能减排,绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸板专用带齿的鹰嘴刃和平口刃螺旋转横切刀组技术领域。
背景技术
现有瓦楞纸分切是通过一种上下挤切的方式对瓦楞纸的瓦楞中空部分压塌产品切口不平整,在后续制箱过程中不便于纸箱加工甚至还会二次对切口的加工,造成生产成本的增加和不便,因此迫切需要开发一种切口平整的瓦楞纸专用分切装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的瓦楞纸分切切口不平整而提供的一种瓦楞纸板专用带齿的鹰嘴刃和平口刃螺旋转横切刀组。
本发明解决上述技术问题采取的技术方案为:
瓦楞纸板横切刀组,包括上切刀组件及下切刀组件,下切刀组件包括下刀体,下刀体直接固定在机架上或通过装置间接固定在机架上,所述的上切刀组件包括上刀体及固定上刀体的转轴,上刀体直接与转轴固定或通过辊筒与转轴固定,转轴可相对机架做旋转运动,转轴传动连接驱动转轴转动的驱动装置,在所述的上刀体的刀刃口部间隔一定距离设置有间隙。
所述的上刀体刀刃的端部为向一侧翘起的尖锐结构,翘起侧与刀刃表面形成向下凹陷的结构,对应的,所述的下刀体刀刃的端部为向一侧翘起的尖锐结构,翘起侧与刀刃表面形成向下凹陷的结构。
所述的上刀体和下刀体整体均为一平板结构。
所述的各刀体的刀刃部分采用高速钢或硬质合金材质制成,刀刃与刀体之间焊接为一体。
在各刀体上设有圆孔形安装端或长槽形安装端。
刀体的前端部与后侧之间形成一斜面。

本发明产品主要采用镶焊高速钢或硬质合金的鹰嘴刀刃和平口刀刃的螺旋转横切方式,让瓦楞纸板的瓦楞中空部分在裁切的过程中不至变形压塌,保证了瓦楞纸板切口平整美观,更提高了生产效率,提高了企业的市场竞争力,减少了二次加工的纸板边料对环境的污染,提高了纸的利用率,节能减排,绿色环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一
如图1-图4所示的瓦楞纸板横切刀组,包括上切刀组件及下切刀组件,下切刀组件包括下刀体1,下刀体直接固定在机架上或通过装置间接固定在机架上,所述的上切刀组件包括上刀体2及固定上刀体的转轴3,上刀体直接与转轴固定或通过辊筒与转轴固定,转轴可相对机架做旋转运动,转轴传动连接驱动转轴转动的驱动装置,在所述的上刀体的刀刃口部间隔一定距离设置有间隙,即为齿状结构4。所述的上刀体刀刃的端部为鹰嘴刃5(形状与鹰嘴形状相似),即为向一侧翘起的尖锐结构,翘起侧与刀刃表面形成向下凹陷的结构,对应的,所述的下刀体刀刃的端部也为鹰嘴刃5,即为向一侧翘起的尖锐结构,翘起侧与刀刃表面形成向下凹陷的结构。所述的各刀体的刀刃部分采用高速钢或硬质合金材质制成,刀刃与刀体之间焊接为一体。在各刀体上设有圆孔形安装端或长槽形安装端。刀体的前端部与后侧之间形成一斜面,斜面的设置便于切削。
实施例二
如图5-图7所示,本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于:所述的上刀体和下刀体整体均为一平板结构,即为平口刃。
螺旋转横切是横切刀组安装在转动的滚轴上通过轴的旋转进行甩切螺旋横切目的;螺旋转甩切是通过旋转轴相反动力的作用下对瓦楞纸板上下两面接触对切。螺旋转横切对瓦楞纸板上下两面接触对切是从一端到另一端的剪切。
本技术通过采用镶焊高速钢或硬质合金的鹰嘴刀刃和平口刀刃的螺旋转横切方式,让瓦楞纸板的瓦楞中空部分在裁切的过程中不至变形压塌,保证了瓦楞纸板切口平整美观,更提高了生产效率,提高了企业的市场竞争力,减少了二次加工的纸板边料对环境的污染,提高了纸的利用率,节能减排,绿色环保。

1.瓦楞纸板横切刀组,其特征在于:包括上切刀组件及下切刀组件,下切刀组件包括下刀体,下刀体直接固定在机架上或通过装置间接固定在机架上,所述的上切刀组件包括上刀体及固定上刀体的转轴,上刀体直接与转轴固定或通过辊筒与转轴固定,转轴可相对机架做旋转运动,转轴传动连接驱动转轴转动的驱动装置,在所述的上刀体的刀刃口部间隔一定距离设置有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板横切刀组,其特征在于:所述的上刀体刀刃的端部为向一侧翘起的尖锐结构,翘起侧与刀刃表面形成向下凹陷的结构,对应的,所述的下刀体刀刃的端部为向一侧翘起的尖锐结构,翘起侧与刀刃表面形成向下凹陷的结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板横切刀组,其特征在于:所述的上刀体和下刀体整体均为一平板结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板横切刀组,其特征在于:所述的各刀体的刀刃部分采用高速钢或硬质合金材质制成,刀刃与刀体之间焊接为一体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板横切刀组,其特征在于:在各刀体上设有圆孔形安装端或长槽形安装端。
