Abstract

一种砂回收鼓具有内、外圆筒,在内、外圆筒间具有螺旋叶片,介质鼓支承在一基座上,由驱动电机转动。鼓分成进口段和出口段。在出口段回收介质和砂进入内、外圆筒之间的空间,由螺旋叶片送至进口。在进口段,介质被拾起并重新送入回收器以便循环使用。

Description

具有介质循环装置的砂回收鼓
本发明涉及对铸件落砂装置的改进,在落砂装置中将湿砂,型砂和粘着砂与铸件分离,具体来说涉及循环落砂介质的砂回收鼓。
已有多种用于从铸造后的铸件上除去仍留在铸件上的型砂和粘着砂的装置。这些装置无需靠手工费时费力地清理铸件,如美国专利第3,998,262号,第4,674,691号,第4,981,581号,第5,016,827号和第5,095,968号,所有这些专利文件在本说明中用作参考文献。这些专利公开了用于从已成型的铸件上通过在有磨料件存在的条件下抖动铸件来除去型砂的铸件落砂装置。上述磨料件或称介质也有助于除去铸件的毛刺。在上述专利中公开的这些装置都能成功地清理铸件并清除铸件上的毛刺,为铸造厂节约了大量处理新铸件所需的工时和劳力,并且在商业上得到了广泛的认可。
本发明的主要目的是提供一种处理铸件并从铸件上除去残留型砂的旋转介质鼓。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种循环用于从铸件分离残留型砂的磨料介质以便进一步使用的装置。
对照附图阅读下面的详细说明,本专业技术人员将更清楚地理解本发明的上述的和其它的目的。
一般来说,按照本发明提供了一种旋转介质鼓,在有磨料介质存在的条件下通过抖动新铸出的铸件而从其上除去表面沉积的型砂。所述鼓具有一个内圆筒和一个与内圆筒共轴的外圆筒,在上述两圆筒之间的空间内设有一系列螺旋排列的叶片。鼓形成了两段,一个是进口段,另一个是出口段,在进口段中通过抖动从铸件上除去表面沉积的型砂,而清理后的铸件通过出口段排除鼓外。进口段形成进入鼓内的进口并包括沿进口段纵向移送铸件的膛线。内圆筒的表面具有许多被清除的型砂可通过的孔眼。出口段内圆筒上形成一系列孔,可使磨料件和任何来自铸件的残留的疏松型砂通过并进入两圆筒之间的空间。在出口段两圆筒之间的空间中设有用于将分离的型砂和磨料件向着进口段内两圆筒之间形成空间移送的装置。一倾斜件使砂和磨料件滑向进口段内两圆筒之间装有螺旋叶片的空间。然后,进口段内的螺旋叶片将砂和磨料介质送向进口。
在进口,所述鼓包括一个在进口随所述鼓转动的环形轮,该环形轮具有许多间隔开来的叶片,这些叶片接受磨料颗粒并将其向上提升以便重新送入所述鼓。
所述旋转鼓也包括一个使砂与磨料介质分离的分离装置。所述砂/介质分离装置包括在一进口段外圆筒上形成的网。所述网具有许多只能使砂通过的孔眼。
本说明书的附图是本发明的砂回收鼓的纵剖图。
现对照附图描述本发明的旋转鼓1。旋转鼓1具有一外圆筒3和共轴设置在外圆筒内的一个内圆筒5。如图所示,圆筒5具有许多孔眼7,由许多分段标准件8构成,标准标8分段装置配成内圆筒的衬层。在圆筒3和5之间的空间10内设有螺旋叶片9。
旋转鼓安装在基座11上,基座11具有一对支承装置13,在旋转鼓转动过程中支承着旋转鼓,另外,驱动装置17与旋转鼓1的链轮19配合工作,在使用中实现鼓的受控转动。
这种介质鼓基本由两段构成,一段为进口段21,进口段21与第二段即出口段23连为整体。这两段由一挡料圈25隔开。
一滑槽29将铸件C送入进口段21的进口31。在进口段21中,铸件随鼓的转动而抖动,由内圆筒5上形成的膛线33送向出口段23。在进口段21中,铸件承受介质磨料件M的作用,不仅从铸件上除去型芯砂和粘着的型砂,而且也除去铸件上的毛刺。在进口段中从铸件C上分离的一些型砂S通过孔眼7落入内、外圆筒之间的空间10。孔眼7的尺寸恰好使型砂S通过但又能挡住磨料件M。
出口段25同样包括内圆筒35,内圆筒35上有许多通孔37。孔37的尺寸能使磨料件M通过。当铸件在出口段25中沿旋转鼓移动时,残留的型砂和任何磨料件均通过孔37落下。
一逆向倾斜的表面38位于出口段23中圆筒3和5中间。表面38使砂S和件M滑向档料圈25。档料圈25上的开口使来自出口段空间10的砂和磨料件通过并进入进口段的空间10。进口段圆筒3和5的空间10的叶片9迫使砂和磨料件趋向进口31。
外圆筒3具在进口31处的孔眼39,形成显著一段长度的网40。外圆筒3的网40由一壳41包围,壳41具有一滑槽43。孔眼39的尺寸只能使砂S通过,返回的磨料件M不能通过。返回的砂S穿过孔眼39进入滑槽43以便收集。
在环形轮上形成的许多叶片45在进口31从内圆筒径向向内延伸。叶片45由外壁47围绕,外壁47从叶片45的径向最外缘延伸至外圆筒3和内壁49,内壁49只延伸至内圆筒5。内壁49形成叶片45的进口。螺旋叶片9迫使磨料件M进入叶片45,并且当叶片45随鼓1旋转时被向上携带。当件M在上部位置时,它们从叶片45落向倾斜的滑槽29即振动送料器,并被重新送入鼓1。因此,孔眼39的作用是使被分离的砂与磨料件M相分离,并使件M重新送回鼓1中进一步用于清理铸件C,这样就既减少了使砂与件M分离所需的时间,又减少了清理铸件所需的件M的数量。通过件M的循环,在任何给定时间内需要送入鼓1的新件M的数目可被减少已被循环使用的件M的数目。
上面的描述只是以举例的方式给出。阅读上面的描述后,对本发明主题的种种变型和改进对于本专业技术人员来说可以是显而易见的,这样的变型和改进并不超出本发明的范围,例如,虽然介质循环轮是最好形成于鼓1的进口,但是也可在沿进口段的任意位置设置。

Claims (6)

1.一种旋转介质鼓,用于在存在磨料件的情况下通过抖动新的或不洁铸件的方式从所述铸件上分离表面沉积的型砂,所述鼓具有:
一外圆筒和一个与外圆筒同轴的内圆筒,所述内、外圆筒之间形成一空间;
一系列螺旋排列的铸造或制造的叶片至少局部地在两圆筒之间设置在所述空间内;
一进口段,在进口段中通过抖动从所述铸件上除去表面沉积的型砂,所述进口段上形成所述鼓的进口,所述进口段包括设在所述内圆筒上沿其纵向移送铸件的装置,该装置上具有被清除的砂可通过的孔眼;
一出口段,所述内圆筒的所述出口段有一系列孔,使所述磨料件和任何残留的来自铸件的松散砂通过这些孔进入所述两圆筒之间的空间;
在出口段中,在所述两圆筒之间的空间中设置的用于将分离的砂和磨料件移向进口段中两圆筒之间的所述空间的装置;以及
在进口段附近的循环装置,用于将磨料件循环送入所述鼓并用于清除所述型砂,其特征在于:
所述磨料件的循环装置具有随所述鼓转动的设在所述进口的环形轮,所述环形轮具有许多间隔开来的叶片,在叶片间容纳所述磨料件以便将所述磨料件向上携带重新送入所述鼓。
2.如权利要求1所述的鼓,其特征在于:在所述出口段中的移送装置具有一倾斜件用于将砂及磨料件送向进口段中两圆筒之间的具有螺旋叶片的空间。
3.如权利要求1所述的鼓,其特征在于;所述具有叶片的环形轮具有在所述叶片径向内缘和所述外圆筒之间延伸的外壁和在所述叶片径向内缘和所述内圆筒之间延伸的内壁,所述内壁形成至所述具有叶片的环形轮的进口。
4.如权利要求1所述的鼓,其特征在于:还包括将所述砂与所述磨料件分离的装置。
5.如权利要求4所述的鼓,其特征在于:所述砂/磨料件分离装置包括在所述进口段在所述外圆筒上形成的网。
6.如权利要求5所述的鼓,其特征在于:所述网有许多孔,这些孔的大小只能使所述砂通过。
