Abstract

本发明提供一种汽车前副车架下板冲压模具，包括上模和下模，上模上端、下模下端均设置有卡置装置，下模上端设置有成型挡块，成型挡块下端设置有移动模块，移动模块通过下端设置的位置感应装置控制移动的位置，移动模块右端设置有移动电机，成型挡块上设置有印标块，印标块下端设置有伸出装置，通过伸出装置带动印标块对产品进行内部印标。通过上模、下模及成型挡块对产品进行冲压成型，并且通过移动模块调整成型挡块的位置，在不更换模具的情况下调整产品成型的规格，降低企业生产成本，并且通过印标块和伸出装置对产品进行印标，将两道工序缩短为一道工序，减少工作时间，设置规格检测装置，提高制造精度，降低产品生产的不良率。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车底盘件制造领域，尤其涉及一种汽车前副车架下板冲压模具。
背景技术
目前在制造汽车底盘件时，通常会使用冲压模具对产品进行冲压成型，而由于产品的规格限定，目前在冲压时，一副模具只能制作一种产品，如果需要对不同规格的产品进行冲压成型，需要设计多个模具，增加了企业的生产成本，而冲压产品，由于企业辨认及后续工作的需要，要在产品上印制企业专用标记，目前对于印标工作，都是冲压成型后在使用印标装置对其进行印标，分为两道工序，工作效率不高，增加企业成本。因此，解决汽车底盘件冲压模具专一性较强且印标工作繁琐的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车前副车架下板冲压模具，通过上模、下模及成型挡块对产品进行冲压成型，并且通过移动模块调整成型挡块的位置，在不更换模具的情况下调整产品成型的规格，并且通过印标块和伸出装置对产品进行印标，解决了汽车底盘件冲压模具专一性较强且印标工作繁琐的问题。
本发明提供一种汽车前副车架下板冲压模具，包括上模和下模，所述上模上端、下模下端均设置有卡置装置，通过卡置装置将上模和下模安装在冲压机上，所述下模上端设置有成型挡块，所述成型挡块下端设置有移动模块，所述移动模块通过下端设置的位置感应装置控制移动的位置，所述移动模块右端设置有移动电机，所述成型挡块上设置有印标块，所述印标块下端设置有伸出装置，通过伸出装置带动印标块对产品进行内部印标。
进一步改进在于：所述上模上设置有规格检测装置，通过规格检测装置对成型挡块的位置进行检测，所述上模上设置有控制装置，通过控制装置操控移动模块的移动位置。
进一步改进在于：所述下模右端设置有下料吸盘，通过下料吸盘对冲压成型的产品进行下料。
进一步改进在于：所述成型挡块上设置有调整滑块，通过调整滑块调整产品成型的结构。
本发明的有益效果是：通过上模、下模及成型挡块对产品进行冲压成型，并且通过移动模块调整成型挡块的位置，在不更换模具的情况下调整产品成型的规格，降低企业生产成本，并且通过印标块和伸出装置对产品进行印标，将两道工序缩短为一道工序，减少工作时间，设置规格检测装置，提高制造精度，降低产品生产的不良率。

如图1所示，本实施例提供了一种汽车前副车架下板冲压模具，包括上模1和下模2，所述上模1上端、下模2下端均设置有卡置装置3，通过卡置装置3将上模1和下模2安装在冲压机上，所述下模2上端设置有成型挡块4，所述成型挡块4下端设置有移动模块5，所述移动模块5通过下端设置的位置感应装置6控制移动的位置，所述移动模块5右端设置有移动电机7，所述成型挡块4上设置有印标块8，所述印标块8下端设置有伸出装置9，通过伸出装置9带动印标块8对产品进行内部印标。所述上模1上设置有规格检测装置10，通过规格检测装置10对成型挡块4的位置进行检测，所述上模1上设置有控制装置11，通过控制装置11操控移动模块5的移动位置。所述下模2右端设置有下料吸盘12，通过下料吸盘12对冲压成型的产品进行下料。所述成型挡块4上设置有调整滑块13，通过调整滑块13调整产品成型的结构。通过上模1、下模2及成型挡块4对产品进行冲压成型，并且通过移动模块5调整成型挡块4的位置，在不更换模具的情况下调整产品成型的规格，降低企业生产成本，并且通过印标块8和伸出装置9对产品进行印标，将两道工序缩短为一道工序，减少工作时间，设置规格检测装置10，提高制造精度，降低产品生产的不良率。

1.一种汽车前副车架下板冲压模具，包括上模（1）和下模（2），所述上模（1）上端、下模（2）下端均设置有卡置装置（3），通过卡置装置（3）将上模（1）和下模（2）安装在冲压机上，所述下模（2）上端设置有成型挡块（4），其特征在于：所述成型挡块（4）下端设置有移动模块（5），所述移动模块（5）通过下端设置的位置感应装置（6）控制移动的位置，所述移动模块（5）右端设置有移动电机（7），所述成型挡块（4）上设置有印标块（8），所述印标块（8）下端设置有伸出装置（9），通过伸出装置（9）带动印标块（8）对产品进行内部印标。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车前副车架下板冲压模具，其特征在于：所述上模（1）上设置有规格检测装置（10），通过规格检测装置（10）对成型挡块（4）的位置进行检测，所述上模（1）上设置有控制装置（11），通过控制装置（11）操控移动模块（5）的移动位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的汽车前副车架下板冲压模具，其特征在于：所述下模（2）右端设置有下料吸盘（12），通过下料吸盘（12）对冲压成型的产品进行下料。
4.如权利要求1所述的汽车前副车架下板冲压模具，其特征在于：所述成型挡块（4）上设置有调整滑块（13），通过调整滑块（13）调整产品成型的结构。
