技术领域
本发明涉及豆腐柴加工设备领域,具体涉及一种豆腐柴叶片粉碎机。
背景技术
豆腐柴属马鞭草科多年生落叶直立灌木植物,主要分布于我国华东、中南、西南各省区,尤其以长江流域的巫峡大宁河两岸的山疏林,沟谷丘陵生长的最为茂盛,豆腐柴的根、茎、叶均可入药,有清热解毒、排毒养颜、祛风止痛、收敛止血、强筋健骨、祛风湿等功效。对金黄色葡萄球菌中度敏感,有抚蛇毒作用,茎、叶提取物还具有抗疲劳,降低胆固醇、降低血脂等多种功效,《四川中医志》、《全国中草药汇编》、《中华本草》、《本草纲目》、《神农本草经》、《万州药志》等药典载共有治痢疾、泻痢、痛疔肿毒、创伤出血、毒蛇咬伤、降血糖、降血脂等疗效。
与《食物成分表》中常见蔬菜营养成分相比,豆腐柴叶中维C的含量远高于菠菜的0.33g/100g;粗脂肪和粗纤维的含量较高,均高于一般蔬菜。其中粗脂肪含量远远高于青菜6g/100g和菠菜3g/100g;粗纤维含量也远高于苋菜22g/100g;可溶性糖的含量高于小白菜1.50g/100g和小唐菜1.90g/100g;氨基酸含量接近芦笋0.77g/100g;叶绿素含量也比菠菜2.75g/100g要高。除此之外,Mn、P、Fe、Cu、Zn微量元素的含量也都远远超过一般叶类蔬菜,具有较高的营养价值。豆腐柴药学有效成分分析及鉴定研究的报道较少,目前已分析检测到19种,包括安基酸、木栓酮、木栓醇、十八碳、甾醇、胡萝卜甙、柚皮素、香草酸、糖类、正三十三烷醇、正十二烷醇、β-谷甾醇、大豆苷、肌醇、6-羟基-3-吡啶羧酸等多种化学成分。正是由于含有这些丰富的药用成分,使得豆腐柴具有很多重要的药用功效。豆腐柴营养价值高,其蛋白质含量高于大豆叶、青干草、紫云英等畜禽饲料的蛋白质含量,而且其氨基酸评分(AAS)明显高于青干草。因此,豆腐柴叶是一种优质的蛋白质饲料。豆腐柴叶锰、铁、锌等微量元素的含量超过一般叶类饮料。豆腐柴含果胶39.5%,酯化度73%-78%,胶凝度165级以上,为优质天然果胶,也是目前已知蔬果类植物中首屈一指的果胶含量,从豆腐柴中提取的果胶可用于食品、化妆品、医药工业的胶凝剂、乳化刘、稳定剂、悬浮剂,还可用于天然色素剂和生物试剂等。
在对豆腐柴叶片进行深加工之前,通过需要对豆腐柴叶片进行烘干和粉碎,目前的粉碎机存在结构复杂、粉碎效率低的缺点。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种豆腐柴叶片粉碎机,使其具有结构简单、粉碎效率高的优点。
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述问题:一种豆腐柴叶片粉碎机,包括筒体,所述筒体内设置有将筒体分隔成上室体和下室体的网板,所述网板顶部设置有滤网,所述滤网边缘与网板边缘铰接,滤网通过弹簧与网板连接,还包括并列设置的丝杠和导杆,所述丝杠底部与网板转动连接,丝杠穿过滤网且与滤网转动连接,丝杠顶部穿过筒体顶部且与筒体顶部转动连接,丝杠由电机驱动转动,所述导杆两端分别与筒体顶部和网板连接,上室体内设置有活动盘,丝杠穿过活动盘且与活动盘螺纹连接,导杆穿过活动盘且与活动盘滑动连接,活动盘底部同心设置有多圈环形刀片,上室体侧壁设置有进料口。
进一步,所述滤网与网板之间设置有气囊,所述气囊上设置有多个气孔。
进一步,所述筒体底部设置有卸料口。

以下将结合附图对本发明进行详细说明,如图1所示:一种豆腐柴叶片粉碎机,包括筒体1,所述筒体内设置有将筒体分隔成上室体2和下室体3的网板4,所述网板顶部设置有滤网5,所述滤网边缘与网板边缘铰接,滤网通过弹簧6与网板连接,滤网由钢丝编织而成,还包括并列设置的丝杠7和导杆8,所述丝杠底部与网板转动连接,丝杠穿过滤网且与滤网转动连接,丝杠顶部穿过筒体顶部且与筒体顶部转动连接,丝杠由电机9驱动转动,所述导杆两端分别与筒体顶部和网板连接,上室体内设置有活动盘10,丝杠穿过活动盘且与活动盘螺纹连接,导杆穿过活动盘且与活动盘滑动连接,活动盘底部同心设置有多圈环形刀片11,上室体侧壁设置有进料口12,所述筒体底部设置有卸料口15。对豆腐柴叶片进行粉碎时,将豆腐柴叶片由进料口加入上室体内,豆腐柴叶片被滤网接住,随后电机带动丝杠周期线正反向转动,从而带动活动盘周期性上下移动,通过环形刀片对叶片进行切割,在切割过程中,由于滤网通过弹簧与网板连接,因此滤网会产生波动,即可使叶片发生混合搅拌作用,以便提高切割粉碎效率,符合尺寸要求的粉碎料透过滤网和网板后掉落在下室体内进行收集。综上所述,该结构的豆腐柴叶片粉碎机,具有结构简单、粉碎效率高的优点。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述滤网与网板之间设置有气囊13,气囊为自动充气的弹性气囊,所述气囊上设置有多个气孔14。在切割过程中,滤网与网板之间的间隙会不断发生变化,从而使得气囊周期性吸气和吹气,避免了粉碎料堵塞滤网或者网板,保证了结构的可靠性,进一步确保了粉碎效率。
