Abstract

本发明提出一种反应釜,包括釜体、釜腔、搅拌轴,所述釜腔内部还设置有搅拌板,所述搅拌板上固定连接有支架,所述支架顶部设置有滑轨。所述釜体顶部还安装有升降架,所述升降架包括主轴、与所述主轴相平行的辅轴、多个平行设置的并和所述主轴以及辅轴铰接的连接杆,所述辅轴一端连接有可在所述滑轨内运动的滑块。实现对釜内反应物的双向搅拌,促进反应物的进一步混合,加快反应速率,并且搅拌架结构稳定,以简单的构造实现搅拌板的上下运动。

一种反应釜
技术领域
本发明属于化工设备技术领域,尤其涉及具备辅助搅拌机构的一种搪瓷反应釜。
背景技术
由于反应釜内表面衬有一层搪瓷玻璃,搪瓷玻璃具有玻璃的稳定性和金属强度的双重优点,所以搪瓷反应釜是一种优良的耐腐蚀设备,从而广泛应用于化工、医药、农药和燃料等领域。但是现有的反应釜只是单独设置一个搅拌轴实现对釜内反应物进行搅拌,存在搅拌不充分,无法使得反应物充分混合的问题,除此之外,搅拌轴只可以对釜体底部进行搅拌,而对于釜体上部的反应物,无法进行充分的搅拌。
发明内容
本发明提出一种搪瓷反应釜,以解决目前的搪瓷反应釜只是单独设置一个搅拌轴实现对釜内反应物进行搅拌,存在搅拌不充分,无法使得反应物充分混合的技术问题。
技术方案:提出一种搪瓷反应釜,包括釜体、釜腔、和位于所述釜腔内部的搅拌轴,所述釜腔内部还设置有搅拌板,所述搅拌板上固定连接有支架,所述支架顶部设置有滑轨。所述釜体顶部安装有升降架,所述升降架包括相互对称设置在所述釜腔顶部的第一升降架和第二升降架,所述第一升降架和第二升降架均包括主轴、与所述主轴相平行的辅轴、多个平行设置的并和所述主轴以及辅轴铰接的连接杆。所述辅轴一端连接有可在所述滑轨内运动的滑块,所述搅拌板上开设有可令所述搅拌轴穿过的圆形通孔。
优选的,所述搅拌板两侧还设置有方形板,所述方形板上开设有若干镂孔,使得搅拌更加充分。
进一步的,还包括驱动所述主轴运动的电机,所述辅轴通过所述连接杆由所述主轴带动。
其中,所述釜腔顶部还设置有进料口,所述釜腔底部还设置有出料口。
再进一步的,所述釜腔内表面还设置有限位环,用以限制所述搅拌板位置过低,从而导致搅拌轴对搅拌板造成损坏。
有益效果:
1、搅拌轴和搅拌板实现对釜内反应物的双向搅拌,搅拌板的上下运动促进反应物的进一步混合,加快反应速率。
2、搅拌架结构稳定,以简单的构造实现搅拌板的上下运动。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示,一种搪瓷反应釜,包括釜体1,所述釜体1内部设置有为反应物提供反应空间的釜腔2,所述釜腔2内部还设置有搅拌轴3,所述搅拌轴3由位于所述釜体1顶部的旋转驱动电机进行驱动。
所述釜腔2内部还设置有可沿所述釜腔2上下运作的搅拌板4,所述搅拌板4上固定安装有支架5,所述支架5顶部设置有滑轨,所述釜腔2内部还设置有升降架6,所述升降架6一端活动连接有滑块。所述升降架6包括相互对称设置在所述釜腔2顶部的第一升降架61和第二升降架62,所述升降架6由设置在所述升降架6另一端的电机7驱动,所述电机7与上文所述旋转驱动电机不是同一电机。
所述第一升降架61和第二升降架62均包括主轴63、与所述主轴63相平行的辅轴64、多个平行设置的并和所述主轴63以及辅轴64铰接的连接杆65。所述电机7旋转时驱动所述主轴63旋转,所述主轴63通过所述连接杆65带动所述辅轴64运动,岁数辅轴64一端活动连接有滑块,所述滑块安装在所述滑轨内,即所述辅轴64通过所述支架5带动所述搅拌板4上下运动。辅轴64和连接杆65增加了所述升降架的稳定性。所述搅拌板4上开设有可令所述搅拌轴3穿过的圆形通孔,避免对所述搅拌轴旋转时造成干扰。
在一些说明的实施例中,如图2所示,所述搅拌板4两侧还设置有方形板8,所述方形板8上开设有若干镂孔9,使得所述搅拌板4搅拌的更加充分。
在一些说明的实施例中,所述釜腔2顶部还设置有进料口,所述釜腔底部还设置有出料口。
在一些说明的实施例中,所述釜腔2内表面还设置有限位环10,所述限位环10低于所述搅拌板4的位置,用以限制所述搅拌板4位置过低,从而导致搅拌轴3对搅拌板4造成损坏。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所做的改变,修饰,替代,组合,简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种搪瓷反应釜,包括釜体、釜腔、和位于所述釜腔内部的搅拌轴,其特征在于,所述釜腔内部还设置有搅拌板,所述搅拌板上固定连接有支架,所述支架顶部设置有滑轨;
所述釜体顶部安装有升降架,所述升降架包括相互对称设置在所述釜腔顶部的第一升降架和第二升降架,所述第一升降架和第二升降架均包括主轴、与所述主轴相平行的辅轴、多个平行设置的并和所述主轴以及辅轴铰接的连接杆;
所述辅轴一端连接有可在所述滑轨内运动的滑块,所述搅拌板上开设有可令所述搅拌轴穿过的圆形通孔;
所述搅拌板两侧还设置有方形板,所述方形板上开设有若干镂孔;
所述釜腔顶部还设置有进料口,所述釜腔底部还设置有出料口;
还包括驱动所述主轴运动的电机, 所述辅轴通过所述连接杆由所述主轴带动;
所述釜腔内表面还设置有限位环。
