Abstract
本发明公开了一种阻燃接装纸,从左至右依次包括首尾连接的接触带、阻燃带、连接带,所述接触带包括均为接装原纸制备的外层以及位于该外层下部的内层,且该外层和内层之间设有海绵层,该海绵层采用微米级或纳米级水滑石溶液与三氧化二锑的复配液进行浸泡后在室温下自然晾干;所述阻燃带包括接装原纸制备的阻燃外层以及位于该阻燃外层下部的铝箔层,该阻燃外层下表面上涂覆有接嘴胶,该接嘴胶中混合有草酸和硫酸铝溶液,该铝箔层的下表面上涂覆有压敏胶,压敏胶的下部涂覆有氢氧化铝层;所述连接带采用接装原纸制备。本发明的优点是:阻燃特性较佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及香烟部件技术领域,尤其是涉及一种阻燃接装纸。
背景技术
无论如何努力限制,香烟都是一种最为重要的商品。香烟的一个重要危害就是易于形成火灾。单个烟头能够形成火灾;当多个烟头堆积在一起时,往往有暗火未被吸用者注意,从而引起燃烧。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃接装纸,它具有阻燃特性较佳的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:阻燃接装纸,从左至右依次包括首尾连接的接触带、阻燃带、连接带,
所述接触带包括均为接装原纸制备的外层以及位于该外层下部的内层,且该外层和内层之间设有海绵层,该海绵层采用微米级或纳米级水滑石溶液与三氧化二锑的复配液进行浸泡后在室温下自然晾干;
所述阻燃带包括接装原纸制备的阻燃外层以及位于该阻燃外层下部的铝箔层,该阻燃外层下表面上涂覆有接嘴胶,该接嘴胶中混合有草酸和硫酸铝溶液,该铝箔层的下表面上涂覆有压敏胶,压敏胶的下部涂覆有氢氧化铝层;
所述连接带采用接装原纸制备。
所述铝箔层上设有直径不超过0.05mm的通孔。
本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:阻燃特性较佳。本发明的阻燃接装纸不仅能够阻止香烟单体在燃烧至一定程度后灭火,且即便是多个具有暗火的烟头放在一起,亦具有较佳的灭火性能,极大降低了引起火灾的几率。

具体实施方式
实施例,见图1所示:阻燃接装纸,从左至右依次包括首尾连接的接触带10、阻燃带20、连接带30。
具体而言:
该接触带10包括均为接装原纸制备的外层11以及位于该外层11下部的内层12,且该外层11和内层12之间设有海绵层13。海绵层13最好采用胶粘的方式固定在该外层11或该内层12上。本实施例中,该内层12在卷制过滤嘴时相对该外层11位于内侧。该海绵层13采用微米级或纳米级水滑石溶液与三氧化二锑的复配液进行浸泡后在室温下自然晾干。该复配液中微米级或纳米级水滑石溶液与三氧化二锑的重量比为1:(2-3)。比如,微米级或纳米级水滑石溶液与三氧化二锑的重量比为1:2、1:2.5或1:3。该复配液可以采用聚乙烯醇等溶液作为溶剂,以重量份计,在溶剂中添加5—10%的微米级或纳米级水滑石溶液与三氧化二锑混合物,然后充分搅拌即可。
该阻燃带20包括接装原纸制备的阻燃外层21以及位于该阻燃外层21下部的铝箔层22。该阻燃外层21下表面上涂覆有接嘴胶,该接嘴胶中混合有草酸和硫酸铝溶液。本实施例中,草酸和硫酸铝的重量比为(1—3):1,且在接嘴胶中的重量含量为5—10%。比如,草酸和硫酸铝的重量比为1:1、在接嘴胶中的重量含量为5%,草酸和硫酸铝的重量比为2:1、在接嘴胶中的重量含量为7%,或者,草酸和硫酸铝的重量比为3:1、在接嘴胶中的重量含量为10%。该铝箔层22的下表面上涂覆有压敏胶,压敏胶的下部涂覆有氢氧化铝层。显然,铝箔层22还起到了隔绝酸性物质与碱性物质的作用。当然,铝箔层22上可以设有直径不超过0.05mm的通孔(图上未示出),通孔应该在最后一道工序时进行。也就是说,打孔形成通孔的步骤在该阻燃外层21下表面上涂覆了接嘴胶以及铝箔层22下表面上涂覆了压敏胶之后方才进行。
该连接带30采用接装原纸制备。
更好的方式是,阻燃带20的左端部位于该外层11和内层12之间,该连接带30的左端部位于该铝箔层22的右端部的下方。这样,通过连接结构的变化,对热量进行了合理的引导,进一步降低了形成燃烧的可能性。
效果例
采用本发明的阻燃接装纸按照常规方式卷制过滤嘴然后制备香烟,将香烟的烟丝基本燃烧完成形成烟头后,取10只放置于敞口的容器中,且烟头堆积在一起,持续30分钟,未见形成燃烧。作为对比,将普通接装纸制成的香烟的烟头堆积在一起,仅仅5只烟头即出现了燃烧现象。说明本发明的阻燃接装纸具有较好的阻燃效果。

Claims (1)
1.阻燃接装纸,从左至右依次包括首尾连接的接触带(10)、阻燃带(20)、连接带(30),其特征在于:
所述接触带(10)包括均为接装原纸制备的外层(11)以及位于该外层(11)下部的内层(12),且该外层(11)和内层(12)之间设有海绵层(13),该海绵层(13)采用微米级或纳米级水滑石溶液与三氧化二锑的复配液进行浸泡后在室温下自然晾干;该复配液中微米级或纳米级水滑石溶液与三氧化二锑的重量比为1:(2-3),且该复配液采用聚乙烯醇溶液作为溶剂,以重量份计,在溶剂中添加5—10%的微米级或纳米级水滑石溶液与三氧化二锑混合物,然后充分搅拌;
所述阻燃带(20)包括接装原纸制备的阻燃外层(21)以及位于该阻燃外层(21)下部的铝箔层(22),该阻燃外层(21)下表面上涂覆有接嘴胶,该接嘴胶中混合有草酸和硫酸铝溶液,该铝箔层(22)的下表面上涂覆有压敏胶,压敏胶的下部涂覆有氢氧化铝层;草酸和硫酸铝的重量比为(1—3):1,且在接嘴胶中的重量含量为5—10%;
所述连接带(30)采用接装原纸制备;
所述铝箔层(22)上设有直径不超过0.05mm的通孔;通孔在最后一道工序时进行。
