技术领域
本发明属于卷烟用纸技术领域,特别是指一种兼具口味调节和阻燃功能的接装纸。
背景技术
烟用接装纸俗称水松纸,其作用是通过胶水将滤嘴与烟支接装起来的专用纸,是卷烟材料中必不可少的包装材料之一。传统的接装纸主要目的是将滤棒和烟支连接起来。近年来,随着卷烟结构的不断优化调整,为提升卷烟的抽吸品质和满足消费者的感官需求,部分卷烟生产企业开始使用带有甜味的烟用接装纸,一方面赋予烟用接装纸的甜味效果,另一方面与烟气结合达到柔和烟气的效果,从而给消费者提供不一样的感官享受。此外,烟支抽吸后,燃烧到滤嘴处时,接装纸会继续维持燃烧状态,烟灰缸里燃烧的烟头聚集在一起,产生烟雾,并散发出不良刺激性气味,污染环境。烟头如果遇到易燃物,还容易引发火灾风险。基于此,为迎合消费者的个性化要求,同时避免火灾、减少污染、改善消费体验。
中国专利CN 206978734U,发明名称为一种阻燃、加香接装纸的专利中提及在接装纸本体前面具有一条阻燃带,并在阻燃带上面粘接一层阻燃材料层,并且在阻燃带后面具有一层果味增香剂层。该技术方案实现了接装纸具有一定的阻燃效果,但是在实际使用中发现,采用该技术的接装纸,当抽吸到接近阻燃带处时,其确实能够阻止接装纸的继续燃烧,但是此时烟丝保持继续燃烧的状态,而与烟丝直接接触的接装纸内表面部分会继续阴燃,当这种接装纸在按入烟缸时,会快速熄灭,不会出现复燃现象,但是当烟头被扔至外环境时,实际不能起到阻燃作用或阻燃效果有限,不具有实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种兼具口味调节和阻燃功能的接装纸,以解决现技术的接装纸不能实现烟头自熄的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种兼具口味调节和阻燃功能的接装纸,以接装纸的横向中线为分界线,接装纸的外表面从分界线向两端延伸时,依次分布有甜味光油区、打孔区及阻燃区;在接装纸的甜味光油区印刷有甜味光油,在打孔区打有上下贯通的微孔,在阻燃区印刷有阻燃剂层;在接装纸的内表面及接装纸的端面均印刷有阻燃剂层;接装纸内表面的阻燃剂层厚度大于阻燃区印刷的阻燃剂层厚度。
优选的,在接装纸的内表面,自微孔的边沿至接装纸的端面均印刷有阻燃剂层。
优选的,所述印刷采用凹版印刷。
优选的,甜味光油至少为直甜口味、酸甜口味、甜橙口味、咖啡口味、薄荷口味或荆芥口味的一种。
优选的,所述阻燃剂组分均为符合食品安全要求,包括但不限于磷酸酯、磷酸盐、氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝中的一种以上组合。
优选的,兼具口味调节和阻燃功能的接装纸的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、分别制备甜味光油溶液及阻燃剂溶液;
S2、将甜味光油及阻燃剂溶液以接装纸的横向中线为分界线,分别通过凹版印刷工艺转移到接装纸的甜味光油区及阻燃区;同时,将阻燃剂溶液通过凹版印刷工艺转移到接装纸的内表面;
S3、然后在80℃至100℃温度下恒温干燥,得到兼具口味调节和阻燃功能卷烟用接装纸。
优选的,在步骤S3之后,还包括烫金、分切或打孔工序。
与现卷烟用接装纸相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)甜味光油通过凹版印刷工艺转移到接装纸表面,可在接装纸表面形成致密的高分子涂层,使改善口味成分与接装纸紧密的结合在一起,并且分布均匀、性质稳定,既可以满足吸烟者的需求,又不会增加现行生产工艺的难度。
(2)本申请通过在接装纸的内外表面及端部均印刷有阻燃剂层,且接装纸内表面的阻燃剂层厚度大于接装纸外表面阻燃区的厚度,同时,接装纸内表面的阻燃剂层的宽度大于接装纸外表面阻燃区的阻燃剂层宽度,通过阻燃区的阻燃剂层用于阻止卷烟纸的继续燃烧,并且利用接装纸的内表面的阻燃剂层及接装纸端部的阻燃剂层用于阻止剩余烟丝的继续燃烧时对接装纸的阴燃,进而当烟丝燃烧到接装纸范围内时,抑制了烟丝与空气的接触面积而实现烟头的自熄。

以下通过实施例以下通过实施例来详细说明本发明的技术方案,以下的实施例仅是示例性的,仅能用来解释和说明书本发明的技术方案,而不能解释为是对本发明技术方案的限制。
在本申请的以下实施例中,接装纸采用的是传统卷烟用接装纸进行后序的处理,根据现卷烟机的要求,接装纸在与烟支粘接后,使用切刀沿接装纸的横向中线切开,形成两支烟支,因此,传统卷烟用接装纸的横向中线为切刀切开的位置。
现传统的卷烟用接装纸均采用卷成盘形,在本申请的接装纸的两端即如图1或图2的A端和B端,为接装纸的长条形的两个长边。
如图1所示,本申请提供一种兼具口味调节和阻燃功能的接装纸,以接装纸的横向中线5为分界线,接装纸的外表面从分界线向两端延伸时,依次分布有甜味光油区1、打孔区2及阻燃区3;在接装纸的甜味光油区印刷有甜味光油,在打孔区打有上下贯通的微孔4,在阻燃区印刷有阻燃剂层。通常,甜味光油区的宽度为10-15mm,打孔区的宽度为3-5mm,阻燃区的宽度为10-17mm,在打孔区可以根据需要打一排微孔,也可以打两排微孔或三排微孔。
在本申请的技术方案中,用于印刷甜味光油溶液中的甜味成分的质量百分数为2%-6%,香味成分的质量百分数为1-5%,阻燃剂溶液中的阻燃剂的质量百分数为0.7%-2.5%。在本申请及以下实施例中,制备甜味光油时所使用的助剂为现常规组分,能够用于卷烟中的甜味光油的所有助剂均适用,在此不进行详细的说明,不同的卷烟品牌根据设计的需要可以任意的订制或选择相应的助剂,不影响本申请技术方案的实现。
在接装纸的内表面及接装纸的端面均印刷有阻燃剂层6;接装纸内表面的阻燃剂层厚度大于阻燃区印刷的阻燃剂层厚度。
实施例1
酸甜口味光油的制备:
在2L烧杯中,加入350g水性丙烯酸树脂、100g助剂、250g酒精与300g去离子水,混合均匀后,加入三氯蔗糖8g、纽甜1g、梅子浸膏30g、陈皮提取物30g充分搅拌均匀,制得酸甜味口味光油溶液。
阻燃溶液的制备:
阻燃剂溶液一的制备:
在2L烧杯中,加入250g酒精与250g去离子水,混合均匀后,加入多聚磷酸铵15g、氢氧化镁3g,充分搅拌均匀,制得阻燃溶液一。
阻燃剂溶液二的制备:
在2L烧杯中,加入250g酒精与250g去离子水,混合均匀后,加入多聚磷酸铵30g、氢氧化镁6g,充分搅拌均匀,制得阻燃溶液二。
兼具口味调节和阻燃功能的接装纸的制备:
将甜味光油、阻燃剂溶液一分别通过凹版印刷工艺转移到10kg传统卷烟用接装纸表面的调味区和阻燃区,将阻燃剂溶液二通过凹版印刷工艺转移到接装纸的内表面。
然后在80℃温度下恒温干燥,干燥后的纸张进再行烫金、分切、打孔等工序,即为兼具口味调节和阻燃功能的接装纸。
实施例2
柠檬口味光油的制备:

然后在80℃温度下恒温干燥,干燥后的纸张进再行烫金、分切、打孔等工序,即为兼具口味调节和阻燃功能的接装纸。
